We left and came to Mattress Firm right away we were greeted by Jasmin! She was very friendly and very helpful . We left with a new mattress . Although Mattress Firm is a branded name that many trust, what sealed the deal for me is Ms. Teeka ( I hope I spelled her name correctly). Not only did she patiently helped perfectly wed a mattress for me and my son, she made it very budget friendly. She listened and made it more than just a sales transaction. There were two employees there that day when I purchased our new bedding needs. Both employee's were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They were patient and did not push at selling me anything. However, they did work with me to understand what my needs and choices were! Shaquel Ashley was very professional in going over all of the points of the sell. They're the best with customer service and knowledge about the products, which afforded me the opportunity to make the best possible decision on meeting my needs! Also, they beat the deal I was going to do with "Rooms To Go". They will meet and beat other offers. This is a must visit if you're serious about purchasing a new mattress and, bed lifts. Friendly and courteous service while placing my order for the twin bed frame. I was supposed to pick up the item on the following Monday but the delivery truck did not show up at the store. They offered to deliver my item on Wednesday since it wasn't available for me to pick up on Monday. Product delivered with no issues. The man who helped us (I wish i remembered his name) was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and adjustable beds. He was very kind and he helped us as well as another lady who came in after us simultaneously. While we were checking out he received a phone call and asked the lady to please hold but she continued talking. The mattresses I ordered never came so I finally went to the store. The young man was nice enough and offered to give me “in stock” items that were equal in quality and value. Those mattresses were delivered as promised but are in no way equal in quality or value. I ordered 13.5” and 12” mattresses. I received 2 10” mattresses and one 12”. I’m not happy about it at all. I felt I was cheated but since I was desperate to have something to sleep on, I’ll have to let the issue go. Update: the issue has been resolved. The sales associate attendant called me and quickly delivered the right mattresses. I’m happy now. Thank you Mattress Firm.

She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of great information on the different types of mattresses and the qualities of the mattresses. We live in Covington, GA and first went went to the Mattress Firm in Conyers, GA and had a horrible experience. The only thing the salesmen wanted to talk about was himself; how HE was the MANGER and HE, HE, HE. That is not why we went to Mattress Firm so we went to another one and had the SAME experience. Finally, we decided to drive all the way to the Mattress Firm in McDonough, GA, 20 miles from our home. IT WAS WORTH the drive. JaDea was our saleslady. This was in July 2021. She was FABULOUS!! She answered all of our questions, let us try out soooo many different mattresses. She did EVERYTHING right. I cannot praise her enough. We left and told her we wanted to think about it as we were leaning towards buying a tempur pedic after trying out so many BUT if we decided to purchase one, we would definitely make the 20 mile drive back and buy from her. Well six months later, yesterday, we drove back to the Mattress Firm in McDonough and bought a $7,913.72 tempur pedic split mattress from her. We had gone the night before (another 20 miles), but she had just left work so another guy let us try out what we were wanting to purchase. JaDea deserves ALL of the commission and that's whom we wanted to get ALL of it. From here on out, my husband and I will refer everyone to JaDea. Again, I cannot say enough about her. She is the kind of employee that every Mattress Firm should have!!

Who speaks “mattress”??? I know I don’t... we needed a new mattress as ours had seen better days er’ nights. We returned to Mattress Firm to find out our mattress was still under warranty! As a natural skeptic I didn’t believe what I was being told... we could get. Full credit of our original purchase price to put towards a new mattress? No way! Well as it turns out YES WAY! Davon, Jediyah, and Jalani were extremely helpful and patient with our children that used their showroom as a playhouse. Davon answered all of my questions, eased my skepticism, and was able to breakdown the language of “mattress” to folks that haven’t shopped for a mattress in 9 years. Davon was attentive, professional, patient, and knew precisely when to give us space for discussions about our wants and when to assist without us ever feeling as though he was hovering. Excellent job. This Mattress Firm location welcomed our family and made us feel as though somehow our choice really affected their own night’s sleep. Our youngest child will soon be in need of a different bed and we know exactly where we’re going and to whom we’ll be speaking with.

Talk about exceptional customer service! My husband and I went to window shop for a mattress and we ended up purchasing a set. It really helps the customer when the person knows what they are speaking of in regards to what the mattress has to offer. How you sleep and so forth. Alexandra REALLY knows her stuff. Very pleasant attitude and easy to shop with. She was so confident in their products that she patiently waited for us to go to another store and compare. The delivery guys said no problem we can make it work and they did. They were super nice and trying to get everything set up. They made phone calling a manager at the warehouse. Only problem one leg needed 2 more 3” extension which they said would be an easy fix. I just went to the store and they said I would have to contact Serta. If it’s not going to work it’s on them. My salesman Melvin said before I bought the mattress and adjustable base would work with any bed. He is supposed to be working on making it right but he said that’s not something they sell separate. Let’s see if Mattress Firm is as good as there promises. So far I’m not impressed and they need so make good on their promises or come back and pick their stuff up !!! Update: Well to my surprise they were true to their word and made things right!! I am very happy with my bed and the guys that came to my house were awesome. Melvin Thank you !!

I began looking for a mattress for our king size bed in September2020. There were just too many choices so we decided to wait until first of 2021 when we usually see mattress sales. I was originally curious about the Purple mattress and I saw the ads for sales at Mattress Firm. I originally met with Abigail and felt comfortable with the way she answered my many questions. I needed some time to look at reviews. When I returned Abigail was gone but Jelani was there and we had additional discussions about other possible choices. I brought my husband with me and he didn’t care for the feel of the Purple Mattress. I finally narrowed my decision down to the Intellibed and the Beautyrest. It was an overwhelming decision, but the offer of exchanging the mattress after 4 months if I didn’t like it and the patience, no-pressure approach and knowledge that Jelani demonstrated made me decide not to go back to the Sleep Number store or any other store. I trusted I was making the right decision. Thank you

Melvyn Thomas was super helpful and put us on every bed with an adjustable base that we wanted to try to make sure we were happy with our decision. Long story short: The service and knowledge at this store helped me find my best mattress. Not everyone wants to spend as much as I did, but there was NO, NONE, NADA, ZIP pressure to spend as much as I did. Shop here comfortably, and leave knowing you got the best that your money could buy. Rashida helped me through the entire purchase. Short story long: I read online reviews, and recommendations before shopping for a mattress. There is a TON of information out there. I finally decided to just go find a store and start trying them out. I started at this Mattress Firm, and was helped by Rashida. No high pressure sales, just lots of information. She had me try a few beds, without any mention of price, just to get an idea for what type of mattress I preferred. Once that was established, and I told her how much I wanted to spend, she directed me to appropriate selections. They were all well within my budget, but I told her they were missing the wow factor. We then found, after several more trials, a mattress that I LOVED, but it was nearly triple what I had hoped to spend. She continued to show me cheaper options, but I kept returning to the one I had bonded with. I went home and slept on it (not my new mattress, but the thought of it) and decided to check out the Original Mattress Factory very close by, the next day. I went there, tried many mattress, many were much cheaper than my baby back at mattress firm. I asked myself, could the Mattress Firm mattress, really be that much better? So, again, I went immediately to Mattress Firm and tried it out again. Again, Rashida helped me. Holy Smokes, Batman! Side by side comparisons blew my mind. The mattress that was considerably more, was a drastic difference from the OMF one. Now, it was at a completely different price point, but her patience and knowledge helped me make the right decision for me. I bought the mattress firm mattress, at a higher price, and it was absolutely worth it.
