Teresa is a very talented massage therapist. She is able to identify my problem areas and varies her techniques to provide the relief I need. Sessions are conducted in her home therapy room which is professional and private with a separate entrance. I don't know what I would do without my monthly massages with Teresa.

I have been getting massages from Teresa on a regular basis for a number of years. The best way for me to describe how good Teresa is at what she does is to say that when I enter her office, my shoulders, neck, back and legs are extremely tight… and when I leave, the tightness is gone and I feel very good. Teresa works by herself, and her office setup is excellent. There is a separate treatment room, an office area and a restroom. All three areas are always extremely clean. Teresa is really good at addressing the areas that are causing me the most problems. She uses several different methods of massage based upon the situation, and she is very effective. Teresa is very pleasant and easy to talk to, but she is also fine if you just want to relax, take a nap, or listen to the music, which she customizes for each client, during the massage. I can easily recommend Teresa with no reservations.

I've been going to Teresa for several years and can't speak highly enough of her. I've had several injuries and surgeries and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2013. Due to the Fibro, traditional massage aggravates my nerves. Teresa uses other modalities on me including cranial sacral, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. Thanks to my "monthly maintenance" with Teresa along with yoga I am now living pain free and was able to go off all medications. I'm so grateful for the work she has done. Her treatment is personalized to what you need and she cares about your health and wellness.
