I LOVE this place! 😍 My boyfriend introduced me to this place (back when they were on Kapiolani; they have since moved and upgraded their space) when we got our first couple’s massage here, and I had such a great experience that I have revisited multiple times since, and subscribed to their VIP annual membership program. Joomi, the owner of the spa is a lovely and talented lady who started the business 15 years ago. She’s developed a loyal clientele and I can understand why! The VIP membership is SO worth it - you get a free massage for your birthday, a free treatment after you get 10 treatments of any kind, and you get $30 off every service (AND they have special deals where if you purchase 10 of the same treatment with an upfront payment - you’ll get 2 additional free treatments). The prices are very fair, even without a membership (as of time of review), and they use QUALITY Korean and American products - gentle and effective. I love the heated beds, the hot towels, the hot stones, the hot-and-cold muscle relief gel, the beauty machines, and the essential oils. Their massages have significantly improved my shoulder pain, and their facials leave my skin healthy and glowing (photo below is post facial with zero make up/filter)! I’ve brought my friends and family here, and will continue to get my monthly pampering in at JJ Spa for as long as they are in business and as long as I’m around.

Great massage! Professional and affordable (groupon) has a special for couples massages under $100. They have tea and water after the massage. Walked in with sore back and shoulders and left feeling like I was walking on a cloud.

Great clean place . Skilled massasu and facial technician will refresh you completely! Price are great affordable. Facial also cleaned my tired skin she gave me extra anti age care I am so appreciated great owner like her! Massasu sunny and Sumiko are someone know what they doing my injured back feel way better until I get there I couldn’t move well but after 2hrs massage my back felt way better ! Anyone come to hawaii please don’t go to hotel spa they are over priced plus they don’t have skilled massasu like JJ has!!! I guarantee!! Also they have Japanese speakers good for someone want speak Japanese! Reasonable and good price spa is hard to find ! Better make appointment thou ! But they are flexible also !! Must try ! Clean too . Warm massage table relax you !

One of the best spa's on the island. It's a hidden gem. Very professional and welcoming. I visited here three times and each time I leave out feeling like I was floating. I recommend you jump in a Uber/Lyfe and visit this place. Prices and specials are found on their page. Very reasonable. Thank you JJ Spa for my great experience.

Awesome couple's massage. So relaxing but yet productive. The therapists really worked out deep knots. My neck hasn't felt this good in years. Staff is extremely nice. Place is clean and inviting. If we are ever back in Hawaii I would definitely go back.

Amazing customer service. One of the best massages I’ve gotten in a while. Very professional. The area doesn’t look the greatest, but when I went inside I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful and peaceful setting. My husband and I decided to do a couples massage while on vacation, and it was worth it! Booked on phone for a few friend who were in Waikiki and I heard it was great! My only complaint is that lots of businesses like this including this one, “charge” for gratuity as if it’s a necessity and that makes it feel very... slimey in my opinion. I am a street musician, I work for tips… Occasionally I get hired by restaurants or private individuals - when I get hired I don’t say “my fee plus tip” - I just inform them of my fee and if my service goes above and beyond, people are NICE and Generous enough to give me something extra, which I appreciate. The rates are already competitive, my advice would be just to up the price a little bit and stop saying “plus gratuity”, and probably 30 to 60% of the people will give a little extra.

I got a Groupon for a couples massage and having a not so great experience with past Groupon massage parlors I wasn't expecting anything too great I WAS SO WRONG! THIS WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD Environment was so relaxing, we were taken care of super fast and the massage was phenomenal Will recommend to anyone and everyone!

I've only had 2 massages in my life but this was amazing!! Licensed professional ladies. Very nice and accommodating for a couples massage while my husband and I were on vacation. We used a Groupon and weren't sure about the exterior of the place. It is in a little strip mall that looks somewhat older and in a small upstairs space BUT I would definitely go here again. Great value and at least 1/3 the price of massages in Waikiki which probably aren't as good. My husband wants to go back :)

We had an absolutely relaxing couples massage at JJs. Make sure you have the right place as there are 2 JJs within a mile of each other. We HIGHLY reccomend this place for a relaxing massage treatment.

Great place to visit. Suki did an excellent job on problem areas and even spots that I didn’t realize I needed work on. She was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. Nice place, clean, and wonderful staff. Parking is right behind the building so you have to look for the entrance $1/hr paid parking.

She very personable on the phone and in person, shes a very excellent masseuse, and everything done, was done very professionally. Great service and relaxing environment. Signs on the back of the building are confusing. From the parking lot go through the middle and it is a few store fronts on the right.
