Kyle is not only very knowledgeable about every mattress in the store but he is also a great communicator! I always do a lot of research prior to going in person and Kyle was able to put a bow on all of the specs and reviews I had been digesting online. Customer service is alive and well here!! We had a very pleasant experience the first time we came to Mattress Firm at Edgewood a few months ago. We spoke with Andrew who encouraged us to return during the Labor Day weekend (and also gifted us with the existence of adjustable bases)....so here we are! We were immediately greeted by Robert who has been very helpful in helping us choose what works for us, including working with us past the store's closing time. My mom came in just to browse mattresses and let me tell you, she fell in love. First of all Cameron was AWESOME!!! We walked the entire store and sat on almost every bed. She took her time and went in to detail about each mattress. Decent overall mattress purchase experience, but the consultative approach to salesmanship could have been better. I was willing to spend twice what I spent if I was sold on the reasons for a superior product. We can all improve. The place was kinda busy this day, the store had one employee working this day due to call outs, however the associate handled it perfectly! We were seen and acknowledged. He answered our questions, gave us space to look around. He explained the mattresses to us, what to look for. He gave us some disposable sheets to lay own and try out the mattresses on. Explained about the warranty, the delivery, and the setup of the new mattress, all while managing other customers. No one was left alone, and both parties were treated with respect and as if they were the only customers. The only problem I would say is that, while we were purchasing our mattress and setting up the delivery, the associate asked me if I would like a bottle of water, I said yes, however he forgot to give me the water lol but as you know this was not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed this visit. Hats off to Robert, he handled the stress extremely well, Thank you!!

We ended up at the Edgewood location after being disappointed by a different nearby store. We were immediately greeted by Robert, who couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. It was refreshing to be helped by someone who made it his mission to get us the best deal possible, all with zero pressure to buy. I just bought a new home and needed a mattress for one of the guest bedrooms. I found one I liked that was on sale at the Mattress Firm store but I wanted to look around to compare prices. After a few days, I returned to purchase the original one but it was no longer on sale. Mr. Knight, the gentleman who assisted me was kind enough to offer me the mattress at the previous sale price. I deeply appreciate this as I have a few big purchases to make for the new house and really would like to keep costs to a minimum. Mr. Knight was gracious with me from the first day I stepped into the store, patient as I decided and welcomed me back warmly. That he made such a great gesture of giving me that terrific price only added to the great experience I already had with him.

Our sales associate, Robert gave great service, was informative and extremely helpful in our mattress and base selection! He even stayed past closing while we tried different mattresses! Very satisfied overall and would recommend this store if you are unsure what kind of mattress is best for you. Also, trying the power base was a life changing experience; I don’t think I’m exaggerating. I’m a cameraman, and I put a lot of stress on my back. I had never experienced the pressure relief by elevating my feet and head in a bed before, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a normal bed frame now. Definitely worth the money, I spent!

Michalis at the Edgewood location was amazing to work with! My husband and I initially spoke to him at the Smyrna location over a month ago. He spent over an hour with us answering any questions we had as a mattress is a very important purchase. We didn't end up getting the mattress that day but we wanted to make sure when we did, it was through Michalis. When we called the store we found out he had moved to the Edgewood location so we made sure we went to that location so we could be sure to work with him on our actual purchase. The most honest review you'll find on the internet: Myself and my wife walked into this Mattress Firm with a budget in mind. We were met by Robert, a salesperson at this location. We told him what we wanted to spend, and he was more than accommodating. I asked him about the Purple mattress brand, and if they had any available. He showed us the different options, but we were wary about the price. He told us about the 0 down, 0 interest financing through Syncrony bank. The application process was painless, and we were approved in minutes. The whole process was pleasant, and we felt truly taken care of. I very strongly recommend this location, and my new friend Robert. Happy hunting!

Rodney was great! Loved working with him, no pressure, easy buying experience. The 3 stars is related entirely to Mattress Firms terrible processes. When you buy a mattress, if you want it delivered, you literally have to go to a separate companies website on your phone will sitting in the store, put in all your details, then wait for them to call you back with a drivers name so that you can give it to the mattress firm salesperson to put in the order. I ended up leaving and sending Rodney the information later, but if I had sat there and waited, I would have been there for 4 hours. I have no idea, how in today’s digital world, Mattress Firm isn’t digitally integrated with a shipping company to deliver mattresses. This is quite literally ‘the last mile’ in getting a mattress to your customers and they make the customer do all the work. Next tome, I’ll just buy the same mattress on amazon where they share my information with shippers and deliver the mattress to me free of hassle.

Mr. Kyle Huling was extremely helpful in choosing my new King size mattress and 600 adjustable bases with massage and the works. I tested out both items while Kyle was typing up purchase ticket, I almost snoozed off until I realize I was at the store. I have not gotten any peaceful sleep during the quarantine due to numbness and pain from sleeping on an old mattress. Kyle reminded me that I was worth an upgraded mattress for health purposes and an adjustable base!

I just purchased my third mattress from this location. There's a reason I keep coming back. My last two were low budget necessities and I love that mattress firm always has some kind of sale/a range of pricing options. But, my latest mattress is definitely the most expensive of the bunch and I can already tell it was worth every penny! Felicia Thompson/Thomas(?) helped me through the buying process and she took her time walking me through the store, allowing me to try out different comfort levels, and explaining the differences between each one. She listened to my comments and preferences, and was able to recommend several mattresses that fit my needs for lower back support, minimal motion transfer, and a firm yet cushioned feel. It meant a lot to have her offer suggestions that fit what I was looking for rather than just trying to make the biggest sale. Once I'd made a choice she walked me through my various payment options, waited while I called my husband to confer, and even threw in next day evening delivery at no extra cost. (I was a few dollars short of being eligible for a promotional 30th anniversary sale to get discounted delivery, but she gave it to me anyway)! I've only slept on the mattress a few nights, but I'm almost positive it's a perfect fit (there was one other mattress I was considering but my husband wasn't with me & I wasn't sure which he'd prefer). If we change our minds later on, Felicia told me all about our options for return/exchange after 30 days & she even made a note of the other mattress I was considering for reference. Thank You, Mattress Firm Edgewood! It's going to be a while before I need a new mattress again, but when the time comes I'll definitely be coming back to you guys!

I went in dead set against a certain type of mattress but the salesman suggested one given all the criteria I was looking for. I tried it out and it was the best of the bunch - one I had gone in dead set against. I hope it will pay off but my back should be better regardless. Helpful salesperson.
