I've been getting two massages per year for about the past 14 years - both during Brewers Fantasy Camp, both from Sol Touch, and both (usually) from Andrea. Angela has always been very friendly and accommodating in the scheduling, and Andrea has been terrific working my aging carcass over and getting me back on the field. I was thoroughly rattled when I heard they wouldn't be working our Camp this winter, and was terribly relieved when Angela worked it out to once again be there for us old geezers. I've recommended Sol Touch many times and will continue to do so.

I live in MN but travel to AZ to visit friends and every time I go, I schedule a series of appts with Mr. Bryan. I have fibromyalgia and cannot find anyone to give me deep tissue massages like Bryan. He's amazing, gentle and really works out those knots. Not to mention the customer service at this place is top tier. You will definitely feel appreciated, heard, and relaxed after your appointment.

Sol Touch Massage is hands down the best place for a real, therapeutic massage! I've seen both John & Latisha and the massages are unmatched. There isn't a super spa-like atmosphere as they focus on a sports massage theme, but it's still extremely relaxing & comfortable in the rooms. You never feel a pretentious or unwelcoming vibe either!! The people at the front desk are always kind and seem like they actually enjoy their jobs. I recommend Sol Touch to everyone I know because it's one of my favorite businesses that I've ever come across.

It has been years since I've done a massage, it was painful, awkward (because of my right side reactions), and wonderful ha! When you book, book with Mr. Alan. That man has magic hands. I've had back issues since I was little and have tried going to a chiropractor to help fix my issues. I did that for about two years straight, seeing a doctor about 3-5 times a month. What Mr. Alan did for me in two sessions was more than what I gained from them. I always had the thought that massages were for rich people who always needed spa days. NOPE! Sis, you need massages to help improve your mentaland your physical health. The body is all connected in so many more ways than you think. I instantly had more clarity, less stress, better posture and stomach pains I had before went away. It is amazing how one simple thing as a massage can do. Sol Touch Massage is without question the greatest massage I have ever had. I began going here since 2017 and I can’t believe I haven’t written this review yet! Everyone NEEDS to know how AMAZING this place is if you are looking for an excellent sports massage. I love that their prices are competitive with all the other “big massage” places and yet I’m not locked into a contract. This alone has kept me coming back for even more massages—there’s just something about wanting to support a business that does business right. And don’t forget your birthday MONTH discount! I love that they pamper me during my birthday month with discounted massage. I have seen Latisha, John, Carolina and now Robin, and all of them are absolutely phenomenal therapists. I have recently moved about 40 minutes away from Sol Touch, but I make the drive because I know that they will get all of my knots worked out. I personally think that if I didn’t leave my massage a little bit sore, then what was the point? Every single massage at Sol Touch has left me sore in that oh so good way. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If you want a great deep tissue massage, look no further. (They’re also really kind and generous people.)

If you are looking for a great deep tissue massage Sol Touch Sports Massage is by far the best I have found. As a previous collegiate athlete, my standards for deep tissue massage is quite high and they have lived up to my standards time and time again. Their prices are reasonable and they often have discounts and seasonal offers, including 50% off massages during your birthday month. Mr. John is who I see regularly and I would highly recommend.

AMAZING! Never in any other massage do they go deep enough or with enough pressure ... WELL NOT HERE MR. ALEN IS GREAT! I have had lower Back and shoulder pain for years it was getting very bad the week of christmas 2021. So I went into see mr. Allen for a 2 hr massage .. AND I SWEAR TO YOU i was 80% better after that 1 massage I went back 2 weeks later and my pain level in my lower back is 98% gone .... I WILL continue to go see mr. Allen! Now this is not the fanciest place you could go..... BUT IF RESULTS and PAIN relief with strong pressure and an ACTUAL DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE (were it should be a little uncomfortable and "hurts so good") is what you have been SEARCHING for then dont wait any longer and GO GET A VERY REASONABLE amazing massages you wont regret it!!!! Fantastic service and very responsible, specially in the current situation. The staff was very friendly and safe. I was asked to promptly wash my hands when I arrived and everyone was wearing a mask. I had my massage with Robin who was also wearing a mask during the entire appointment, and he was very attentive and constantly asked and checked about pressure and specific spots I wanted to treat.

I try to come to this place at least once a month. As someone who workout 6 times a week without doing stretches, my muscles get tight very often. Their deep tissue massage has been extremely helpful for me in that matter. The massage session can be very painful sometimes lol, but the following morning I wake up as strong as a horse and feel refreshed 💪🏼. So far I have been with Mr John and Ms Latisha multiple times and both are great for deep tissue. I definitely recommend this place. 10/10

Sol Touch is the best place in the East valley you can go to get a massage! My friend referred me here to help relieve chronic pain issues so I have been going regularly for 9 months and have had a wonderful experience each time! I have seen many of their therapists (Robin, Crystal, Latisha, John, and Dilyla) and they have all been great. Most recently I have been seeing Dilyla regularly and her techniques work great for me. The front desk staff are always very friendly and the prices are great. I am sure you will be happy with any massage therapist you see at Sol Touch!

After plenty of very cheap, very mild strip mall massage places (they are rarely licensed massage therapists so “massage” is loosely used here), I decided to check out Sol Touch for their sports massage. Great vibe, very friendly, and very good quality. Their prices are reasonable for actually massage and it’s customized to what you need. I’ll be weekly or no-weekly while I get some of the major stuff worked out of some problem areas and I’ll be monthly after that. Customer for life!

Massage was okay at best. The room was far too hot and what I requested was not really worked on. Normally with a massage the therapist will start with lotion oppose to deep pressure right away but all in all it was okay. Staff was nice , establishment seemed a little too liberal though .

I've been struggling with a wrist issue for the last 4 or so years of my life. It's hindered my ability to workout effectively and enjoy my hobbies such as playing guitar. Sign-up was no hassle. Warm and friendly welcome. Built great rapport at the beginning. I went in for the 60 minute massage, but I really needed a 90 minute! As a musician, I needed to find a massage therapist that is not only affordable, but also understand that musicians are also athletes and have similar issues/problem areas. Mr. John is a God sent and listened to all my concerns and by the end of the session I felt like I could conquer the world being nimble and limber again. He adjusts the pressure as needed as knots seem to just melt away. What I also like are all the COVID protection/prevention they do even during the massage itself (felt very safe while there). I know exactly who I’ll be going to from now on and excited to finally not feel tight and still anymore.

Sol Touch Massage has absolutely exceeded my expectations for massage therapy. Being a former competitive athlete that still plays for fun I have been exposed to sports massage therapy by my trainers with the various injuries I have incurred over the years. Previous attempts to find a therapist that can provide me the same kind of therapy I used to receive has been very difficult until I found Sol Touch Massage. I was very intrigued when I found out they work specifically with athletes at multiple levels of competition. Needless to say, I found exactly what I've been looking for! Don't worry if you're not an athlete, I guarantee you will still have a great experience because they're just that good!! I have now been there for two massages with Carolina O., and she has been absolutely amazing! In the past, I have preferred male therapists because they typically are stronger and the female therapists I've seen in the past just weren't strong enough or didn't have the right touch...whatever the issue I preferred the guys. Well!! This is not at all the case with Carolina! She's easy to talk to and be open with during my sessions. She can definitely get deep into my muscles to help work out all the knots/adhesions and at the same time have a very relaxing and softer touch. I have to admit I also really like how she helps stretch you out after some intense work on my problem areas. A couple of additional reasons I have loved going to Sol Touch Massage, you actually get the full 60 or 90 minutes of touch time! Other places I've been to in the past would always cheat me by about 10-15 minutes. Not the case here. You really are getting a full session that you paid for an to me that really means a lot! Also, Jeremy at the front desk is super nice and great to chat with while you're waiting or wrapping up after your session. Oh! I have to add...you don't get a cup of lukewarm water at the end...you do get an ice cold full bottle of water. Finally I really appreciate that they don't try to hard sell you on the packages they offer. They present them and leave it up to you. The great thing about the packages aside from the discounted price is they're small with only 3 massages per package and they don't expire. But really the massage and the overall customer service sells itself because again, they're THAT good! I will definitely be a returning customer for a long time to come.

Tus long over due. Today I was able to tweeze eyebrows , vacuum and get ready with very minor head and neck pain -no pain in my body or back which will last only a day or two as three years ago I had a mild TBI causing damage to nuero pathways occipital nerve and caused almost a *jerk* motion in my right eye/ not to mention three years of headaches eye pressure etc. so i can not focus read etc it took a year to get out of the house sleeping 18hrs a day then about a year and six months after i had to move in with family and found SOL TOUCH - they among other drs saved my soul literally. I had no cognitive notion write this a year a ago but today I want to say. If your are in pain chronic pain please sol touch is honest to god hands down gods gift to the injured.There is a reason they work with sun devils since 1999 on all sports teams as a contract along with many other teams picked up in the last year. THE BEST PART price - man 68 bucks for an hour message 140 this month for 2hrs. I get 90 min or 120 as I know it works - I do go once a week now - If you are struggling with pain this is the place. Plus EVERYONE is amazing - yet when you find your therapist as i did for a year she has dedicated her self to my pain in every session. They are patient kind funny a family . SOL TOUCH thank you this weekend I will be able to enjoy due to your services. ( note) i do seek treatment outside for my eyes and such but man I feel amazing today - xoxox I received the message yesterday - not sore just relaxed.

She will tailor the pressure for your tolerance and has the strength to do serious deep tissue therapy. She always finds tension I did not even realize was there. This was my first visit to Sol Touch Massage. A little background on my need for massage: I practice Brazilian Ju-Jitsu which is a very intense martial art. A few years ago I suffered a tear in my should labrum and a sever narrowing on the foramen between C6 and C7 of my neck (basically a pinched nerve). These injuries give me non-stop pain and I have learned to live with it more or less. I have attempted to fix it with chiropractors, acupuncture, other massage places, etc...I found success with a Sports Medicine Massage Therapy in Northern California but I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to find a replacement. I found Sol Touch Massage from a google search and made an appointment with Kelcie. She was very knowledgeable with regards to anatomy, nerves and all types of injuries. In fact she knew about my exact injury and had treated it before it other martial artist. After just one session, I noticed the pain subside and it has been a week and the pain has not returned. Kelcie also found some areas on my body I didn't even know needed attention but she was able to address those as well. Best of all the price point on this type of massage is unbeatable. I highly recommend this for anyone who has any type of chronic pain due to any injury suffered.

He really managed to looses up my shoulders and back, and even though I was sore the next day, it was an overall improvement. My only qualm was that the lower body portion of the full massage did not seem as effective as the upper body, so next time I'll only be getting the upper body done.
