Miriam helped me and was extremely informative. The store is open with a mask requirement, the inventory is a little low for normal (as mattress manufacturers had to focus on supplying hospitals and care facilities over the past months). Still there are plenty of choices with new items coming in daily. They have a great sale going on right now thru July 19, 2020.

Prior to my arrival I spoke with Judy, she diligently answered all questions and was immensely helpful. This phone conversation drew me to the store. While there she provided exceptional customer service that extended beyond the sale. In a time where customer service is declining Judy went above and beyond all expectations.

We came in and told the sales associate we wanted a mattress that was in stock. She was able to get us what we wanted quickly and was very helpful. They gave a military discount which was great, but they would get so much more business if they would deliver to JBER. (You pay for delivery!!!) If we didn’t have a truck we would have had to leave and go somewhere else. So, if you’re a military family living on JBER, don’t come here expecting them to deliver to you.

Went there 2 times, the first time the lady barely talked. Just pointed to mattresses and left. She didn't even give us the correct pricing for the mattress. Second time the lady wouldnt stop talking. Mattresses themselves were over priced. We found a cheaper mattress at another home
