I have been going to this location for massages for the last few years on and off. Most recently I have been going here once a month for the last 6 months. They have excellent customer service. The receptionists are kind and competent, and if they make a mistake they apologize and correct it quickly. The rooms are private, always clean, have calming music, and the beds have warmers. The sheets are always clean and well cared-for, they always feel new. The waiting room is very calming, and there is a bathroom for clients that is always clean. I highly recommend the monthly wellness program - the massages are less expensive and it is so easy to cancel it. I love adding hot stones to my massage for an extra perk, which definitely helps getting the knots out of my back.

Professional massage therapists, friendly staff, inviting decor, and super reasonable prices make this the place the go. I love that they have a lot of different massage therapists with different styles, so you can always change it up depending on what you need. Everyone is also super responsive to what you'd like worked on any given day. It's also really nice that you can go to any other Elements branch -- I took advantage of that when I had some time on a business trip. Overall amazing place.

Update: 4/28/21 I ended up becoming a monthly member here and still go back here, monthly! They do an extremely great job, even during COVID, of making everyone feel safe and comfortable. This was the best massage I have ever had! It was more than a back rub you get at some of the other places. Colleen explained everything and asked me my comfort level. She concentrated on specific areas that were bothering me and gave me exercises to keep these areas loose. I loved the service so much I joined the monthly club, which has no contract! I have used the West Allis Elements as well and just prefer the Elm Grove location more, it is more welcoming in atmosphere, just a warmer feel to it. West Allis although fine and actually a little closer with more convenient 'Andrea' times is not as inviting, more stark, clinical.

Our daughter gave us a gift certificate for my husband and myself. We went at the same time and each of us had a very positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming, the lobby/waiting area clean. We were both taken at our appointment time--no delay. The massage room was clean. My husband who has never had a professional massage was very impressed--he will be back. I have had several massages in the past at other locations. My massage by my professional was amazing. I explained where my aches were and she was very knowledgeable just how to work the area. We both look forward to our next visit!

This was the first massage I ever had. It was certainly excellent. I won a free gift card from a vendor show and upgraded my massage to a longer one. The masseuse I had made me feel comfortable which was great! I can't remember who I had but I have heard that everyone there is excellent. I left feeling refreshed and I enjoyed the advice they give you at the end about where your trouble spots are and what they reccommend could use more work with a massage or with things I could do myself. At the time, I was working a very physical job and it definitely made me feel better for a long while after I had the massage.

I've had a membership at Elements for several years, and it's a great value. My monthly appointments help to keep chronic neck/shoulder issues under control. The therapists and staff are always friendly and professional. I like their focus on massage THERAPY, rather than just a "spa-style" pampering. They will customize your session if you want to focus on certain areas. The therapists are "rated" according to their typical pressure level (1 = lightest, 4 = deepest), but they can adjust to the pressure you're comfortable with during the session. Highly recommended!

Every experience thus far has been very good. The therapists are responsive to request for more or less pressure and trouble areas to focus on. I have had massages that ranges from theraputic to prenatal and always call elements first when I feel that I am due for another. The staff there is wonderful and was able to accommodate two much-needed, last minute (I was a little behind on planning our anniversary...), back-to-back massages for me and my husband while we juggled childcare and hectic business schedules. Since it was so last minute, I was a little worried that my husband wouldn't get a masseuse able to provide enough pressure. No issues there! We both walked away extremely satisfied, relaxed, and ready to take on the next hurdle!

He also gave me ideas of what I can do to help with the tightness since I do alot of weight lifting. He also worked on my range of motion with different techniques. They fit me in last minute because I was having a lot of neck/shoulder pain. My massage therapist did a good job trying to relax the muscles even though she typically doesn't do deep tissue work.
