Amazing lymphatic drainage/massage. Don was very knowledgeable and professional and his massage studio in his home was very warm, clean and inviting. Being female, I was hesitant coming at first due to the studio being in his home; however, upon meeting Don all of my hesitations were quickly resolved. His home is so nice and clean and I felt very safe. Don is a very caring, Christian man and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. He was very attentive and listened to my symptoms and advised accordingly. All of my pain was resolved in one session and I couldn’t be more grateful! Book with Don now, you won’t regret it!

My experience with Don has been amazing! I came to him with two seromas after a tummy tuck. No plastic surgeon in Oklahoma that I contacted would drain them. They told me to let them absorb naturally. I reached out to Don and he assured me over a few sessions he could get them drained through the lymphatic system. He did not lie! I felt better after every session. Stomach got flatter and my confidence shot through the roof. He is gentle and explains everything step by step! This is a great choice.

Have known and been going to Don for massage and trigger point therapy, as well as, lymphatic drainage for over years off and on. Don is concerned with overall health and has recommended products that have assisted with my healing. He is amazing with relaxation when the days at the office have been so stressful that you can't get relief. Mr. Don is not only a amazing massage therapist, he’s also a wonderful person! From the minute you walk into his cozy home, he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed (and that’s BEFORE the massage)! I initially contacted Mr. Don to inquire about lymphatic massages following a procedure. It has been four months, and I haven’t stopped going back! Mr. Don’s massage technique combines the massages most of us are used to with a unique Danish-style massage. I had cosmetic procedures done in July 2020. I first went to a message therapist in mustang to get a lymphatic massage and the service was very lacking and i still felt very swollen and uncomfortable. I decided to try OK Health Solutions. Don not only made me feel extremely comfortable, but before starting the massage he provided education. After the session was over, I immediately felt so much better, I was able to stand up straighter, and the swelling went down so much. I cannot express the appreciation I have, but If anyone is needing a lymphatic massages, Don is the perfect person to go to!

I’ve been going to Don for a very long time and he is by far the very best masseuse and best human being I know. I always get 80 minutes and he’s very reasonable. He knows exactly where I need it the most and very knowledgeable about the muscles and lymph nodes. I always get one on vacation and everywhere I go because I love them. Don has been awesome and super professional! I have been seeing him the past 6 years, I saw him through my pregnancy, which helped tremendously to keep swelling down and with all the aches and pains. I saw him the morning my water broke for a reflexology foot massage and by the time I left my contractions were 5 minutes apart. I’ve been seeing him since having my Son 2 years ago continuously and it has helped me so much recovering postpartum. I recently had Lipo 360. I am currently in recovery status. My healing process has my body very swollen with fluid, inflammation & harding directly underneath my skin all the way around my body 360; stomach, both my sides & my back. OK Health Solutions is amazing. I first visited Don after returning home from a six hour road trip. A week before I had lipo360 in Austin. My Dr Office warn me about the importance of finding a lymphatic massage therapist. I had been calling around to reserve a spot, and finally settled for a chain massage Inc. And hoped for the best, then luckily Don called me back and based on our phone conversation I knew we were on the same page as to what I needed. The lymphatic massage alone was heavenly, but Don also took the time to educate me on how the lymphatic system works, which I felt is very important while healing, is understanding how it works.

I started coming to Don for lymphatic drainage massages last week, Don is very informative! I am loving my results, and have only been a few times. He is going to get you to your goal, that is dependent on the proper aftercare outside of the procedure. He makes you feel comfortable the minute you step in, until the minute you leave.
