Okay, I usually don't give online reviews, but Jess had magical hands! She knew exactly what she was doing because when she finished my prenatal massage I felt so much better; less pain in my lower back, I had more energy, I felt amazing. Everything was so relaxing as soon as I walked into the front door. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jess for taking such good care of me!

Update... The owner reached out and got me in with a different massage therapist who was fabulous and was probably the best massage I've ever had! I appreciated the owners willingness to make this right and to the massage therapist Sam Greene for the excellent massage. I'll definitely be back. The worst "massage" I've ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money going here unless you just want an hour to lay down and get lotion rubbed on you without the massage. I specifically requested my lower back and hips and shoulders to be the focus and they didn't get massaged once. I asked for more pressure during the process with no follow up. I have never left a massage angry until today! At one point I thought she fell asleep because she just sat there with her hands on me with no movement for a long period of time. So unsatisfied and feel like I got scammed out of $75.

Hands down best massage ever!! I had never had a lymphatic massage before and it was the absolute BEST!!!! Even days after the massage I felt fantastic!!! My joints didn't hurt and I didn't have any brain fog!!! I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Bolyard and her lymphatic massage!!!

I have to honestly say that my experience with Licensed Massage Therapist, Jennifer Bolyard at Body and Soul was the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. With over a decade of chronic migraines and severe neck and back pain, I have exhausted all options with doctors, medications, chiropractors and more. Jennifer was incredibly professional, very understanding, kind and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in her care as she worked with me to identify problem areas and create a care plan specific to my needs. I am absolutely astounded that even after just one session she has helped reduce my immediate overall pain level. I will be returning regularly for follow up care with her as my guide to better heath and wellness.

Janelle has been giving me massages for several weeks now and not only do they feel amazing, but her work is truly helping reduce the pain and increase the range of motion in my frozen shoulder. She is very kind and warm and has an intuitive sense about the way she approaches massage, knowing exactly what I need without my having to specify everything. Janelle also has extra training that really shows and she is very thorough in her approach. I feel lucky I found her!

I was looking for a new place to try a massage that wasn't incredibly expensive. Their prices are reasonable and absolutely worth every penny. The place is a bit off the beaten track but they aren't charging you for amenities that you may not even take advantage of, like other spas in Wichita. Kasey did a deep tissue massage on myself and her pressure was perfect. I would highly recommend!

I have wanted to be a massage therapist for years. When I started looking for schools, Body and Soul was the best choice for me due the affordability and the class times as I was still working full time. But then I met the instructors. Not only do they have incredible experience so they can really teach you what you need to know, but they care about each of their students. Their care and support not only got me through the classes, but it has continued now that I am practicing on my own. I can’t imagine going to a different school. Body and Soul was truly where I was meant to be.

What an awesome massage! Jake spent time talking to me asking what needed attention and how deep he could massage my legs and back. I have to say this is one of the best massages I have ever had. I feel neglectful for not writing this review earlier...actually years ago. Jen Gillispie has been my massage therapist for at least 6 years and probably longer. She is trained in many types of massage and has an impressive knowledge of physiology. As a result of my physical activity and some poor habitual body movements I have had some chronic pains that Jen has been able to relieve. Also, she has provided me with valuable information on specific changes that have made a significant difference in my quality of life.

First time visiting this business and it did not disappoint. I have had deep tissue massages in the past, but Rachel Stacey is probably one of the best I've had. She paid attention to the areas I told her were troublesome, and she took the time to explain why she was doing various techniques. I highly recommend Rachel!

I attended Body & Soul Massage School in 2012 and completed the 500 hour professional training course. I could not be more happy with my decision to study massage in this setting. The teachers are masterfully skilled in all of the massage methods covered as well as experts in the anatomy studied as part of this course. True to their name, the Body & Soul Massage school invites students to be challenged in both mind and body, and the rewards for this are great. I have been working professionally as a massage therapist for a year and owe much of my success to my training at Body & Soul. I definitely recommend this school for anyone looking for a comprehensive, affordable, and enlightening massage training experience. I count all of my class mates as well as the faculty of the school as friends and know that my life has changed for the better because of my time at Body & Soul.
