I recently strained my lower back and was in pain for more than 2 weeks and was referred to Kristen by a co-worker, and I have to thank her! Kristen is super sweet and personable. She made me feel comfortable and secure. The room was set up nice; black out curtains and soothing music to set the tone. And she was very gentle but firm with the massage. Woke up the day after with pain-free movement! Will definitely be going back to her!

I've gotten several massages from Kristen since she began her business. I have walked into her office a hot mess, unable to turn my head, issues with chronic migraines, sports related muscle cramps, to name a few. Each time I've left her office all of those issues were resolved, along with some important follow-up instructions for care at home. If you want 100% satisfaction and relief, see Kristen. My massage with Kristen was beyond amazing despite it being only a short session, she was very effective in loosening up the tight knots in my rhomboids and relieving the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders with just the right amount of pressure. I have experienced my fair share of massages both the mediocre and the exceptional (took a break no thanks to covid) and Kristen's approach and knowledge/expertise is among the best in her profession. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience with Kristin! She clearly had a lot of experience and is a very good masseuse . She was able to correctly identify where my muscles were sore and massaged accordingly. She helped in relieving a lot of tension and I felt extremely relaxed afterwards. Kristin also made me feel very comfortable. It also felt like she genuinely enjoyed her profession as opposed to it just being a business! All in all, I had a great massage experience with Kristin, and would highly recommend her!!

This was my first ever massage appointment. Kristen made me feel so comfortable. There was this amazing ora about her. Her room was very inviting and calm. She started by giving me a detailed description of what she will be doing to me. An hour went by and the next thing you know it was over. I did not want it to end. Kristen in by far one of the best massagers in the area. Her personality is also great. I went to Kristen after a series of big disappointment from highly reviewed places in the area. I worked with her about a year. In my opinion her forte is myofascial work. She also incorporates craniosacral or Swedish style at times. I had a lot of trauma based trigger points which triggered daily migraines and I can happily say that my migraine frequency reduced down to 1/3. Honestly she is such a warm and sweet person, that allows you to really relax and feel better. She listens very carefully to your complaints and pain. Due to relocation, I cannot get her massages anymore, but I hope that people with trigger points can try her massage and feel much better. I don’t know anything about her other services, but her massage is well worth the money. SO worth it.

I have been seeing Kristen for over a year now. Before finding her, I had mediocre massages that left me unsatisfied and never fully relieved of my pain and tension. I can truthfully say, since I’ve found her I won’t let anyone else massage me. She has an amazing technique and is able to get to the roots of the problems with my tension in my shoulders and upper back. My range of motion improves and my tensions and discomfort diminishes. She can customize your massage to your problem Areas and She comes highly recommended.

Truly a wonderful, relaxing experience. Kristen had a gentle touch but really knew how to soothe those tight, painful knots. As a larger person, spa treatments can be a bit anxiety-provoking but I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Will absolutely rebook and highly recommend!
