My husband and I came in for the couples “pregnancy massage” and it was great! I was a little nervous coming in 32 weeks pregnant not knowing 100% what to expect. But once inside the massage therapist(s) made my husband and I feel so comfortable! They made sure I was positioned comfortably and took the time to talk us through what areas could be focused on, etc. I’m sure the typical massages there are great too but if you are pregnant and wanting to pamper yourself a bit I would highly recommend coming here to get a massage!

This was my first massage and it was a couples' massage with my wife. Overall it was an excellent experience and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I travel a lot for work and decided to pop in here for an appointment to ease some problematic tension areas. Maple was able to identify them and address them and provide me with the relief and rejuvenation I needed. She was mindful and communicative through the whole process. It was one of the better massage experiences I have had in a while and I will definitely be returning should I find myself traveling through the Twin Cities again.

They do a mix of shiatsu and Swedish massage, and the blend between East and West techniques is something truly special. I saw Steph. I can honestly say I've never been more relaxed in my life. I got a 60 minute CBD oil massage, again, with Steph. She takes a couple minutes before the massage to talk about where you feel your problem areas are and where you feel you need to most help, which I really appreciate. She also lets you pick what soothing sounds you want to listen to while she's working. Very professional, extremely skilled. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to go back myself.

I could really tell that she was paying attention to what was going on in my body, and giving them attention as needed. I knew about my shoulders and neck, but she discovered all the tensions in my low back too. A very deep and relaxing massage.

What I really valued was the consultation - Brittany talked through my needs and pressure points before the session, and identified areas for me to focus on after the session. I have been going to see Jessika for over 10 years. I love the "hot stone" treatment which is done with an herbal poultice! Way better than any hot stone treatment! Great spa environment. Jessika is very knowledgeable and caring.

Sabai Body Temple is an amazing place for body work! The space is welcoming, tranquil, and beautiful. I experienced the Oriental Hot Stone massage with Sunshine and my tension and knots just melted away. I highly recommend a visit to Sabai Body Temple-I know I will be returning soon!

Called on a Sunday with bad foot pain not thinking I'd get in, but would make an appt for another day. Well, they were so accomodating, they got me in after hours Sunday evening! I had a foot, head and neck massage by Meg. It was an outstanding experience! You leave the noise and traffic of Hennepin Ave. and feel transported when you walk up to Sabai - love the spa interior and vibe! From the greeting at entrance to the massage itself, very soothing, yet she really concentrated on trigger points. I had been experiencing symptoms of plantar fasciitis and one day after Meg, I have less pain than I've had for several weeks!
