We had an absolutely amazing experience at the ultimate mattress store. We were met by the nicest, most knowledgeable sales associate, Mark. He seemed to know literally everything about every single mattress. We didn’t once feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t want. He even pointed out similar items that were just lower in price to try and look out for us. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted for an amazing price. If we need anything else we will definitely be contacting mark!

Mark was excellent, with over 30 years of experience he really knows his stuff and is an valuable resource. This was a “no pressure” experience in which Mark courteously told me about the mattresses and adjustable frames which would be the best fit for me. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I did not feel like he was trying to “push” certain products or upsell me, but aided me in thinking through the buying process and sought out good deals for me. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a new bed to stop by and talk to Mark. Especially if you are someone, like myself, who really likes to compare and think things over before making a purchase. Mark, thank you for your friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. I would also like to thank Andrea, for her expert and friendly help. Like Mark, she helped me to find the best products and deals for my situation. Mark was fantastic and made our bed shopping experience the best we've had yet. He informed and educated us instead of selling us, and because of that, we are confident we've made the right choice in a bed we'll likely keep for 10+ years. The entrance to the store need better signage. The sales rep Mark was helpful and was knowledgeable on the needs of a stomach sleeper and the concern of having firmness on the edge of the bed for sitting. After laying on multiple mattresses multiple time, we were able to chose the mattress that works for us. Mark gave us space for us to discuss our concerns together with the multiple options and wasn't pushy or hoving but was able to see when we had questions.

I initially came in to the store just to look at prices on a Tempurpedic LUXEbreeze, and was disappointed to hear you stopped carrying them, but was given an excellent run-down as to why they were removed, and directed towards a mattress that not only felt better on my back and hips, but felt cooler for longer (one of the main reasons I came in to look at the LUXEbreeze in the first place) I was glad I had stuck around to get his advice. He helped me find a better mattress (for what I was looking for) and it ended up being a good deal cheaper than what I had been anticipating. I was also able to wrap up the delivery for my mattress and my new captains bed (which I was purchasing through Ashley Home Furnishing) together. Very happy with my experience.

For once I walked into a mattress store and wasn't immediately bombarded by pushy sales people trying to get me for all I'm worth. Mark was helpful in explaining the differences in the different models we were looking at, and didn't mind that we didn't get the most expensive model either. Helped guide us to what felt best and was fine leaving us to lay in silence to see what we thought. Accommodating and friendly, if I had to buy another mattress I would look for him. 10/10

I came in pretty sure I wanted the breeze tempurpedic, but also wanted to try other ones to compare, Mark greeted me right away, courteously put on a mask, I felt comfortable he broke down each mattress, tried each one, explained tempurpedic, the financing/delivery/ set up process, answered my questions, smooth, enjoyable, would recommend. Tons of beds to choose from, and they even have a diagnostic bed setup that recommends a list of beds for you based on you and your partner’s height, weight, and location of pain. Kristy helped me interpret the results and we found the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. AND we saved $1000 with the Memorial Day sale and a discount for buying an exchanged mattress. We purchased our new mattress, mattress cover, 2 sets of sheets, 2 pillows, 2 pillow covers. We suggest you go there and do the same!!!!!

Buying a mattress is never an easy or comfortable task, however, after shopping at four different stores we ended the day at the ultimate mattress store. Kristy H was our sales associate and took us through the process of educating us and letting us try our three preferred mattresses based on multiple factors. Pretty easy and straightforward process. You get on the little bed that does its “scientific” study of your pressure points and weight distribution, etc. and it comes up with a list of recommended beds for you and your sleeping partner. The sales lady Kristy was very nice, informative, and gave a low-pressure sales pitch. Kristy Harrington was definitely one of the main reasons I purchased from the Ultimate Mattress Store! She recommended that I try out the bed and take as long as I wanted (I slept in the bed for 40 minutes!). Provided information when I needed it and moved me on from one mattress to another mattress based on my input until we found just the right bed. Never complained when I stayed a little past closing time on a couple visits for questions. If you have the money and time to lay on these pricey memory foam mattresses - I'd highly recommend!

Before I came here I had a plan to just look and go to other place around town looking for a mattress. Mark was awesome. He had me lay down on a bed and it took measurements on how my body connects to the mattress. Then Mark knew exactly what kind of mattress my body would need. So I tried several that were recommended to me. However they just didn’t seem comfortable to me. So Mark had me lay down on several in the store. He was was never pushy at all. But so knowledgeable in mattresses. I purchased a mattress with a reclining frame. I was so happy. I don’t have them yet due to construction, but they will deliver them and set them up. Plus if I don’t like the mattress during any time in 1 year I can take it back and pick something else out. This is the best mattress store I have ever been to. I highly recommend anyone to go here. Kristy Harrington was very patient, kind and thorough in assisting us in getting that right mattress and frame set up for our home. She asked a series of questions that narrowed down exactly what we wanted and directed us to tryout and compare different styles of mattresses. Was an awesome experience shopping at the ultimate mattress store. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the various mattresses and mattress bases that we looked at. With so many brands and types to choose from now days, it can be a little overwhelming to decide which one is right for you, after looking at a few other stores. We ended up at the ultimate mattress store. Didn't take long to narrow it down to a couple that we were interested in. After spending a little time on each and testing the adjustable base a few times, we made our dissision, mattress set ordered and on the way! Definitely a 5 star place.

Update: 6/18/20 We received a call 2 days ago that due to the inconvenience of our matress proector delay they were able to uprage our mattress protector the next model and had one available for pick up today. We are very thankful they were willing to do this and so far still love our mattress. Staff in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we love out tempurpedic bed so far. Our only complaint is that we purchased a 130$ matress protector because we were told it is needed for warrenty reasons, we were told it was out of stock but to be deliver in a week so we just had to be super careful that week not to stain the bed and they would call us when it came in. We waited 2 weeks and no call so when I called them they told us someone accidently completed our order and so they gave our mattress cover to someone else and now we need to wait for the shipment to come next week. 10 days later no call, I called today and they said shipment might come maybe next week. I understand with COVID shipping can be delayed but they admitted to accidently completing our order and with 2 kids and 2 dogs its super stressful to worry to not get a single stain on a 5k mattress for a month or the warrenty is no good... hopefully they call next week

I stopped at the Ultimate Mattress Store because they were advertising an extended Labor Day sale. I was greeted by one of their sales rep’s, Mark Ciarlo. I explained what I was looking for & he showed me to their Sleep Number bed. He explained the manufacturing process & history of how/who designed the mattress. He also gave me a through demonstration of the mattress & the adjustable base. I appreciated his product knowledge, personable manner & the time he spent insuring that all my questions were answered. I’m looking forward to my new mattress & adjustable base! Shopping there was a very pleasant no pressure experience!

After shopping for a bed for a week, the store salesperson did better than the others we experienced elsewhere. They had a better selection of beds for the price range we were looking for (up to ~4,500). Delivery was nice because of the two hour window. The delivery person had a cut he didn't know of, and got blood on the mattress, but they scheduled a stain cleaning for 3 business days out at no charge. I would do it over again if I had to. Pretty good overall.

My husband, daughter and I went to Ultimate Mattress Store because a new bed was suggested by my doctor due to back pain, and ours is waaay past it’s expiration date. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a smiling Sales Rep, Kristy. She asked a few questions about why we were looking for a bed and what we had before and began showing us beds. She suggested we lay on each one for 15 minutes so get a real feel for how it would sleep. That was Excellent advice because some were comfortable at first, but became uncomfortable after a few minutes, and others took a few minutes to settle in. We ended up purchasing a Serra iComfort adjustable bed which we are waiting for. Kristy was amazing with checking in helping us find the right fit. She was very patient throughout the process, and even made sure our daughter was included and had a good time. I can’t wait to have a bed I can actually sleep on, and finally get a good nights gets rest. Thank you Kristy!!

Their policy allows you to exchange the mattress within a year if you purchase their mattress top/cover. Mark Ciarlo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As he rung them up; he told my husband that the listed price $299.00 WAS the sale price. Somewhere he got a price of $369.00 as the sale price and took off a percentage from there. We feel that there is deception because the sales associates are able to make a commission on what they sale. So the prices did not make any sense. If a sheet says 299.00 then that should be the price and the discount taken from there.

I really wanted to give this place a good review however this was not the ideal shopping experience. When our items were delivered (the delivery folks were absolutely amazing) we did not get a frame. We were confused checked the receipt and realized there was no frame on there. Ok we thought we made it clear what we needed. I will note the salesman was more interested in telling stories then making sure we got everything we needed so I should have tripled checked. Anyway...headed back to the store and ordered the frame. We went and picked it up brought it home and found it was not what we had ordered. Ok so now a third trip! We go back and find the sales staff have no clue about the product (frames) they are selling (I want be clear here, the warehouse did not mess up). Now we are still trying not to get frustrated....we ask for a compensation for our time and are told no. Now we didn’t just go in and spend 100 dollars here. We spent thousands and feel Having to go back 3 times warrants some compensation. This is 200 dollar product they could have easily compensated us 10% on. With that said unless you have a lot of time on you hands go somewhere else. FYI this is the same as Sandler’s so you may not want to waste your time there either. The only reason for the 3 stars is on mattresses they are knowledgeable and I found the delivery folks to be fast efficient and careful inside my home.
