Excellent customer experience. John greeted us immediately and pointed us in the right direction from start to finish. He listened to our needs and kept in mind the budget we needed. He convinced us to convert to a hybrid mattress with an adjustable base. We tried it out and loved it. The remote is attached, which is good for us because we have a toddler that runs off with remotes. We also upgraded to a King sized mattress for the price of a queen. First mattress purchase as a married couple and we have no regrets. I was sold on adjustable base and cooling feature on the mattress. My wife was sold on the hybrid feature. Our son enjoyed the spacing on the king sized mattress.

The store experience was great Stacy the associate was awesome she took her time and explained the differences in the mattress I tried based on the mattress matcher on the mattress firm website. I highly recommend the mattress matcher it will help you narrow your search before you go to the store to try mattresses and you have the option to have your preferences emailed to you and an associate can pull them up in store. The bank they use and the time it took to get approved was the only reason I did not give them a 5 star review. It took over 20 minutes to get thou all the hoops required.

We worked with Stacy and she was great! Was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to over sell us. We went through the mattress matcher questionnaire with her and tried several over about 20-30 min. When we said we liked a lesser priced model better she didn’t keep pushing the higher model. When we asked to have some time to think and get back to her she didn’t use scare tactics to make us buy sooner. Because of the pleasant experience I made sure to go back in to order instead of just buying the mattress I knew I wanted online. Plus they were able to offer better discounts in store than online and they worked to find discounts and save us some money which is always a plus.

I have had a mattress firm mattress since 2015. It is still in perfect condition, but my boyfriend and I needed to upgrade to a king and I left the mattress with my brother for his guest room. Stacy helped us find the perfect one. I almost exclusively prefer firm mattresses and hate memory foam. My boyfriend likes soft and memory foam. We have been sleeping on some thin memory foam mattress he bought secondhand since we moved. I have gone to the chiropractor weekly and still been in pain from how awful it is. Based on beds we tried in store and our opinions Stacy recommended the iSeries 2000 in firm. It’s the memory foam for him and firm for me. This was the perfect combination for what we needed and I never would have picked it myself. Stacy really knows her products and how to relate them to customer needs. I really can’t thank her enough. One night and I’m already sleeping deeper and better.

From the minute I walked in to MattressFIRM I was greeted with a smile from Joseph Jordan, one the the salesman there. I thought I had done my homework until Joseph started showing me all the different types they had and what made one different then the other. Well I picked out the one that I felt was good for my back problems , two new pillows and a new mattress cover. They gave me a great deal and I was able to walk out with the new mattress since allot of them come packed in boxes now. Great place, great service, very friend people. I was shopping for a king mattress, but without much background knowledge on how to shop for one. I went to Mattress Firm on Black Friday, and was worried about the crowds and being mixed in with all of the other customers. However that was not the case. I was helped by a sales associate named Stacy, who despite the crowds took her time with me and walked me through all of the mattresses within my budget. I left there having purchased a great hybrid mattress and am looking forward to receiving it via free delivery very soon.

Don't look any further... BUY your mattress here!!! We went to Mattress Firm Clearance Center in Asheville, NC, where we had just moved. We had decided that we wanted an adjustable frame, and were hoping to get educated on them. April greeted us warmly and proceeded to focus on our needs. She was extremely thorough in explaining every aspect and advantages as to the best fit for us. She patiently had us try an assortment of brands. Once we determined which frame was best for us, we realized that to fully take advantage of our individual sleeping habits, we would need a split king mattress so we could each operate our beds individually. April was very knowledgeable and had us try various mattresses, explaining the benefits of each. We were delighted with the process of our shopping adventure and our final selection for purchase. We highly recommend this store and salesperson, April. The store manager, Rudy was also helpful in the final sales deal. We have now had the mattress & adjustable frame for a month and a half and the service and products are everything we expected and MORE! The delivery team was a white glove service who did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the set-up. The 120 day return policy on the mattress was comforting and the 6 year 0% interest rate financing, a great perk, which made it possible for us to purchase both the mattress and frame.

We bought a new King size bed at Mattress Firm on Tunnel Road in Asheville ,North Carolina. We got an adjustable base and king mattress. The mattress is wonderful. It supports my body just right. The adjustable base is great for my acid reflux and snoring husband. The sales person met us as soon as we walked in. His name is Rudy and he was very informative. He explained each bed we laid on and how it works and everything we needed to know to pick a bed that's perfect for us. The adjustable base comes with a remote so you don't even have to get up to raise or lower it. It's also great for laying in bed watching tv. He figured up our payments and worked up a schedule for us. Delivery was right on time and they set everything up except putting on the sheets and comforter. I am so glad we went to Mattress Firm for our sleep needs. Now I sleep like a baby.
