My husband & I had a relaxing time here during our couples trip! We did the foot detox that was very comfortable and very interesting to see the results and differences in the foot bath at the end. We also got to do the infrared sauna which was great to experience. It was nice that we could take our electronics in there as my husband was listening to the Husker game during that time. LOL. They were very kind and helpful! I highly recommend giving their services a try!

Booked a 90 min massage. The staff was very friendly. Facility was very clean. Norma was my masseuse. She was verbally detailed, the first 20 min was fantastic but then her firmness changed. The massage felt very disconnected if that makes any sense. It was a lot of just rubbing oil vs working out any knots. I was cold, my feet were freezing, she could feel that. In the past a rolled pillow has been placed under my legs for comfort but this location didn’t do that. Overall it was okay. Try it for yourself. Massages are very subjective.

I had my first massage here with Chloe who is a student/in training. She was amazing and I will definitely be back!! Her communication was great, she asked specific questions to learn my needs and followed through on working on the areas I wanted and also letting me know how to maintain the results. She applied firm pressure like I wanted and also provided a very relaxing massage with the right amount of checking in/communication. Great experience!

Angela was amazing. I’ve had one other massage before, so my expectations were high and she met them and so much more. I even got a monthly membership because of how satisfying it was. Also the staff was extremely welcoming and informative which was really refreshing!

I enjoyed my massage however felt mislead by the “add ons”. I paid extra for a scalp massage with my Himalayan sea salt massage and 50 minutes later I was done. After the price I paid I was confused. I asked why it was so short and she said the hour long massage is actually 50 minutes so you have 10 minutes changing time. I said but I paid extra for a scalp massage too & she said it’s part of your massage time. So my advice is WHY pay extra if it just takes away from your original massage. Very over priced I felt.

Today was my first massage at the Hand & Stone on Pacific. It was a great experience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the staff is very professional. Tiffany did a great job. I'm looking forward to going back.

Was gifted a prenatal massage for Mother’s Day. The massage was wonderful and Jax was great! Front desk staff was very friendly:) Only reason for 4stars is it would have been top notch with the “pregnancy” table (where the belly is cut out) so I could have laid on my front.

I've been to many massage clinics. Hand and Stone is like a dream from the moment you walk in. Being there during the Christmas season, you get checked in with coconut or cranberry water. All the seating is completely spaced out, and everyone is wearing masks which makes you feel safe with Covid. I like a deep tissue massage, and always leave a session feeling like I didn't get exactly what I came from. T This was not the case here! Book a session with Jaxx ASAP, she was AMAZING. She was very knowledgable, and professional - you will not regret it! They have aromatherapy, warm beds, warm towels and you feel so relaxed the entire session.. they also don't skimp on those last 10 minutes! Give yourself a nice Christmas present and book yourself a service, you won't be disappointed! One of the best massages I've ever had. Thanks Hand and Stone, I can't wait to come back.
