I had a great buying experience with Mattress Firm in Stonecrest! Travis, my sleep expert was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He was very competent and made me feel great about my purchase. In addition he was very personable with a great attitude and personality. With his guidance I’m sure I made the right choice in mattress’s. I would like to add that the store manager, Nyzsha was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. This is a well managed store that I would highly recommend to anyone in area!

The best customer service! That was the main reason I brought my bed here 3 years ago. However recently I ran into a"snag'" with my product. Not only did the manager Mr Moss try to make it right..he had his district manager Ms D. Davis to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied- 3 years later!! It was from the sales floor, the tech, warranty support , district manager so you know the service was genuine.Thank you ! You're the best!!! I will continue to do business here!

He is a new employee but he listened to what I wanted and needed very carefully, he even reminded me of things I wanted but forgot to mention once I sat down to paperwork. Went in the store to get a mattress for my niece and left a more educated consumer. Moss and Garry took the time to let us 'test drive' a couple mattresses and inform us of the benefits of each. I used to balk at the idea of spending more than $1000 on a mattress but after spending about 15-30 minutes cocooned in a Tempur-Pedic. I'm a changed woman. I'd sell my firstborn to experience THAT feeling every night for the rest of my life. Thanks again Moss and Garry for your time and patience in educating us and for the heavenly experience. I was shown several options and the benefits to each option which helped me find the right type of mattress for me. I went into the store looking for a mattress to replace my sleep number which has numbered out. Garry showed me the Tempur-Pedic brand. I tried the several mattresses firm then the medium. It was perfect for me. Garry took his time to ensure I knew the features of the mattress and the adjustable base. Head up, feet up, head and feet up, then flat, I felt the difference. Good customer service is fine but Great customer service is very rare. If you are looking for a mattress I suggest visiting this store. You will not be disappointed.

Today I visited the company to look for a new mattress to replace my old one, Moss was an excellent employee and a well-acknowledged one, I ask him if he have a cooling mattress he Introduce a Tempur pedic and try it out it was an excellent product he discusses finance, etc. Moss was the first person I ever encounter who know a thing about mattresses I'll come by buying that mattress. Super knowledgeable about back pain, pressure points, and snoring. He aloud us to try each bed over and over and over until we were absolutely sure. He gave us sheets to use for our safety and protection against Covid germs. His personality is infectious! Buying a QUALITY mattress is such an important purchase, and he walked us through it like it was nothing. We felt like we were the only ones in the store. He even aloud us to show him videos of our space and determined what size was best. We ended up getting a king temperpedic that feels like heaven!!! If not, I have a option to return within 120 days. Also the mattress comes with a 10 year warranty. Update: my mattress arrived on time and 2 months later I am getting the best quality sleep. The Salesman had a great personality and know the products. He listened to my needs. I asked for a particular mattress (Nectar $799) but he wanted to show me a much better mattress (almost 3 times the price of the Nectar) and another one that was priced between the 2. He did everything to get me the higher mattress. He never gave me the specifics on the Nectar. But after everything, I end up walking away with the Nectar, he wasn't too happy. But I couldn't see me paying $400 a month for a mattress. Although the price tag on the mattress was $799, I just noticed he charged me $899. He never went over the contract, all the information. A $899 mattress turned into almost $2500. I didn't realize I had to pay $65 until I got notification from my bank it was taken out. I never signed for it.... there's 2 places on the contract, and that part of the contract I never signed. If I ordered direct from the website would've been cheaper and better. I just needed to find a place for my old mattress. I think I'm going to return it.

Our sleep expert, Dentavious, was nothing short of amazing!! We came in looking for a new mattress, fell in love with a Sealy but wanted to check our options before buying it. We decided to check out a couple other mattresses in the area but ultimately came back to Mattress Firm. My daughter and I were looking for a full size mattress set for my 9 year old granddaughter. However she's not the average child. The minute we walk into the store we were greeted with a pleasant smile. The salesman, Marques asked us what we had in mind. Then he proceeded to cater more to her which was really nice since she's the one that going to be sleeping on it. He was really knowledgeable about what was available, the prices and the quality of the mattresses. He even pulled the ones down she asked about and let her see how it felt. He made sure he kept practicing social distancing and expressing that they continuously keep the mattresses as well as the store sanitized. Got a split king mattress and frame setup here, service was great. Assistance was offered as soon as we walked in the door, my partner and I mentioned the ways that we sleep and were well advised on the matress vest suited to us. The managers were very knowledgeable about the various mattresses on display. Lamar Mitchell escorted me to different types of mattresses and helped me to find the mattress that would be right for me. Bjorn greeted me and my fiancee as soon as we entered the store. We were lucky and arrived at the store on a slow night. He attended to us as we tried each and every king sized medium mattress they had! We were ecstatic about the 90 day no interest option the store advertised and the BIG sale that was going on as well. We decided to utilize the 90 day option. There was no credit check, which helped since we were about to close on our home. Everything worked out great for us, except the fact that Bjorn did not tell us there was a fee to use the 90 day interest free option. At checkout, he said all we would have to pay that day was approximately $60. We thought it went toward the price of the mattresses (we ended up buying a king and a queen); however, we didn't find out until everything was processed that the $60 was the fee for the leasing company that offered the 90 day no interest payment option as well as the other payment options the store offered. So my advice is if you have great credit, which we did, do not use the 90 payment option, there shouldn't be a fee for this, either you have it or you don't. We both felt it was a tool used to harm and take advantage of those who don't have as good a credit score and don't want their credit run, but need mattresses and can afford a payment plan. Irked our nerves to the core, but we are happy thus far with the mattresses. I would buy mattresses from here again, I just believe all details should be divulged upfront regarding the terms of the payment options, and the fees should be stated as what they actually are and not made to seem like something else.

A week ago, I strolled into the store (with my mother) to start my comparison shopping. I knew I needed a new mattress to resolve my back issues. My goal was to visit this store and then Macy's. Whoever had the lowest price was going to get my business. What I didn't expect was the education that I got from the manager (Sleep Expert), Asia. Asia was amazing! And she gave me a deal that I would have never imagined. A few days later, the mattress came to my home, on schedule (in another state). The delivery service and set-up was great. And now, a week later, my chronic back pain is 90% gone. I am head-over-heels happy! Thank you, Asia and the entire team there at Stonecrest Mall.
