Twice-both times awesome massage. The only issue was I made a reservation for two 5 days ahead. Get there they could only take one person as someone else had come in. I let the person with me go as I was treating them to their first Asian massage. He ABSOLUTELY LOVED ❤️ IT. They're really good with the hot stones and Ashiatsu massage. Thank you. 😊.

For the first time in my life, I didn’t have to ask for more pressure from a masseuse! Cindy used her strong hands, elbows, and dextrous feet to work all the stiffness out of my back. If you are looking for deep pressure massage, this is it. Fantastic! Update: After three sessions, a months-long shoulder injury is completely healed, and my back feels better than it has in months. Cindy is a master of her craft!

Walked in tonight, no phone call first. I was told they were all busy and that I could wait for one hour. I chose to come back. Once back Angela was expecting me and got started right away. She asked "Hard or light pressure", I chose Hard. Angela delivered an Awesome massage. I was only a little surprised when she started to walk on my back. I have had Masseuses walk on my back before, so I knew what to expect, and as it turned out, she really knew the muscles that were tight and she expertly worked them all out! Once done with that, she went to work with her hands and took her time working from head to toe on the muscles she couldn't get to with her feet. I left there totally relaxed and feeling awesome! I got a complete hour of massage. She only left the room once to get warm towels to wipe the excess oil off. I totally recommend seeing Angela. I've have been getting massages for years and Angela is at the top of my list to see again! Additionally the place is clean and private and a nice overall environment. Definitely going back! Very good experience!

A great experience today! Massage therapist worked hard during my hour and my body felt the deep massage! Have seen complaints on this page. And though there is new management here, the advertised price is the same as when we visited this clinic in 2010!

The massage was Great but the service was bad. We did a couples massage, my husband’s therapist walked out several times without saying anything. Once to to deal with another customer coming in which took awhile and cut into his time. Then the two therapists carried on a full blown conversation amongst themselves to the point I wanted to tell them to be quiet We’re here to relax. At the end we still gave a tip which didn’t seem appreciated.

Definitely the last lady cracked me, pulled me, stretched me, I mean it was detail. From eye brows to your toes.. only one minus is the fact that all 3 lady’s were switching to give me a massage. Every time new lady comes in they ask hard or soft 3 freaking times lol besides that not bad at all..

Message was great especially because I slept wrong the night before and my neck was stiff. Was begged for a bigger tip after giving 20% that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. Thought it highly unprofessional and I thought my tip was more than appropriate.

Fantastic massage. I've seen three different therapists, and they're all top-notch, but they each have a different style. You may want to be selective depending on whether you're looking for a deep tissue or relaxing massage. Agree that the expectation for tipping is high. I generally tip $20 for an hour or $30 for 90-minutes, and that seems acceptable. However, they did put me through a minor guilt trip after my first appointment when I initially tipped $10 for a 1-hour massage. There are very good massage therapists in Omaha that offer slightly lower rates, but I feel that Favorite Massage is worth the extra $20 or so when my back is really tight.

Very good massage. Building was a bit creepy but they said they were moving so maybe their next place will be better. They did get 3 of us in with no notice after only a 30 minute wait.

The place may look sketchy from the outside and the inside isn't your fancy spa vibe, it's very basic and down to earth. I got the 90 minute massage ($90) and it was very good, she worked out my soreness and stiffness and it even included a hot stone massage which I've never done before so that was really nice and enjoyable! She was nice and attentive to when I felt too much pain in certain spots and worked to massage it out. The reason I marked it down one star and won't be coming back even though this was one of the top 10 massages I've received in Omaha is because when I tried to tip her 20% which I thought was customary...she actually told me it's not enough and that most people tip $30-$40. I get a massage every couple months to treat myself because I work a job that requires physical labor and standing all day, and I can't afford to do it often so I budget my finances around it. It's unprofessional to shame your customer into tipping you more and it left a bad impression on me at the end. So, if you want a really good massage, don't hesitate to come here because it truly was good. Just expect to tip $40 or be shamed for not tipping "enough".

Same experience as previous poster Quynh (whom I don't know). Awesome massage, but guilt trip when gave 20% tip . Gave another 15% & still not sufficient where others would be very greatful.
