My wife and I took a romantic trip to Vegas. I’m an Elements member and regularly visit my store in South Jordan Utah. So I’m familiar with Elements but not this location. We had a great experience. They don’t have a couples room (at least when we went) however we both had great massages and the staff was very friendly.

Absolutely love Sabrina she is top notch and is as good as my friend that works on NBA players and some of the Raiders I have already recommended her to my Chiro and she will be trying her and most likely be recommending from her practice to her clients. Let me 1st just start off by saying the staff there is top notch.... Very friendly, very welcoming... And as a first time client, who was a little uncomfortable with the idea that this could actually be beneficial outside of just a luxurious indulgent...I noted that. A gift card, feeling like I was about to have a heart attack or end up using a cane and trying to mentally adjust to the idea that pain is just something I'm gonna have to get used to feeling as I am getting older... Go see William. He changed the quality of my life. The way I can move today in no pain is nothing short of spiritual.

And I can transfer my hour of massage to my husband w/o paying additional fees. All the staffs, from the front desk to the licensed massage therapists all have been friendly & nice. My boyfriend and I are in Vegas for a friends wedding and needed some relaxation. Picked this place due to its good ratings and location to where we are staying. I had Cristie and my boyfriend had Veronica. We were both extremely happy with our masseuses. The young lady at the front desk was also very helpful when we called to book and ask questions. Definitely would come back.

I am visiting a friend in town this week and I thought I’d treat myself for a massage (my first time, btw). I booked an 8:30 am massage and Kate H was my assigned massage therapist. Let me tell you- not only was it enjoyable…. Kate was very educated in what she did for that 1 hour session. She knew every point of my back that needed tending. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and I definitely feel a lot better than I did before coming into Elements. I am even thinking of coming back before I leave for San Diego. Such a treat!!! From the front desk to the masseuse, service was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Making the appointment online was easy and the front desk was kind enough to help me schedule a follow on appointment. Sooo I don’t know about you guys, but my experience was phenomenal! They greeted me at the door made me feel welcomed. They took care of me y'all! It was my first time and it was a great first time! The esthetic, the vibe, the safe space made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. I was Relaxed then so now you know when I got to that massage, it changed my life. I have never felt so much tenderness and love coming from someone’s hands and arms ever in my life while giving a massage ! Lisa knew what she was doing especially since she has been doing it for thirteen years. She was very informative, friendly, her voice was so genuine and relaxing! I recommend Element and Lisa! I go there on a regular basis. I usually ask for a specific therapist but this time I had a problem that needed to be fixed that day and I tried another therapist. He was very nice, gentle and understanding of my condition. Definitely a good place to get a therapeutic massage.

My first visit was good but I had a couple issues so I contacted the owner and she took amazing care of me and the other person in my party. Sue I can’t thank you enough for the VIP treatment. Both therapists were fantastic! Joseph was great and very attentive - he did exactly what I asked. Gina was fantastic too and I need to try her next! It was such a nice surprise to have the aromatherapy and the way it is administered is really great and much more affective than any other time I have had that. Again, thank you for the redo!

I did have a slight misunderstanding, mainly about their session times (1 hour is 50 minutes massage + 2x5 minutes dressing and consultation), but they really care about their customers and absolutely tried to make it right, even though it is said to be reflected on all their materials (I missed it somehow). The owner personally made sure my issue was addressed. Make sure you clearly communicate what you want if that’s something specific, even multiple times or during massage if needed. Staff is super nice, clean store and great location.

I’ve been a member at Elements for years. I wouldn’t normally prefer a “membership” based approach to massage as I prefer a spa and the highest quality. That’s why I’ve maintained my membership here. They are professional and provide a spa-like environment. Additionally, a clear sign to me of a good business is when the really talented massage therapists keep working there. It means the owner, Sue, must be taking care of them, respecting her employees, and has high expectations of her team. I have recommended this place to many friends and my husband goes quite a bit too!

I absolutely love this place. I have used Mae and just recently had a massage from Ben which was AMAZING! I needed a deep tissue massage because my muscles were so tensed up I was in pain. He got all my knots out and now I feel amazing. The front staff is always very professional and friendly, the establishment is very clean and I always enjoy coming here. My first time here at Elements Massage in Summerlin. I came mainly because of their reviews. I am in the very beginning stages of my fitness journey and wanted some deep tissue and stretching due to my very sore muscles. My therapist was David and he did the damn thing. He listened to my complaints and did a great job of taking care of my aching and sore muscles. He educated me, informed me, and guided me on how to properly stretch and recover post workouts. I have NEVER had a massage where the therapist actually listens AND delivers. I will be canceling my massage envy membership and I’ll be joining here. David is really good with DEEP TISSUE. If you have a problem with pressure please let him know. He does ask how’s the pressure throughout the session. It hurt so good. I can’t wait to make my next appointment. Thanks guys. My only concern was they were a bit late bringing me to the back, but David made up for it. I will be back for sure! Thank you.

I always love walking in to the welcoming greeting and beautiful faces of either the owner Sue, Rosie or Casey. The therapists I have worked with since last year have been amazing and professional. Each treatment room is decorated so beautifully. Very calming and caring atmosphere. Suann is a true master and knows the root trigger points and areas that can cause pain and discomfort. She walked me through every step so there were no surprises and to keep me at ease. I haven't had a massage in years so I have lots of old knots and built up muscle tension and tightness. I can tell that she started to correct the problems I'm experiencing and helped ease some of my pain. I would 100% trust going back to her.

I agree with all of the other reviewers here. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. My therapist was Kari, and I highly recommend her. But I believe that they're all probably great. The atmosphere was pleasant, Kari really listened to my concerns, was considerate enough to ask me questions throughout and give me suggestions about how to improve. I really hope to go back soon. In the meantime, try out their "New Client Special".

These guys are great. The massages are excellent. The customer service is excellent. Very professional place. Nice peaceful atmosphere inside. I used to go to Massage Envy and had a favorite therapist there. Than I moved to another part of town and tried the Massage Envy there. I couldn't find anyone decent and they would end up canceling half of my appts, so I decided to try Elements. I've tried several therapists at this location and they're all EXCELLENT!! I was looking for that "one" that I would go back to each time, but I don't even have to decide on just one. I have a couple of favorites that I'll see depending on schedules. Yes, Elements is a smidge more expensive, but that's because the quality of the massage is worth it a bazillion times over. There's no comparison. Go here! You won't regret it.

I've been going here for over 2 years now! I go to Chris. She's amazing. ( Before going here I've been to about 20 different massage therapist between 5 different establishments.) Chris was the only one that didn't trigger my fibro and listened to me as I often need different spots catered to at different times due to swelling and inflammation! She's the only one I've gone to at this location. And she better stay there forever!! haha!! 🤣 The receptionists are always friendly And helpful. The building is always clean and smells great!! I highly recommend them!!

Sabrina, Sabrina, Sabrina DEEP Tissue expert. I used to be a client of hers a couple of years ago and then suddenly she was gone. After 2 years I finally tracked her down because there is simply no one that compares to her skill, strength, and dedication. I figured the LVGK or Raiders had hired her on, yes she is that good. If you're all beat up, with knots deep into your muscles, and want TRUE deep tissue massage ... Sabrina will fix you. I recommend the 90 minute fo' sho'!!! Also, if you want light to medium pressure I guarantee she can handle that to. Oh, you should sign up for the monthly massage membership, it's a fantastic deal!

Jose is perfect for a relaxing Swedish massage and Dan is great at sports massages/deep tissue. I am sure all others are great but I've only went to those two faithfully!

Very friendly and professional front staff. Sabrina was my masseuse. She was fantastic, especially with my neck and feet! She had just the right pressure and she did a few different things I’ve never had before, such as using a hot towel around my neck and contorting my legs to give a unique massage. Highly recommend Elements Massage and Sabrina!

I'm disappointed that I wasn't notified of how much was on the gift card that my wife had purchased for me. It was like extra money for the therapist plus I tipped. The massage was great but I was supposed to have a 90 min and I was only in the for 60. Honesty is the best policy because people will always find out if you used the full prepaid giftcard. Too bad they didn't tell me exactly how much was paid for when I handed the card to them to pay for the massage. I probably wont be back.

Elements Massage is the BEST place in Vegas to get a massage! The Wellness Program is amazing and allows me to get a regular massage and it has really helped me not only to relax, but I feel better in all areas including overall health and wellness! Also, every time I go in for my massage (Summerlin office) the staff greets me with a smile, and they are always friendly and kind. I also have THE BEST massage therapist ever - thank you Mae! I am now spoiled and will never go anywhere else to get my massage. Another good thing is that Elements has massage clinics ALL OVER the U.S, and membership is valid at every one, so when I'm on vacation I can still go to Elements! Thank YOU!

Been searching all over town for a great Swedish massage. I was fortunate to have Michael as a therapist! Great firm pressure and fluid technique. It was so relaxing. The spa was very relaxing upon entering. There was nice spa music playing and they also have a coffee/tea/spa water bar. The receptionist LaLa was really helpful. Their packages were decently priced for the amenities offered. You can also gift your unsend massages to someone. Should you get a second massage for the same month, it’s discounted $20. Overall,I was blown away by the massage and customer service that I signed up for a membership. I’m looking forward to many more visits.

I have been to this Elements location three times now after years of being seen at a location in Denver, Colorado. I have seen Jose twice, and I have been extremely impressed both times by his skill and professionalism in addressing my needs. He has a level of ability far beyond that of an average therapist, and he was extremely intuitive in knowing how much pressure to use and how to address the specific issues I had going on. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to see him when I come in for my regular sessions.

LOVED my massage with Kitt! Couldn’t have been happier about choosing a place to get a massage solely off Yelp reviews (as I was in from out-of-town visiting my mom for a couple weeks, but technically on vacation too). Kitt was amazing - everything from the sound of her voice, to how she kept making the sheet and blanket crisp & taught throughout the hour, to rubbing on my back over the blanket in circles to heat up the blanket & my lower back before she started massaging my lower body, to how she used extra lotion on my feet but then when she was finished massaging them she rubbed off the excess lotion with a rough towel and the juxtaposition of the smooth lotion and the rough towel was amazing - I couldn’t have been more please about a 1-hour massage for just $69 plus tip!

Ive been going to Gina for a few of years now. I would highly recommend her and Elements to anyone who needs a real massage; not that fufu rubdown you get from some other places. Don't get me wrong, they can do that too if that's your thing. But if you want someone to really work out what hurts, Ive never been to anyone better. The massage was great! Lilly knows how to work out the deep knots. Nothing frou-frou; just a truly therapeutic massage. I also appreciated not being pushed into upgrading or signing up for a membership. I will certainly consider signing up for one because of not being pressured! As a wheelchair user, I also appreciated being accommodated with an adjustable height table, and assistance was offered in a way that seemed like everyone is offered the same kind of assistance. Elements is a membership massage shop, but you can also just get a massage on an ad hoc basis. But it does seem most folks come here on a regular basis- weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly for massages. This is a great alternative to Massage Envy in my opinion, which has more of a "corporate" vibe and has its share of corporate scandals. (Can we say "sexual harassment," anyone? :) This place, especially at this location, has a low-key, non- chain atmosphere (even though it is also a franchise). They do the "Zen" thing fairly well. Relaxed atmosphere, quiet, and low lighting. The professionals do vary, as at any place, but there are several very good to excellent therapists. (Though you might have to wait a little bit to get an appointment with one of them). This place is known for treating massage more as a therapy, and not just a fluff good-feeling 'spa' experience. They really work on you, and some even set goals for your flexibility and undoing of knots over the course of weeks or months. There is deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and hot stone, among others. But what you won't find here are the mud wraps or coconut leaf infusions or facials that less serious massage places offer. But more than likely you will, like the Godfather of Soul, "feel good" when you leave. The therapist will always talk to you about how you are feeling, what you want done, what areas you want to avoid, etc. Be candid. It will make a difference. Men and women are both represented here, both as clients and therapists. And there is no judging as to which one you might want. So express yourself! When you arrive, there is coffee, tea, and water (and you will often get a chocolate, and a small complimentary bottle of water on your way out-important to stay hydrated after a massage). A small waiting area with magazines is off to your left, but you won't be waiting long. They keep the trains running on time here. The massage tables are heated (if you want), with simple but homey decorations in the room. Usually soft music is playing. Why 4 and not 5 stars? They need a better online reservation system. You can try to make an appointment online, but it's just a "request." Then you have to speak to one of the receptionists anyway and try to figure out dates and times. At this point, lots of places allow you to book and pay for the whole thing, appointment time and type of massage, and all, right online. The biggest hassle of this place is the booking, and the incessant, real-time reminders of your appointment (with requests to "confirm.") This can get annoying if you're a repeat guest. If they can work this out, it would rock even more.

As a deep tissue massage enthusiast, I knew to make sure I requested their best deep tissue therapist and Jeff gave me what can only be described as a transformative experience. His expert level knowledge of anatomy and physiology was unexpected, but delightful. Since I clearly enjoy a results focused massage, I like my therapist to distract me with conversation and Jeff was perfectly chatty, but not too chatty throughout the entire two hours. Two hours! If you, too, are an athlete or kicking your butt in the gym often and need a therapist who can loosen you up for optimal performance, Jeff is your guy. I booked a two hour weekly massage on the membership program and he is the highlight of my week. I cannot recommend Jeff highly enough.

I was in Vegas this past weekend staying at the Signature at MGM. Instead of spending tons of money for a massage at the MGM Grand Spa, I decided to venture out of the city to see what places I could find. Did a Google search and found this place and checked it out based on the high reviews. Plus, $119 intro rate for a two hour massage?!? Can't beat that. If you're coming here for the first time or taking an Uber here like I did, the location maybe a little tricky. Somehow the GPS will point you to the shopping plaza on the opposite side, as there are lots in that area. My Uber driver and I spent about 10 minutes trying to find the place, so I had to call twice. Also, my Uber driver who picked me up afterwards also had a hard time finding it. Elements is located at the shopping plaza right by the Shell gas station, next to Martini Bar. Elements inside is pretty small, but still had a calming and comfortable atmosphere. Mindy was helpful in giving me directions while I was talking to her on the phone and she was courteous, professional and kind. I had my two hour massage with Simone and she was awesome! The two hours went by quickly, unfortunately. She made sure the pressure was just right and she gave me aromatherapy at the beginning. I'll probably be coming back here next year when I'm back in Vegas now that I know exactly where it is. Even though it's about a half hour drive from The Strip, it's worth it for the price and service you're getting. Thank you Simone and Mindy!
