The front desk ladies were so kind and inviting! They contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. I had a 90 minute hot stone with Marty and I feel AMAZING! I will for sure be booking with him again! He listened to me when I asked for a bit lighter pressure in some of my more sore areas, he made the entire experience relaxing and soothing. I've had some bad experiences with massages, but this was absolutely not one of those!

If you like to workout, I highly recommend Marty! He was very knowledgeable and educated me on everything he was doing! His massages are not for temporary relaxation, they are for recovery! I’ve been getting massages for many years and I have never pre-booked. I was so satisfied with my service that and I immediately pre-booked after my massage with him.

Updating my review. I appreciate the manager calling to try to rectify the situation. I missed the call but I attempted another visit which went really well. So out of the approx. 6-7 massages I received, I only had one unpleasant experience. I would still recommend! I I initially loved this place. I’ve had a membership with them for about 6 months, and would usually book with Janos who is awesome. I needed a last minute session and wasn’t able to book with Janos, so I booked with Vic. They were nice but it was the most painful massage I ever experienced. I winced in pain the entire time. It felt like a deep lymphatic massage versus a relaxing medium pressure massage. Even when I complained about the pain and pressure, I was told to just put ice on it afterwards. I was supposed to get a full body massage but was told they didn’t have time to get to the rest of my body. I came right home and iced my neck and shoulders but the pain is only getting worse. I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage but my family and I won’t be returning. I canceled my membership today.

I bought an hour-long massage as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He enjoyed it… so yay overall I suppose. However, when I booked it I did so online and a staff member called me two days ago to set up my boyfriend’s account (since the massage was for him but it was my info on the website). They asked for his phone number, which I gave only because the guy on the phone promised he wouldn’t get a text or a call from them because the massage was supposed to be a surprise. Guess who got not one but two text messages about his supposed-to-be surprise massage. So, thanks for that I guess.

Cameron was awesome! He gave me a deep tissue massage for the intense pain I’d had in the center of my back/right chest for a week. The pain was gone the following day! I was skeptical that a massage could really make a pain like that disappear, but it did! I was also a little worried about requesting a deep tissue massage because I’d heard that they can hurt, but I knew that was what I needed, and Cameron applied just the right amount of pressure to both work through the pain and feel WONDERFUL!

I've had sessions with Joycie and Maria. Both are phenomenal but Maria left my back transformed! I came in with so much back pain and Maria literally made me feel like a new woman! I was no longer in pain and felt so relaxed. Highly recommend this place.

I have fibro and back problems that cause BAD tension and migraine headaches. I went to The Woodlands location with an agonizing headache, they told me I was with Vic and OMG FINALLY, finally found someone who knows what they are doing! Vic not only pin pointed the cause of my headache within seconds, but also explained a lot along the way and recommended things to help at home and prevent them. I signed up for the membership and will definitely be back on the regular to prevent them from happening. So happy to have found this little gem :-)

Very nice, clean, and calming place. My chosen therapist was great, though "elite" so would have cost more (first time was not charged extra). Lots of extras you can add onto, and they have a membership deal which I think is worth it! Definitely signed up for the summer!

Vic did an excellent job tension in my neck, shoulders, and head are severe debilitating at times along with migraines after one session I have increased range of motion and would definitely made the couple hour drive frequently to get some relief highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a year and a half, and they have always been very professional. My favorite person is no longer there and I’ve been searching for a new favorite. Everyone has been good but I just had a massage with Victory and they did a great job! They knew what my body needed and focused on those areas. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as I asked. I will be going to them again real soon. I feel so much better than when I came. Thank you!!

Update on 7/2/22: The front desk customer service is always exceptional. They are friendly and helpful. Also, Marty is a master at deep tissue massage! I've been going to him for years now and am super grateful. I've met the owners of this location and they are also lovely people. My prior review: I thoroughly enjoyed Elements Massage. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a deep tissue massage with Marty and highly recommend him if you like a very firm pressure massage. That was probably the firmest massage I've ever had, which was great for me but there were a couple of times I thought I might have to say "Uncle!" I'll definitely be back Marty!

I've been 3 times now and I'm a little undecided. The facility is nice and smells good and is clean. The therapists are pretty good, but not as great (not as many cool techniques) as the location I moved here from. One therapist spent only 2 minutes on my neck at the end after telling her I'd like some focus there (because she ran out of time after starting late) and another therapist spent a lot longer on one side of my body than the other. Candace went very deep and I would use her again. My biggest concern and the reason I would cancel my membership if I decide to look elsewhere (besides it being a bit of a drive for me) is they are always at least 5 min late to come out and greet you (last time was 7) and they end at least 5 min early before your time is up to allow for clean up I assume. Add that to the 5 min they give you to undress before your apt and your 60 min massage turns into a 45 min massage. Way too quick to focus on deep issues or full body. They need to maybe allow a few minutes between each person so they don't back up and everyone gets their full time. If you don't take advantage of the free 30 min member appreciation day (making a 75 min massage), it may not be worth it to you. They ask you to be 15 min early, but then you just sit and wait. I don't feel my valuable time is being respected when they are late after I've already been there for 15 min +. That being said, the membership price is pretty good and has some good perks so maybe it balances out.

Kelly is AMAZING! I have never in my life fallen asleep during a massage and she put me to sleep in the absolute best way possible! Kelly did for me in an hour what all the others couldn’t! The massage was good in quality, but they are far too pushy with their add-ons and advertisements. I specifically tried not to sign up for their email listing, but I was still put on the list anyway. They literally send out junk emails every single day. They also tried to get me to subscribe to their membership multiple times despite saying I wasn't interested. Luckily I had the foresight to use a burner email, so the damage is mostly mitigated. So yeah, if you want a good massage, this is as good a place as any, but they're definitely going to bother you needlessly from the moment you walk through the door until you finally tell them to stop.

I had the best massage of my life here with Rachel. She is very good. Even though her pressure was perfect for me she checked in with me a few times (just the right amount of times) during my session to make sure that the amount of pressure was good. In addition to just the right amount of pressure she also possesses a kind of intuition that I have rarely ever seen in a massage therapist. She knows just what areas to focus on, how long to focus on them, and without any pain at all my knots just melted away! The great feeling that I had when I left there lasted for 3 to 4 days! I’ve never had that happen before. Of course, the ambiance, the staff, the professionalism, and the overall feeling of calm and well-being that this location engenders is top notch. I highly recommend this location and especially Rachel!

Seen: July 2018. The BEST massage therapy studio!!! Rachael greeted me so warmly, she knew all of the treatments available, explained them well and she was very professional. She took the time to give me personalized attention while still having busy phone lines and other clients in the waiting room. My therapist was Sadie and she was amazing!! I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and I had a lot of very painful, swollen joints that day. Sadie was so kind, professional and really took the time to discuss with me what was bothering me the most so that she could work on those areas. She used just the right amount of pressure to help relieve my pain but never used too much to hurt me. She asked me several times if I was comfortable and if the pressure level was good for me. Sadie clearly deeply cares about helping her clients feel better, relaxed and rejuvenated when they leave. At the end of my massage I felt I had a THERAPY and relaxation session. I highly recommend Elements and Sadie for anyone looking for a highly professional, highly skilled and highly caring Massage Therapy Studio!!

Good place to go, seamless online appointments and appointment reminders. Some of their specialists are good at injury or recovery massages and if you need that in particular, look for those that are listed as specialists. Some charge a tiny bit more but are totally worth it. Lena is the best so far but I would not complain about the others.

I recently started experiencing "more than normal" lower back pain. So much so that I decided to do some research and schedule an appointment for my very first professional massage. Elements Message is highly rated with 100+ reviews and still rated almost 5 stars! So I decided to give them a try. And I was not disappointed at all! Not only were the receptionists well informed of services offered and could explain the different massage treatments to me as a first-timer, but they handled booking my appointment so easily over the phone. The pre-appointment text reminder/confirmation is great added touch. Walking into the establish felt very relaxing and warming. I spent a couple minutes filling out new client forms. Within 5 minutes of completing the forms, I was seen by Robyn. She tailored a deep tissue massage that targeted my lower back pain. Her professionalism and warming personality was great and definitely calmed my nerves. I highly recommend her! Walking out of the private room back to the lobby, Robyn and the receptionists noticed my improved walking. Not only will I be returning, but I also signed up for their "wellness program." I apologize for the long review, but Robyn and Elements Massage definitely earned it!

I can’t say enough about my experience here. I was visiting from Rhode Island and wish they were near me. Rachel scheduling could not have been more helpful. I booked a couples massage for my best friend and I. They had to change a therapist at the last minute and called to make sure that would not be an issue. Very professional. From check in, to massage I had with Roxy, who is amazing and gifted, the whole experience was amazing. My friend loved her massage from a gentleman ( I cannot remember his name sorry), and said he was amazing. We both left relaxed and stress free. Thank you for a great experience.

1st massage and it was great. I'm very relaxed and feel stress free. Great customer service and environment! Having degenerative disc disease I don't get much back pain relief however there were moments during the massage I was actually pain free and leaving my current pain level is minimal compared to my norm. Rachel was my therapist she was every knowledgeable and gave several natural recommendations to help regularly. I'll be back very soon! My expectations were exceeded!

I enjoy being addressed by name when I come in and the front staff is always super friendly and thoughtful. The process of leaving gratuity without having to bother with receipts and extra paper is great. I really enjoy booking through the MINDBODY app because I can book whenever I think about it which is frequently after hours. They have called to ask if I want to start a session earlier or even add time so the therapist and I both get to take full advantage of the time she is there. I’ve tried to go to other locations and I would if I truly needed to but this location is home.

Throughout the entire summer I’ve seen Jose and the quality of my life has drastically improved. I go to the gym five to six times a week and ever since I started seeing Jose, I’ve had faster recovery times and my performance has gotten a lot better. As always, my experience here is a great one. My masseuse Doug is the best and works out all the kinks just about everywhere in my body due to muscle tightness from working out 6-7 days a week. The office is always impeccable, the staff are very friendly, and the service is great. And I stay all the way in Humble but don't mind making the drive due to the quality of service I receive here. Overall, I give them 5 stars for a job always well done....

I am a member of Massage Envy. But they do not have cupping. So I made an appointment for firm massage and cupping when I called to schedule for the first time at Elements Massage in the Woodlands, Texas. When I was taken back, I was asked what I wanted. And I said firm massage and cupping. During the massage, I was asked again how things were going. I said more pressure and cupping. I never received the cupping. As I was checking out, I was asked if I would like to become a member of Elements. I explained that I was not from here and we don’t have any Elements Massage parlors in Montana. The girl at the counter continued to explain how I could use the membership in other states. I declined the membership and told her that I never received the cupping that I had requested. I am a member of Massage Envy, that is in Montana. And if all I wanted was a massage, I would have gone there. But my entire reason for scheduling at Elements, was cupping. Friendly staff, but no one was listening to my request for cupping. Will I come back? Get my appointment correct please and I might.

The facilities are on par with other massage centers in The Woodlands. The location never had a problem with parking and was easily accessible. I deducted two stars. One for the therapists which, having tried approximately 5 different therapists at this location, are good, but not as good as you would find at a nice day spa. Secondly, the membership requires 30 days termination notice. This allows them to extract an additional payment. Typical, I'm sure, but worthy of a deduction.

Got an amazing massage today! Her name started with an "L". In room 6. And I was so happy that I found her. I paid for the eucalyptus aromatherapy, CBD oil and the Himalayan salt stone massage. I was in heaven. I went in with neck and lower back pain. She was able to do techniques that helped relieve the pain. However, after any massage, u will be sore, but the good kind of sore. I definitely will be back to see her! Thank u so much!💗

I have seen 5+ therapists at this location and every single one of them are amazing! The two that really stick out to me are Sady and Matt. Sady listens to what you want done and its like she KNOWS what pressure to use without asking (though she does ask). I always leave feeling refreshed. Matt does more deep tissue work. He makes it hurt SO GOOD! He is also extremely knowledgeable and wants you to know how to help yourself in between massages. He gave me so much information on healing myself!! The receptionists and manager really know how to refer the right therapist for what you're needing.

I always see Marty, because he is the best. Due to the fact that I prefer deep tissue work and stretching he is great if you can handle this type of massage. It's not for the weak sometimes I have bruising (I bruise easily) similar to myofascial release. I need this with my exercise routine it helps keep me in the gym. I have tried a few others in the past, but by far Marty is the best!
