UPDATED REVIEW!! PLEASE READ TO THE END: The deep tissue massage was disappointing. When I asked for more pressure it wasn’t given. The place is clean and friendly but that’s about all it has going for them. I have had amazing deep tissue massages before. This felt like a child was doing it. UPDATED 2/2/23 They reached out to me and had me come back with another therapist. Leslie is her name and she did an AMAZING job! I will definitely be a repeat customer after that massage. I have been going here for about 4 years now. I see Amanda and she is awesome! I’ve had nothing but great experiences, she listens to the areas i need worked on the most and i always feel amazing afterward. I am currently going to her for prenantal massages which help soooo much with my hip and back pain. You also can’t beat the price. $65 for an hour massage! Especially quality work every single time. It’s also easy to schedule and Amanda is very approachable and reachable when it comes to scheduling.

I have been looking for a steady therapist for a few years and have been really disappointed everywhere I've been until I came here. My therapist was Alicia and I cannot say enough how great the massage was. She is a little chatty, but it's clear that she is trying to build a genuine connection with her clients, not just an in-and-out service and I can truly appreciate that. Plus, I have a really hard time relaxing on the table, so the conversation is an excellent distraction so I can fully let go and relax during the service. She's so friendly and super laid back, so I have no doubt if you ask her for some quiet time she would have no problem doing so. Honestly, she could talk forever and I wouldn't even care. When the massage is good, none of that even matters because it's so hard to find lasting relief. I am pain-free for several weeks after one 60 minute treatment with her. I will return as often as my finances allow and I will recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a great massage. Furthermore, the location is great and close to home. The clinic is clean and quiet, I never hear anything outside the room during my service, and the complimentary water afterwards is very much appreciated. I also appreciate being asked if I prefer cold or room temperature water, because I don't like cold water. It's a small thing, but it's those little details that make a big difference for me.

It was an okay experience. I went on a Friday evening and was surprised I didn’t see more people, but my massage therapist said they were all in other sessions. Understandable. The massage was more deep tissue than I was expecting and when I’d express the pressure was too much she would back off a bit but then return to the same pressure. There was a lot of talking during the whole massage, but since this is only my second one I haven’t formed a lasting opinion on whether I want complete silence or mild conversation during massages. I was appreciative of the advice to drink lots of water after as it did help alleviate some of the “morning after” feeling. Overall it was a good massage but I won’t be returning. I drove from Shawnee to this location because of all the good reviews but I will find somewhere closer to home next time.

Leslie was my massage therapist and I couldn't have asked for a better person for my first ever massage! I'm honestly shocked at how highly rated this place is. It's in a sketchy looking plaza, inside matches that feeling. I purchased gift certificates, based on the high ratings and website. My massage was good, but it was not a comfortable or soothing environment. You are just told to get naked in the room, there's no changing room, no robes for modesty, nowhere to even place your clothes in the room except a water damaged tiny bookshelf. It looks like they decorated the room by shopping at a Salvation Army.

My deep tissue session was very medical and professional feeling(but also very relaxing) which is exactly what I needed as I suffer from chronic pain and chronic tension headaches. I'm new to Oklahoma and I am very pleased that I came across this place! A month or so after moving here I believe I pinched a nerve on my right side. My second visit we did cupping therapy and OMG it was amazing and helped drastically. It released so much pressure that it got most of the feeling back into my pointer finger. I've only had Clayton and Viveka so I can only speak to their skills. The staff is very nice as well.

I love the soft spa type music that sets for a relaxing massage. Vivica Moore is whom I had for my Swedish and Reflexology Massages. I am looking forward to more sessions at this establishment.

As a musculoskeletal specialist medical doctor, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how my therapist, Dana, was receptive to my special request for what specifically I wanted done during my visit, even though it was a slightly different paradigm from what most massage therapists might do. Not that she even needed my input, really, though, because she instinctively went to those problem areas even before I told her where I was hurting. In fact, I'm going to send my back pain patients to her from now on. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

This place is just what I needed. I had a double mastectomy due to being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018. I have been living with chronic pain and lymphadema. Most of all depression. My therapist was Karie. She showed so much compassion. She made feel so relaxed. The massage helped in so many ways. I will definitely be going back regularly to see her. She was so amazing. I am so glad I found her.

I just left after a one hour swedish massage that my hubby booked for my birthday. Amanda was my massage therapist. She was incredibly professional and very nice. I told her that my last experience elsewhere had been really horrible, and she assured me that I was in good hands. I prefer little to no talking during the massage, and she was spot on with that. She checked on the pressure levels a few times, and adjusted when I asked. She really found my problem areas and focused on them without taking away from the rest of my body. She was thorough and didn't rush through any of it. The lighting was the right amount of dim and the music was really nice too. Afterwards she got water for me and gave me some info on specials. It was overall a very pleasant experience. And I feel great! I highly recommend and will definitely return again in the near future.

Karie wasn't quack. She was pro. She knew a lot and did the real dip tissue massage that I wanted, not the fake one. Since I ain't pro, I can't say what exact technique she used, but I guess she also used sth like lympathic drainage. And, it was so good. Now I feel like much more active, smoother and better. I am gonna visit again.

I have chronic pain just about everywhere on my body because of the type of work I do. I've had massages before, but not on a regular basis. I always walked away feeling like I needed more and figured massage just wouldn't help much with my pain. I scheduled a 2 hour massage online. Kelly Shields Did my massage. My arms and legs where so bad she ended up going over the 2 hours. I could tell she was exhausted when she was finished but the extra effort made a world of difference. I was completely free of pain when she finished and it has now been a week and I still feel better than I have in 10 years. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis. The price was also the lowest I've ever paid for a massage. I was charged $90 for 2 hours and I added a $20 tip.

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have had a few other experiences with prenatal massage... this was BY FAR the best. I’m used to getting off of the table and still feeling the tension and trouble spots (mostly low back pain) that I felt when I came in... this was not the case with M.E. She took the time to discuss my areas of concern, let me know her plan of action, and that she would be getting in deeper into certain areas. This massage was so different than the others I experienced. Afterwards, feeling much more open, she discussed what she felt and some yoga poses I could do to help going forward. Needless to say, I left extremely satisfied and like I was carrying a different body. I highly recommend.

I am 49 and struggling with a frozen shoulder. The pain in my neck, upper back and shoulder/arm can be so frustrating. I have seen April T and Viveca M several times now and the increased functionality and pain relief I have experienced have been simply amazing. I'm slowly getting back into the gym, and no longer chewing Ibuprofen/Aspirin like its candy. The deep tissue massage is intense, and you are definitely sore for a few days afterwards, but the relief I have received is immeasurable. The staff are always friendly and the facilities are nice and clean.
