I had my first professional massage today and it was a 10/10 experience. Very calming and therapeutic, the open communication about my needs and wishes for a massage session was much appreciated and helped me feel a lot more comfortable. I have realized how important it is to heal your body recently, since i’ve been having an issue with upper back stiffness and pain from working at a desk most of the day. I feel much better, even after 1 massage. Kimberly is great and so good at what she does. I’ll definitely be planning my next session!

Kimberly is AMAZING!!!! Hands down by far one of the best I have been to. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. She sat down with me and went over my health history and discussed my problematic areas and what my goals were that I wanted to achieve. Throughout the massage she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, to see if she needed to adjust the temperature of the room or if the pressure she was using during the massage was appropriate. Her pricing is reasonable and she has some great packages. If you are in the Louisville area and looking for a place to get a massage, Kimberly is definitely the one to go to!!!

After going through a very stressful time and learning I had Rheumatoid Arthritis, I started looking around for a massage therapist. I first went to a chain which tried to upsell me with high-pressure tactics (which is not exactly conducive to relaxation) and then I found Kimberly. After my first massage in August of 2016, I knew I'd found the right place. Kimberly is friendly, very reasonably priced, and above all, extremely good at what she does. I feel a million times better after every visit. She will do a general massage if you don't have any specific issues, or she can tailor it to whatever happens to be bothering you at the time. I wish I could afford to visit more often, but her sliding scale prices allow me to get an hour-long massage around once a month - which really helps me to be less achey and deal better with stress. You really can't go wrong here.

Kimberly is an amazing massage therapist and was instrumental in my road to recovery from my car accident last year. She is very friendly and welcoming, and she is knowledgeable about anatomy and knows exactly how to apply the right pressure to trigger points. If you need deep tissue work, she possesses the strength and technique to provide exactly what is needed for those stubborn knots that seem impossible.
