First time experiencing a massage, did a couples massage with my wife, and I was pleasantly surprised! Sharon was right on par with what I requested and her ability to press and hold the pressure points, gave me chills, and felt absolutely amazing. My wife has been using Best Estie for over a year, and she finally dragged me in, and now I understand! Ben did an outstanding job on hitting her with a deep tissue right where she needed it! I am sold and picked up a membership, thank you Sharon and Ben!

My wife and I both had the best massages in years at Best Estie. Some massage places just have people who have a massage "routine" and don't respond well to individual needs. And then there are therapists like the ones we had at Best Estie who really know their craft. I had Michelle. She did a great job reading my body, finding the stress & tension points and working them out with some great techniques. Afterwards, I had the best nap I've had in years. I'll definitely be back and hope my search for a go-to massage is finally over.

Arielle at the front desk was incredibly professional, polite, and offered excellent hospitality during my visit to Best Estie. She made the check-in process smooth and effortless, and made sure I had everything I needed before and after my massage. Laura was an excellent masseuse and was able to target all of my problematic areas with deep tissue massage. 10/10!

My first time getting a massage during my visit to Arizona and it was very nice so relaxing I love the salt lamps throughout the place service was nice I just wish they had more that do certain things cause everything we asked for they didn’t have a person to do it maybe jus one but that was it other than everything else was great

Great service with David! First time in because my aunt has credits with her membership. I filled out the paperwork and was taken to to my room right away. He worked on all of my problem areas. I highly recommend coming here; purchased a membership myself. They offer all kinds of services. The receptionist was very detailed and went above and beyond speaking to their company.

Finally found the perfect spot for my massages. The place is clean, welcoming, smells great and you feel very relaxed when you walk in. Prices are reasonable with great add on's. I highly recommend Laura D for a massage. She communicates with you to make sure you get the best experience out of the session. Im a athlete so my body is pretty beat up but working with her I see improvement each time, I have no need to go any where else or try another therapist.

Wife and I had a couples session with Teri and Daylon. Massages and going to a Spa isn't something we normally do, ever but hey, it's our anniversary so let's do something different and possibly memorable. My session went as expected, pleasant conversations with Teri who was quite personable and focusing on the tight areas that I acquired during normal life. My wife, however, had a different experience. She had an accident about 1.5 months prior and had been living in pain with minimal use of her arm, even after an ER visit and additional visit to her PCP. Within a couple minutes of laying down, Daylon focused on the problem area and any ideas of this being relaxing or a "falling asleep" experience quickly went out the window. Daylon was exceptional. The communication and tone he used provided the reassurance while working, and the work done was focused on benefits of use, not a "relaxing time" there and wow, no joke, night and day difference for her. I won't go into the details but based on our experience, we would definitely go again and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Best Estie!

We had the couples message through Groupon, however they book differently and nothing was available. So we cancled Groupom and paid upfront for an earlier date. (In other words if you want Groupon PLAN IT IN ADVANCE). The spa is located on the second floor near the middle and has the greatest and sweetest service. First you walk in and they have an aroma that helps you feel relaxed right away they have you sign in and In the document asks for of the typical allergies medications you're on if you have chronic Pain and so forth the 2nd page is about how you would like to be massage light medium or hard and in which areas of the body you prefer the 3rd page is 3 and out showing you different add ons you can place on top of whatever spy you have we chose the Hot stone massage which was definitely a great idea because it was not too hot and was all over the body it is a bit pricey but definitely worth every single minute. The women we had service us were very kind and work thoroughly on the areas we had issues their names were Gabi and Lauren. We will definitely come back!! Thank you!

My husband decided last minute (on a Sunday) to get a couples massage. I have had massages before, he had not. I am very selective as to new places to try but from the moment my husband called on the phone until the time we left we were greeted by very professional, warm, and welcoming staff. Glenn and Dalia were amazing explained everything before, during, and after. The atmosphere is so relaxing! Overall an excellent experience. I went to Best Estie Day Spa for the very first time to receive my first facial and massage. I had Amber for my massage and she was phenomenal!! She had a very therapeutic presence and vibe coming from her and was very sweet and informative! I had Brittani for my facial and she was the sweetest along with gave me amazing advice for my skin and skin care routine due to the fact I barley have a routine. I highly recommend this spa and these girls! All the faculty was very sweet, informative, and welcoming! I will be making this more of a tradition and these wonderful ladies are my new go to!! I will never ever take my business else where and I will definitely be bringing all my friends!

I've struggled with major knots and holding tension in my shoulders and I need deep tissue massages where someone actually works on the knots. Best estie was the best find for me, Daylon specifically is hands down the BEST when it comes to deep tissue. He not only works on the knots but does muscle movements to help loosen the knots. He also does cupping with a moving technique to really work the blood flow to the muscle. I get massages monthly and the membership is great. They also have acupuncture that you can use for your credit for that month which is nice to have multiple service options. I look forwards to massage days and my back is always looser just walking out of the door.

Went for a last minute couples massage and it was amazing! We had Andre and Dalia, and my husband and I left 100% relaxed. They focused on all the spots we requested and made us feel very comfortable. The add on hot stones and CBD oils are highly recommended! Will definitely be going back and requesting them.

They have a section on their form that asks you what kind of “ aroma essential oils you would prefer ( select all that apply) “… just fyi, this should have a price listed in this section because I thought this was included since there was an “enhanced aromatherapy” section below with prices. Anyways I selected 3 different kinds that I like and didn’t realize this cost extra until the end of my session where I got charged 30$ additionally for 3 different scents that were used on me. I kept getting upsold during my massage too, the massage was okay. I got a $59 massage for much more than I would have liked to pay for. It’s unfortunate but I feel like this place is more concerned about sales than the experience of a spa.

Didn't try to upsale me anything and was very clear on what the price would be and what was included. He was able to get me in next day to treat my husband for his birthday. I went to Best Estie with my husband for a couples massage. I had Devon as my therapist. He listened to my body & didn't push my muscles beyond what they needed. His pressure was perfect for me throughout the entire session. He used a combination of stretching and massage to make sure my muscles were relaxed & not tense. By the time I left, I felt 100x more relaxed than when I came in. This is my second massage with him. I will definitely request him when I go back!

My husband and I came in for an 80 minute couples massage. They got us in same day and it was amazing! The staff is so friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the massage therapists are the best! We had Lauren and Dominique. They were so tentative and gave us the BEST experience. Also, the membership is such a great deal! We usually never sign up for memberships but it's so flexible and affordable. I 100% recommend this place! Totally worth the $$.

I bought a couples massage Groupon for this deal in the beginning of March but they had no openings until Mid-June. They will only do groupons a certain number per day. My partner and i both felt our massages were average. Pressure was inconsistent with deep to medium to the point of being even light. The most frustrating part was we went into our room to undress at 11:07 and they finished the massage at 11:51. Was not 50 minutes. All staff were very kind and respectful.

Yes, they charge your card in advance BUT that is understandable. They need to ensure you will show up for your booked appt. The whole “vibe” of the place is relaxing and not clinical at all. I went to the spa yesterday and IT WAS THE BEST. When I walked in a got a warning smile from the front desk representative which was very welcoming. The area where they have you fill out your forms/lobby is absolutely beautiful. Definitely a good place to go to when you’re having a stressful day or just need a reset! I was able to align my vibration and became very centered. There was very good energy and they take your needs very serious. It’s calming and you get a fresh breathe of air when you’re there. The staff there is truly amazing. The owner is so nice and walks around to make sure his guests are taking care of. GO HERE. You won’t regret it. They a plethora of options to choose from! Anywhere from hot stones to facials. I really enjoyed the hospitality and please go here you will really be taken care of 😇

My boyfriend and I went for couple massages after a driving trip to California. I had the pleasure of being with Raina. She asked where I needed attention and I said my legs. She did a great job on my legs, but an even better massage on my shoulders and neck. I didn't realize how much my neck needed attention and she noticed right away.Truly was a great experience and I recommend everyone try the couples massage if your are in a relationship. If you’re thinking about getting a massage, you need to book with Esther! She’s literally amazing. Ive been to many other spas/people and no one can compare. I always get the hot stones and the way Esther uses them is perfect. What I really love is when she massages my whole body with them and at the end lines them up on my spine and puts 3 warms towels on top of them. She always asks what your problem areas are and makes sure to focus on those a bit more. Also she uses this warm roller under my neck and places a warm towel on top of my collar bones to get that extra relaxation. Can’t wait for my next one!!!

We had a couples massage here last night. The inside of this spa is decorated nicely and has soothing music, delicious tea and some small snacks like dried fruits if you forget to eat and need something to tide you over. Devon K did my massage and it truly was the BEST massage I have ever had hands down (no pun invented) We don't live near by and tried this place with a Groupon but I am already trying to figure out how I can get this to be part of my regular routine. I felt so relaxed during the massage and today my body feels really good, I need this in my life and so do you! The membership is affordable and they offer extras such as soothing scents and hot rocks among other things. Everyone is different so with a different masseuse comes a different style of massage but I havent been let down so far. Thanks!

My friend gifted me a massage for Christmas and I will definitely be going back. My masseuse was Amber and she was so sweet and calming. She made sure I was comfortable and made the space feel safe and so relaxing. Very caring and wore an n95 mask the whole time. Unfortunately none of the other staff in the entire place were wearing masks, as much as I loved Amber I will not be coming back.

Steve and Nikole we're amazing!!!! My boyfriend and I wanted to get a couples massage and while looking it up, this was the first place I saw. $140 total was beyond cheap for the outstanding service they provide. Very friendly and a very clean spa. The waiting area is very relaxing and it smells amazing! The service was about 50 mins long and my shoulders/back/neck have never felt better. I 100% recommend!!!

He’s a massage therapist who isn’t afraid to apply pressure and I walked out of there feeling amazing! My knots in my back, shoulder and neck are all gone! I didn't anticipate being able to book a same day appointment, but Michael, the receptionist, was able to book us a couple's massage for 1:00. The atmosphere upon entering is very serene and calming. We were offered water, tea, and snacks while we filled out our paperwork. We signed up for an 80 minute couples massage, with a few add-ons including hot rocks, and aromatherapy. Courtney was my massage therapist and she really worked wonders on me. I wish that I could have stayed all day! My boyfriend and I left feeling calm and rejuvenated. The place is small but very nice, I got a drink at arrival (passion tea) and upon completing the message they had a glass of water and a chocolate for us. Love the ambiance and excited to see that they've expanded their building. The membership is a deal of a lifetime and so far I've had a pleasant experience with each service I've had done including full body massage, facial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and the back exfoliation. Kaylie is the only masseuse I've seen that I've been entirely comfortable with in my life, though I enjoyed the other massage therapists before I discovered her. Overall for the price, customer service, and level of treatment I'm extremely satisfied and hope to be a member for years to come.

2nd time here, very easy to book appointments. I signed up for the membership my first visit and took advantage of the 50min massage on my second visit. It’s a bit of a trek for me to go to Mesa; but they make the trip worthwhile. Daytona did my facial with extractions and an enzyme peel on first visit. She did a great job. Devon K did my 50 min massage on second visit, and he did a nice job as well. Definitely a lot of pressure on the massage, but it was needed. He is good about listening where you’d like him to focus.

I had Camillia for the massage and she applied the right amount of pressure and stretched me too since I told her I’m a dancer. I then had Aspen for the facial. She explained everything she was doing and told me all the ingredients in the products she was using and how they affected my skin. She was very informative. The front staff were knowledgeable and friendly too. I signed up for the membership which is a great deal after having a wonderful experience there. Highly recommend!

I loved my massage with Esther, she did an amazing job. I don’t like hard pressure so i marked light and medium and Esthers pressure was just perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better massage. We went in there for a couples full body massage. I got a full body massage and my husband didn’t, he’s masseur Teri kept talking and made the experience not relaxing for him and it was a bummer because it was a special day for us and it was his first time ever getting a massage. He was really looking forward to his legs and feet getting massage but she just kept talking and only massaged one of his legs for like 1 min before she stopped because time ran out. He didn’t like his and I enjoyed mine. our appointment was at 12 and then they started the massage at 12:10ish and ended before 1. I paid for the full hour and it was a bummer that I didn’t get that. I’m rating them 5 starts because everyone was nice the inside was nice too and Esther did a wonderful job! 🙂

I have been coming to Best Estie for almost a year now and I have not even one bad thing to say about them. I liked them so much that I became a member without a second thought. I get a massage almost every month and have combined my massages with essential oils, reiki, and hot stones. Every single one of my experiences have been incredible and have left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and all around like a new person. I can't speak on my favorite masseuse because I have had the opportunity to have a new one almost every time. Over the past few months, I have also had a facial and dermaplaning done, both also HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I got a facial. They lady did a awesome job but didn't ask about anything to do with my skin. I have very sensitive skin. I felt rushed a little. The rooms are very dark so I don't think she realized she was hurting me when she was using a scrub on the face. I now have a chapped face with lots of pain. I'm not one to leave reviews or confront someone. It's just my face hurts. And having to wearing mask everywhere doesn't help.

My husband and I have been coming here since May 2020. We started w a couples massage and decided to get their membership. We share the membership and trade off each month. We look forward to it each month. Daylon is my all time favorite masseuse. He is also very kinda and calm. We can either talk during the massage or not. He’s not an over talker and I really appreciate that, he lets me lead in that area. He also has great deep pressure from me. My husband loves Cassidy for him. She has good pressure and worked the areas like he asked. Both are attentive and help us feel great afterwards. I have seen other masseuse’s here, but Daylon is my personal favorite! We also really appreciate that they don’t make you wear a mask. We have medical conditions that keep us from wearing them wherever we go. I personally don’t care if anyone else wears one while I’m there. But they respect everyone’s comfort levels.

Massages are great but I wouldn't recommend the monthly membership. They have a 30 day cancellation notice policy so even after you put in a cancellation, it doesn't go into effect for another month and you end up paying extra month in that time. It's just inconvenient. For example we moved out of the area so we're paying an extra month for nothing.

Between wearing masks for school, going to the gym and sweating cuz it’s so hot in Arizona my face has always hurt. Brittini did an amazing job. I can’t wait to see the results from the facial I had today, with the tips she gave me for home care and with the next facial I have scheduled. If you need a facial she is your gal!

I was a Groupon purchase and very impressed with quality of service. Had Kayue for a massage. Now she can give a great deep tissue!!! communicates so not too deep, but wonderfully strong hands. Then had a facial with Heather, which was awesome. She recommended an enzyme peel and I am feeling the wonderful effects days later. You can do a membership program which was really reasonable, but even without the prices are reasonable. I went on a Sunday and there are not many places that are open then, so a great feature for those of us that work weekdays and are looking for some weekend relaxation.
