Charla uses amazing pressure and is in tune with her clients needs. Her space is eclectic and fun! She offers a good variety of essential oil options. A regular massage with her will be awesome but I also recommend the facial scrub as well. My face felt so smooth after and the upper body massage was perfect as i keep most of my tension in my shoulders. Hands down best massage therapist I have had in town!

My first visit was to use a Groupon deal about 5 years ago. I have been seeing Charla since then, in various locations as the business expanded. My husband has been going equally as long and we both go for work on problem areas or just to pamper ourselves. My sciatic pain faded within hours of a session & Charla has always been receptive to working with us on where to focus and where to avoid. Highly recommended!

I have been a client at In Touch Wellness for almost a year now. I added message therapy to my wellness routine on the recommendation of my chiropractor. I wanted to support a local business in the process and, living in Benson, I was stoked to find a place close to home. There is a low barrier to entry here. The different options, from booking a single session to becoming a member, made it very easy for me to ease my way into something that started out being a bit intimidating. In Touch is an incredible value for money for anyone looking to add massage therapy on a budget like me. I see Charla on a monthly basis now as a member and it is alway a highlight to my month. The therapists here are professional, knowledgeable, laid back and precise with what I need. Booking online is easy with a wide range of time slots. I highly recommend it.

It's really a very good massage. My husband and I come here often, the service is very good, and the masseurs are very skilled. Every massage can take away my fatigue and pain. It is easy for me to sleep deeply here. Very relaxing.

Great experience! Charla is excellent and she has added some great talent to her team. I've always had really bad shoulder pain that works it's way to my neck and lower back from stress. I started going to her in November last year and she's been able to work the dozens of knots in my shoulders out. Relaxing environment and she's always doing training to stay educated on techniques - so you not only get quality but new and updated techniques that have really helped me with my shoulder pain. I highly recommend!!

This might be a freshly new business, yet the level of professionalism, care, and personal touch makes it one of the best massage centers in Omaha. I received a massage from Kassie and the work she does is incomparable, not to mention the amount of knowledge on techniques, essential oils, and overall health. I highly recommend booking today, these ladies are providing excellent service for our community!

I've been getting Massages for years, and my first session here was the best I've ever had on several levels. The level of care Charla took to my existing back issues was impeccable, and she worked into problem areas I hadn't realized were as bad as they were. Giving her some insight into what I do, she targeted tons of tiny areas that get over-worked. The experience was professional but cozy-- set in the heart of one of Omaha's oldest neighborhoods. This is around the corner from my work, and just minutes from home-- I'm happy to make this my new monthly massage spot. As a member of the local service industry, I specifically encourage local Blackstone / Leavenworth Service- Folk to give Charla (or any of their other qualified members) a try! Absolute 5/5

I absolutely love In Touch Wellness! The girls there are so professional, kind and accomodating. Charla gives an amazing massage, her technique is supurb, I do not go anywhere else anymore. I would like to mention that I was the appointment directly following the supposed 'cigarette smoke smell' incident for which someone else left a review. When I arrived, Charla was running an air purifier in the massage room, had the windows open to air out and had a lovely smelling clean aromatherapy difusser going. She apologized profusely, mentioning that a previous client had arrived for an appointment and they just cancelled then and there with no explaination - just walked out - but then later they left a negative review complaining about a smoke smell and how they cancelled because they couldn't stand the smell - she asked if I smelled anything (I didn't smell anything remotely smokey by this time, less than 2 hours later). At that point, all I smelled was lovely fresh air and a fabulous happiness blend of essential oils. I think it is beyond petty to be passive aggressive and leave a 1 star rating for a service they didn't receive and without giving the masseuse a chance to rectify the situation. Just because a previous client smelled strongly of smoke and happened to leave that odor behind them does not make it the fault of the business owner and those people didn't bother to mention what they had an issue with, just left out without a word and expected to not have to pay the cancellation fee. Also, how do you expect her to waive the cancellation fee for you if you DO NOT even mention why you are cancelling, knowing her she wouldn't have charged you. GROW UP PEOPLE!!!! If you're too afraid to make a complaint to someones face, you shouldn't be able to leave a negative, bias and misleading review of someones business and livelyhood!!! And it's unfair to insinuate that she charged you the cancellation fee while knowing why you cancelled, she had NO IDEA what your issue was because you did not say, you just walked out. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Charla is the best! I’ve been going to her for over a year and I’ve never had a better massage. Now that I’ve moved out of town, I make sure to stop and get a massage every time I go back to Omaha. Highly recommend!

The Norwegian massage with hot stones was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! These ladies know what they are doing and they are very professional. Made us feel comfortable and they were super nice. We will be back! Highly recommend In Touch Wellness!
