Rachel is my absolute favorite! 2.5 years and counting, she provides amazing massage services and truly relieves me of chronic neck and back pain I struggle with from an old car accident. Her studio is always clean, inviting, refreshing and she is skilled in a range of massage techniques - especially deep tissue! She's hands down the best in the city and I highly recommend her services! 10 stars!

I booked a massage for a bride to start out her bachelorette weekend, and am so glad we chose RachelLauren! The place is very clean, it's a relaxing space, Rachel is extremely good at communicating, and the bride raved about how amazing the massage was the entire weekend. I recently moved from Jacksonville Florida to New Orleans. I am a holistic provider myself and truly believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy. However, my experiences with past providers in Florida, set the bar pretty high regarding the type of care I expect. Also... I am a larger woman on the course of a weight loss journey and a path to healing my body and mind. So far so good... but unfortunately with that comes some old body image baggage I haven’t fully released myself from. With that being said - I am very particular with who touches my body. I looked at Rachel’s website and reviews. The thing that stood out to me was her declaration of providing PROFESSIONAL services only. I was impressed by her no nonsense openness and took a chance with booking a 45 min massage to get an idea of her technique and a feel for her as a person. After only six weeks of living in New Orleans, three sessions (the second and third were 90 min) with a recent hip flexor injury... Rachel is officially my massage therapist and I can not recommend her enough. She was everything I was looking for as far as feeling respected and comfortable during our sessions. She is pleasant and super easy to talk to. I joked with my husband (who has also had a session with Rachel and is happy with his experience as well), that I felt she wasn’t only my massage therapist, but my personal “guide to living in New Orleans” and someone I could just be myself with. What Rachel gives to her clients, goes beyond the skill of her hands. AND the details... never had an issue with parking in front of her practice. The office area and massage room are very clean and relaxing. Prices are comparable and reasonable, based on what most massage therapist charge. She has different options of therapies pertaining to individual needs. Highly recommended!

I traveled to NOLA for an appointment, found Rachel on google and was compelled to make an appointment after seeing great reviews and I am so glad that I went to her prior to traveling out of the city. Hands down one of the best full body massages I have received in a long long time. She is thorough and takes her time in problem areas and makes sure that you're comfortable the entire time. To summarize, you feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in and she is super talented at what she does. A true professional. Will definitively come back whenever I come to NOLA.

Rachel always did a great job, and it's sad to see her leaving Milwaukee. I have extremely tight shoulders all the time and she was able to provide excellent pressure in the right places, providing the relief I needed. Before finding Rachel I'd usually give therapists a few sessions before deciding to move on but I stayed with Rachel for a few years before she moved to out of state. She responded well to feedback about how much pressure to apply and where, and was good about remembering trouble spots on returning visits. Accommodations were also nice...great room, table, blankets, towels, music, scents, oils, vibe, etc. When she gets set up and running again, don't hesitate to schedule an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

Rachel is exceptional! I've been to see her twice and they have been the best massages in my life. She does a great job of asking of any areas of concern and asks about preferred pressure. The first massage I had was 30 minutes and the second one 90 minutes - each one flew by! I swear Rachel grows another arm or two - she uses her hands & arms in sync. I recommend Rachel.
