After making several appearances at several different Mattress Firms, i finally met the perfect salesman. Zach was amazing. He was so patient and knowledgeable. I must admit he was the first salesman that was able to give me the pros and cons on each mattress that I was interested in. I mean who needs Google when there's a Zach. Be was amazing. I am sleeping like a baby and I got what I needed and not what u thought I wanted for a great price. Zach you Rock👍🏾

My husband and I had the best experience shopping for our new bed at the South Cobb/EW Conn location. Zachary was the sleep expert who assisted us and boy, he surely knows what he’s doing. Even the pillows he recommended for our sleep patterns were totally awesome. We noticed dramatic improvement in my hubby’s sleep with just the pillow! I highly recommend this location. I will never buy a mattress from any other store or associate - ever! And I’ve told all my friends to do the same. The help and customer service and price my boyfriend and I received at this Mattress Firm earned this store two customers for life!! We worked with Zach Miller who went many extra miles to be sure we were extremely happy and confident in our purchase, and both he and Nick (didn’t catch last name) were extremely friendly and made our experience genuinely enjoyable, something I did not expect from mattress shopping. Generally, I try to avoid in-person shopping and buy pretty much everything online because I absolutely loathe pushy sales associates and I feel like you can find anything and everything online anyway. But when my boyfriend and I found ourselves in need of a new mattress, he was unwilling to buy something he couldn’t physically test beforehand. So we initially dropped in to the Mattress Firm at Ansley Mall which is right near our home to start our search. Zach was filling in that day as it’s not his usual store, but the the incredible wealth of knowledge he had about all things mattress/bed related as well as the huge amount of time he took to talk to us and answer questions and work with us on pricing made us go all the way to Smyrna to buy from him after we had settled on a mattress from Mattress Firm. We spent forever researching beds and looking at different companies and considering all the best options for our needs at our price point, and finally settled on one of Mattress Firm’s Beautyrest beds, which is just perfect. Our only hesitation was that Mattress Firm’s return policy includes a fee for any exchanges or returns and after several past experiences getting permanently stuck with mattresses that I found to be uncomfortable, I was unwilling to buy a mattress without at least a two month penalty-free trial period. So Zach worked with us on that so we could get exactly what we wanted without the fear that we might have to pay if we find it’s not a good fit after a month or two. I really can’t thank Zach and his team enough for their patience and helpfulness and non-pushy work ethic. My boyfriend and I are beyond happy with our choice after several weeks of deliberation and we have both decided that we will never take our business anywhere else when the time to get another mattress comes, and we have made that same recommendation to all our friends and family as well. Thank you Zach and the team at Mattress Firm Smyrna/Old Ivy Village!

My sales agent for the most recent purchase (Dec 2021), Cameron, was great! He had the right balance of attentiveness without being pushy and managed my expectations for delivery given supply chain stuff. He was also just a pleasant person (so refreshing these days). I got my mattress set in 19 days to boot!!!! I highly recommend this store location.

I own a Purple 3 and visited this store to try out a Purple 2 and a Purple 4. I had ~40 days left on my free trial and wanted to see how my Purple 3 compared. Purple offers one free exchange during your 100-day trial. Nick showed me the Purple 2 and Purple 4 they had in stock and then *offered* to help me find the right mattress. Nick was friendly and helpful in this process. I did find a mattress I liked slightly more than my Purple 3 and I also found a pillow I liked much more than my current pillow. The pillow was expensive (>$200), but I decided it was worth trying if it would help me sleep better. I bought the pillow in-store and held off on buying a mattress. I wasn't comfortable buying a $4,000+, 10-year warranty mattress (a $1,400 increase from my Purple 3) after an hour in a showroom and, like I said at the start, I didn't visit the store with the intention of buying a mattress. Based on my experience, maybe I should have said this *explicitly*. When I made it clear I wouldn't be buying a mattress *that day*, Nick became much less friendly and helpful. He almost seemed mad, like I owed it to him to buy a mattress. He called me out on my budget, insisted the $200+ pillow I'd just bought "wouldn't help" (despite telling me earlier that having a good pillow was very important), and made the end of my shopping experience uncomfortable. I still might return my Purple 3 and buy something else, but I don't think I'll buy it from this store.

**GLOWING REVIEW ALERT** First, I will start by saying that when I review services and products I review them noting the function, quality, customer service and my experience. Now time for the review. Nick Herring was the gentleman that helped me. He went above and beyond what I needed and was very professional, genuine and accommodating. I have never mattress shopped before and I’m moving into my own place for the very first. I literally had no clue about the cost of a mattress, what a good mattress includes, and what would be the right mattress for me. I researched some online and was advised to get a mattress in a box. However, I wasn’t a fan of a mattress coming in a box. That’s just me. Nick answered all my questions and he was very informative. And he did not tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. That was very important because as a salesman usually they try to get you to make a purchase and even if it’s not a good purchase for you. I felt comfortable enough to give him my actual budget and he worked with what I gave him. He showed me the different options that he had available and different options that I might would want to consider. He was very patient with me and very understanding of my situation. The 4 hours at Mattress Firm was well spent as I learned about hybrid beds and what is best for my needs. After a $4,000 purchase and the salesperson pressuring me to finance a certain amount so he gets more money and looks good to his boss, I didn’t have a good feeling about this purchase. I left and each day grew more and more worried that I had over paid. After doing due diligence, I realized I had and so therefor called to cancel the order before delivery. I got a high pressure pitch and the salesperson Nick would not let me speak. When he finally agreed to refund my money and cancel my order he became mad and quickly got off the phone. Before he did, I asked for an email confirmation and I was told you won’t get one and your money will be returned in 7-10 business days. So mattress Firm had $1,000 of my money 8 days prior to the supposed delivery date and now it’s going to take another 7-10. This is bad business practice and makes me have a different opinion about this company. Buyer beware.

My delivery process was just as seamless. I bought the mattress Saturday. The delivery was scheduled for Monday between 10-12pm. I was surprised at the quick turn around so close to the holidays. The drivers arrived at 10 am. They were professional and polite. The set up was smooth and quick. They made sure everything was in place and worked correctly before leaving. I will start this review with I've almost always purchased my mattresses from Mattress Firm. The end of March I decided to order online. I received the mattress on time. The only problem is that I was not aware it was memory form. I do not do well with memory foam. So today (4/13) I made a few phone calls to find a Mattress Firm store with a large selection of mattresses. It happened to be very close to me on the East-West Connector. I called first and spoke with the sales associate, Diquan Jefferson, who told me exactly where they were located. When I arrived I was professionaly greeted with a genuine, warm smile. I explained to him that I've been having a hard time focusing after a major family loss and I might need his help. I explained what type of mattress I needed and Diquan proceeded to show me 3 different mattresses. It was evident that he had a thorough knowledge of the mattresses from the very beginning.
