I have gotten the deep tissue massage and she was perfect on the amount of pressure from the beginning. What these comments on here say are 100% accurate and it is truly worth going. Oh and I will be returning for another massage 😁

Susan EI visited Alternative Therapy today for an initial visit with Chris. I had a deep tissue massage. For anyone who enjoys a this type of massage, visit and request Chris; you won’t be sorry. I have had many massages over the years, and Chris is in the top 3 of the very best. She is amazing, and I will be back. Thank you for such a phenomenal experience. The atmosphere at this place is top notch.

Nat RomI’ve been to many massage spas in delaware and this by far is the best place I have visited. It’s very small and intimate. I am currently getting prenatal massages and Ally does such an amazing job! Check them out and you won’t regret it.
Danielle DiminoGotten massages before at other businesses and this is by far the best experience/service/professional massage my fiancé and I have ever received. Rachel gave my fiancé much needed back therapy and a referral to a chiropractor that he wouldn’t have otherwise ever gone to if his back pain and misalignment wasn’t brought to his attention. He said he always requests deep tissue and no one gave him a true real deep tissue massage like Rachel did. Kris really took the time to relieve a ton of knots and tension in my neck and I left feeling amazing. No one has ever personalized our massages and really focused on the areas that need it the most like that. We are so happy we found this business and will definitely be coming back as regulars!

While getting my massage Rachel was able to see that my back was in need of more than just a massage and recommended going to the chiropractor, Compared to other places that would just suggest getting there plan and coming in 2 times a month.
