I went to get a massage at Massage and Healing Center and Terri did a fantastic job. The place was very clean and relaxing, my massage was perfect. I was so relaxed I fell asleep lol. I will definitely be going back! 5stars and highly recommend!

OMGEEEE! This was a long and overdue treat for myself. I had THE BEST hour ever. Dan really went all out and almost made me fall asleep. The hour felt like 2 hours. Worth every penny. The next day I woke up feelin like a new woman. I'll be back... It was a great experience and the spa was clean, beautifully decorated and definitely a relaxing environment. Don't debate, JUST GO AND DO SOMETHING NICE FOR YOURSELF!

Went for my first massage today with Ami and would absolutely recommend. I'm 6'4, 200lbs, am physically active, and get massages fairly regularly, and this is the best massage I've had in a long time. Good pressure, regularly asked if she should do anything differently, and felt like she knew the body well and followed muscles through. She asked if I wanted any target areas covered and actually spent considerable time on the areas I asked for, rather than just the last ~5-10 minutes which a lot of other places have done.

Richard was so nice and a great massage therapist! I scheduled a 90 minute massage with him and he ended up working on me for over 2 hours! It was wonderful getting to know his life story and also receiving such a relaxing massage. I had some issues with my knee which I thought was from running, but he showed me how it stemmed from a tight quadricep muscle and now no pain! I will definitely be back

Been coming to MHC for over 10 years. In that time I have had two of the best therapists. Though one is no longer there, Ami still is and she is my go to. She gets what I need, she always asks first, and has a good vibe about her when she is massaging. And as the client, you can always feel the mood that your therapist is in. I am lucky and happy to say Ami always has the relaxing mood and good vibes. Thank you Ami and MHC for being my go to for so long.

Best place to get a massage at in Indianapolis and also becoming best place on planet. I been going since 2015 my wife said longer. Ally the owner and the staff is the sweetest ppl in the industry. They will make sure to be gentle or rough which ever you prefer. I’m going to get the raindrop massage today. My wife enjoyed it so much last week she signed me up. I mean I can do a whole article on this place and their healthy methods, especially with the young living oils. Hey, but I’m going to stop, but please check this place for a couple massage or just your self. I tried going other places before just not the same not even close.

First time here! It was a couples massage and it was actually really nice! Richard was so kind.. I showed up late and fully intended on having my massage not last an hour; however, he still did the full hour! They were super nice. Will be back!

I generally don’t leave reviews, but this experience, I definitely wanted to share. This place is absolutely amazing. Been having extreme back pain & have had troubles sleeping this past week. So I contacted them today about 11:30 to try to get in today. The only appointment available was 5:30. Which was a little too late for me. They made arrangements to squeeze me in at 2:30. I had a gift certificate that had expired, they were more than happy to still honor it. Upon arrival Gina was my masseuse, I let her know that the pain was in my shoulders and just work out all the knots in my shoulders, which she definitely did. I have have had quite a few massages and some tend to do more of a back rub. (I can get that at home. Lol) She definitely payed attention to my request & did an absolutely amazing job. I left with little to no pain. She also let me know things I can do to help with my pain. The whole staff was extremely friendly, informative, & accommodating. I will definitely be returning soon

I enjoyed my massage so much I scheduled a couples massage for the 2nd one. My boyfriend and really enjoyed it. We added the reflexology to the package. I really recommend the reflexology. The therapist continually asked me about the pressure and adjusted as needed.

Went in for a couples massage and it was great. Had a gnarly knot in my shoulder (that I knew about) that got worked out and they found a couple more that needed worked out to loosen that whole area up. I selected medium to deep tissue for pressure. The medium was pleasant and the deep effective, I got some light bruising from the deep areas, but my shoulder feels better than it has in days. Safe to say I will go back again.

Dan was amazing. I came in with a heaping pile of fibromyalgia pain, and pain from overuse, and pain from bursitis. Dan was patient, and made me feel comfortable. I honestly didn't know what to expect. I was very nervous to try a male massage therapist (my own issues) but Dan was so professional I felt at ease right away. The office was clean and inviting. I left with my pain nearly gone. Even if it only lasts over night, It was a god send. I can't recommend Dan enough or this business. I will be back as a regular to help my body stabilize out of a flair.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time and we loved it! Kathy and Ami took great care of us. I wanted a relaxing massage but I did ask for some pain relief on my upper back and Ami knew exactly where the pain was. My boyfriend will not stop talking about how great of a job Kathy did on him as well.

Me and my boyfriend filled out the paperwork and circled the areas we wanted massaged and told them lightly and medium. But my shoulders are very sore because of the deep tissue massage my therapist gave me and didn't really touch the main points I highlighted on the paper. She mainly focused on my shoulders and upper back which didn't need to be massaged. Ill be more specific next time so they know.

One of my favorites is rain drop massage everything comes into balance. It's a must to try you won't believe how much better you will feel.

I've had massages at a few places in Indy and Kathy at the Massage Healing Center is the perfect fit for my needs. I've been super happy with every session with her in the past year or so that I've gone, I highly recommend her! The center itself is also very clean, quiet, and relaxing as well.

I needed a lot of work in my upper body shoulders, headache and neck. It was good I tipped ok but wish I had more work on the lower back hips legs and feet to fully relax it was ok for the time allotted. Also the price was 20.00 more than 5 months ago. I didn't question because I know I'll return. I've been several times over the years but the only real complaint was her nails were sharp and I needed a deep tissue to break down the knots in my shoulders so I kinda knew what I was in for. To get the knots out it takes a lot of pressure. I left with a few scratches but nothing major. If it takes the stress knots out then I'll take the pressure. They are usually quick to get me in on a same day request so that's always a plus. I'll definitely return it's my only escape and they always get the stress knots out.

I had my first appointment with Kathy today and look forward to my next session. A great environment and professional staff from scheduling my appointment to a great massage therapy session. I've had shoulder pain for the past several months and after numerous, unsuccessful physical therapy sessions scheduled through my healthcare system, I decided to try Massage and Healing Center. I'm so happy I did! Kathy is both professional and knowledgable when it comes to massage and reflexology. Not overly priced like so many places, Massage and Healing Center is a gem on Indy's Eastside.
