Went for an anniversary couple’s massage. My partner had Sara. I had Matt. Matt and Sara were so personable. Before the session started they sat with us and asked us areas we wanted extra work on, if any particular essential oils we preferred and how much pressure we preferred. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It was a very relaxing and calm experience. Exactly what we needed. After our session they even chatted with us on areas they felt were extra tense and how we could work on it at home. This was a fantastic experience, we definitely plan on making another appointment soon. Thank you for the excellent experience.

You wouldn’t know it driving down Hope street but this gem is a complete east-side oasis. The environment is so warm, welcoming, and spotless. They really create a space where you can be quiet and heal. Jet is a miracle worker and an all-around amazing person. This is my go-to spa in providence!

I just had my first Ashiatsu massage with Sara, and what an amazing experience that was. Sara is a very talented and skilled healer whose energy is revitalizing and nurturing. The massage was intense while also being wildly relaxing. She found all of my problem areas and really focused on my needs. One of the best massages I have ever had. So glad to have found her.

Relaxing atmosphere and massage, but kind of expensive for mostly rubbing oil into the skin and hot towels. Light touch. Not deep tissue. Didn’t address issues. Didn’t get knots out.

Love this place! The atmosphere is so relaxing with essential oils, calming music (that you can always ask your massage therapist to change up if there is something else you had in mind), and an extremely friendly staff. As long as you communicate your needs you’ll get exactly what you want. I’ve had a few different therapists and they’re all great! My only wish is that I could stay to nap after my sessions :)

I've been going here for years. I've had so many wonderful sessions with so many wonderful therapists. I had no loyalty... That was until I scheduled an ashiatsu session with Sara. Sara gets me. She gets my body. She takes time to dig deep into what I need (and into my muscles ;)). Make sure you ask for the moonwalk, the Tootsie roll, and that she stick her foot behind your shoulder blade (we'll need to come up with a cool name for this one). If you like deep pressure, you have to give ashiatsu a try. All of the practitioners here are great, but if you do an ashiatsu session with Sara, you're in for a very special treat. If you want a great massage, go here. If you want Something that will change your life, schedule an ashiatsu session with Sara.

Ive been here twice so far. I absolutely love this place! As soon as I walk in, I immediately feel the calm energy. It’s warm, cozy and serene. Ashley did a wonderful job working on my knots while still being gentle enough to provide an overall relaxing massage. My neck and shoulders felt brand new.

She did a consult prior to the massage, which made me feel at ease and like I was going to get exactly what I was looking for, from my service. The massage was just what I needed and felt heavenly! I recently developed an inflamed rotator cuff and my massage therapist moved away. I scheduled a series of physical therapy sessions, but they wouldn't start for several weeks. I was in considerable pain so I started researching massage therapists in Providence. After reading multiple websites I came across Harmony on Hope. I really liked what I read - especially that one of their therapists, Ashley, was inspired to become one after suffering a rotator injury. She was careful to use just the right amount of pressure. My shoulder was so tender I couldn't even lie on my stomach, so Ashley positioned some pillows for me to lie on my side. At the end of the 90-minute massage I felt considerably more comfortable, and look forward to my next appointment. Thanks Ashley!

If you're looking for the best massage place in RI, you've found it! Period. I've been going to Harmony on Hope for a few years now and it is without a doubt my favorite massage experience. Their COVID procedures are thoughtful, thorough, and make me feel very safe and comfortable. I've had phenomenal massages from Danielle and Muggs. The entire staff is very friendly, appointments are easy to make, and they start on time. The facility is super clean and well put-together. I can't speak highly enough about this place!

Great ambience, clean environment, and friendly therapists! I’ve had deep tissue massages with a few different therapists and have never had a bad experience. My favorite person to go to is Shannon, who is very attentive during the massage and somehow knows exactly what pressure to apply. I’ve tried a few different massage places in the area, but this is definitely my favorite and I plan on being a regular client.

The new program "under our wing" gives recent graduates the opportunity to work, while providing customers with a discount. I had the pleasure of 30 min with Danielle and she must have little brains in her fingers! So intuitive and so very strong at just the right times. I like a lot of pressure. I've been with three different massage therapists so far and they are all wonderful! Highly recommend! The entire staff is fantastic! They offer more options than any place I've been across the country and at very reasonable rates. I promise I wasn't paid to write this, I just left there and feel phenomenal!

A wonderful experience all around! I had a 60min massage with Shannon at 10AM and I was greeted warmly to a incense infused comfy waiting space. After filling out a client form, I was invited to the cute massage room where Shannon listened carefully to my needs and preferences. She gave great suggestions to some of my ailments and she paid great detail in during the massage to make sure that she addressed each of my ailments. Afterwards, she even followed up with suggestions on improving the strength and mobility of the areas that had been giving me issues. One of the true highlights is the parking lot in the back! Super convenient considering the location of the space. The entire vibe was great and I will definitely make a follow up appointment!

HOHM is such a wonderful place! I began seeing Sara after physical therapy did not fully resolve my pain pain following an injury a few years ago, and I have now been going to her regularly for over 3 years! She is an unbelievably talented massage therapist and such a pleasant and wonderful person. She always takes the time to sit and listen to exactly what is ailing you and tailors her appointments to your needs at the time. She has an in depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology that allows her to really understand and target where pain and soreness originate, and I always leave appointments with her feeling infinitely better. She also introduced me to cupping which has helped my pain tremendously. She is extremely skilled and a gem, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Also, the facility is very homey, welcoming, clean, and beautiful, and all of the staff are kind, responsive, and extremely helpful!

I had terrible whip lash with massive amount of pain in my face,back and neck. I forgot which massage therapist had during my session but she made a custom massage for me. Throughout the session my therapist really help physically and emotionally and I even starred tearing up a bit when she release some pain in my chest. A week later i was fully to my normal self again this place really saved me.
