Zech does an amazing job! I've been to many different massage therapists, but I will be sticking with Zech. He is able to find which muscles are causing my pain and get them to release. He is very professional and friendly. My low back pain has improved dramatically since I started seeing him.

Despite being an avid CrossFitter for 6 years and living an overall healthy lifestyle, I have been dealing with a plethora of health issues for over a year and was recommended by my chiropractor to go to Zech since my body has been locked up from trauma, stress, toxicity, etc.. I started going to Zech twice a week for 3 weeks so far and I already can tell my body is reacting very positively in numerous ways. I have been to many massage therapists for sports massages and I have not had one as good as Zech! I have had better sleep, less headaches and more clarity of mind. I highly recommend him for any type of person whether or not you feel you need massage therapy.

Zech is a professional with his massage work. He is available, competent and friendly. I have had a shoulder (trap) issue that I couldn't fix with stretching, PT or chiropractic care. Since working with him for over the last month I have had NOTICEABLE improvement in range of motion and day to day comfort. HIGHLY recommend his services!

Zech is the real deal! I just got out of my first massage with him, and feel 300% better than I did going in. I'm normally traveling fulltime and of that, I've had massages all over the country and the world. There were a lot of disappointing ones this year in other places but I was **Pleasantly** surprised at Helping Hands Massage. Zech found problem areas I didn't even realize I had and skillfully sorted them out! If you type a lot, he will probably find and help sore, tight spots in your arms, too, that other therapists would pass over. Glad the massage lived up to the hype of all the other reviews here. I highly recommend him and look forward to booking again!

Zech does a great job using deep tissue massages to smooth out those knots in the muscles which helps to reduce pain. He can find knots where you didn't even know you had them! I see him every week because of arthritis in my back and he really helps me!

I was referred to Zechariah from my other massage therapist. I was nervous about going to a male massage therapist, but I was so impressed on how professional he is. I was dealing with bad muscle tension. With his experience he was able to provide long last relief. He also, has great hours for those who work 8:30am to 5:30pm hours.

I highly recommend Zech to anyone suffering from pain or tightness. With Zech, you get improvement, you eventually correct and recover from your muscle problems. With some other places, all you really get is a little hour long soothing relaxation, which is fine, but if you want to heal and get rid of your problem for good, Zech is who you want.

After three months of doctoring unsuccessfully for for a headache on the top of my head, I thought to seek out massage. Luckily, while walking West Mall last winter, I’d pick up Zack’s card. I called to see if he was taking clients now with CoVid. Yes! He nailed my problem with a series of three deep tissue massages from neck to calves out to forearms. I have fibromyalgia and the headache started after a long international flight, followed by two shorter flights to get home. It was a very long day and a half; I think all my trigger points tensed up, and I never worked out the tension during my then prolonged stay-at-home time as a person over 65. I strongly recommend Zach for his quiet, competent, professionalism.
