Best massage ever! I suffer with chronic pain and the first few days of vacation have been hard. I've never had such a deep, get all the pain out, EXACTLY what I really needed massage. Great honest ladies, very clean and nice inside, wish I could get this fantastic massage back home.

It was very easy to make an appointment on a Tuesday. I did a 90 min Lomi Lomi massage with some hot stones. I love the mix of light, medium, and deep pressure from my therapist MIMI. The space is a bit hidden, very quiet and serene. I would have liked a bit more water when we finished however overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Walked in here today looking for another listing. Very friendly and professional. They took me as a walk in and had me set up in 5 minutes. Amazing traditional Thai massage blended with some sports therapy. Don’t let the location fool you. Excellent service, fair pricing, I’d go back in second. They were get us in quickly, but there were people coming after us, so seemed pretty popular. A little hard to find but I attached a pic - just go up the stairs. Very clean, nice smelling, great at what they do! Wife and I joined side by side massages and were both very pleased! Would recommend!

What a great way to kickoff our vacation 🤩 Our technicians worked specifically on the areas we marked on our intake forms and accommodated when I asked for them to do my scalp massage again (because it felt so amazing!) It was one of the best massages of my life and I have been getting 20+ massages a year, for about 10 years. 10 stars ⭐️

I was feeling very tired and stiff during my vacation and got recommended by a friend to this facility. Their Thai Massage was amazing and staffs are very friendly as well! I had all my body parts stretched and relaxed like an energy renew. The therapist was attentive to my needs by adjusting the pressure. I would definitely come back.

My wife and I came in for a couple's massage and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly, they spent time asking about what we wanted to do (in our case, we needed a combination massage with some stretching after a long flight), and the facility was very clean. We walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and a lot more limber. We enjoyed our experience so much, we're considering coming in one more time before we need to return home! Edit: we did end up coming back for a longer massage and left feeling even more relaxed. We'll definitely plan on returning the next time we're in Oahu!

I got a combination 60 min from Christina and it was amazing. I’ve gotten massages from NYC NJ Cancun and this has been the most energizing spa. Lomi lomi coconut oil and thai (where they step on your back) and other stretchings.. I came in w a slight hangover and i asked specifically for neck shoulders hands and feet and I’m feeling soooo much better. Thank you!

Combined everything from all massages I've had around the world. Various types of stretches, Thai- styled back walking, deep tissue, hot stones with rubbing and avoiding burns. Teaches proper stretching that no one else shows. Strange weird place that is actually legit. Nice person who cares about all customers.

The one word that sums up my experience here is “WOWWWW!!!!” My fiancé and I are in town for vacation and have been going nonstop and unfortunately have both been dying with back pain these last few days to the point to where we were skipping specific activities because my back was killing me. My massage therapist was Christina who gave me one of the best deep tissue massage’s that I’ve ever had. I could really tell that she put in a lot of extra energy working out every single knot in my back. The my fiancés massage therapist was Amy which gave her a Swedish massage that left her on cloud 9. On our walk back to the resort she couldn’t help keep from giggling because she felt so good after our massage. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful, peaceful, spotless place run by aunties with 30+ yrs of experience. They will adjust for your tolerance but she brought the real strength and technique after I said "I'm Asian, I can take it!" :D they will ask you to fill out a intake form on the problem areas to focus on. My shoulder and neck pain had been so bad it was waking me up at night all week, and now I'm walking out pain free. Also did a bunch of both deep tissue and myofascial release during the 90min full body massage - all my pain points feel looser. Thank you so much Aisawan!

Me and my husband went to Honolulu for vacation for a week and the last day of our flight back we decided to get a full body massage and kept calling around to see if any of them had any opening. Luckily the owner answered with welcoming attitude and not like other places they tried to fit us in anyway possible. So we went and got out full body massage from Pang and Alex, they were exceptionally great! It was relaxing and my husband even took a little nap. They were very understanding if you tell them how you want the pressure hard or soft. The massage was really needed and im glad I stopped by and because of amazing service and accommodating attitude we left perfectly exceptional tips as well. Thank u so much and when we come back to Honolulu we will visit this place forsure!

They offer great massages at a more affordable price (atleast to other places in wakiki); the staff seems experienced and confirms the pressure level multiple times during the massage to adjust to one's needs. The location is 2nd floor inside a building so its not really visible from outside and can be hard to miss.

Amy & Macy did an amazing job!! We were greeted right away, sat down & took our temp. Amy ask us very specific questions to cater to our needs. They know what they are doing. Every motion & every stretch they did was what I needed for a relaxing vacation! I don’t know why reading a lot of reviews people are complaining “one star taken off due to traffic jam; one star off because it hurt” - this is Thai Style. & lastly, don’t review off your experience outside of their practice. I love DEEP TISSUE massages so this worked very well for me. Definitely coming back for every visit back to my timeshare. Thank you Amy & Macy! We appreciate you ladies for your amazing hospitality!

My wife and I went here for a 90 minute couples massage and it was fantastic. I requested a deep tissue (high applied pressure) massage and they DEFINITELY delivered. It felt like I was being massaged by a 300lb bodybuilder, but from a petite masseuse. I was amazed. My wife had an amazing massage as well with Muti (not totally sure on the spelling...). Anyways, strongly recommend.

This place has the most knowledgeable Thai Massage therapists. We were here for only a few days and had four massages,two of them were here. Both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the massages we had . We get massages once a week and have been all around the world experiencing different kinds and these were at the top of our list. Lea, Rung and Mona are the go to experts!!! Off the Main Street in a discreet setting ... not your typical hotel spa. Very simple and Zen .

Great Massage, Clean Place, Friendly & Respectful Service. We found this place while walking around. Walked in and were lucky enough that they were free to give us couple's massage right away. Mona's massage was very attentive, good pressure. We came back for the second time today and I had Macy as my therapist, my husband had Paula. Paula focused on his neck and shoulder as he woke up with a stiff neck this morning. She relieved some of the pain. MACY was probably the best massage therapist I've ever had (in my life - that is) and I've had my share of countless massages all over the world. You name it, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Middle East, Europe. You'd be very lucky if you're able to get Macy as your masseuse. She was just amazing. She spared no effort to straighten your stiff muscles, no matter where they are. My neck was taken care of in ways it had never been before. She found all of my other concern areas on her own, no need to mark the paper, I didn't even said anything. She checked if I can handle the pressure, very intuitive and experienced. From beginning until the end her movement separates her from all other. Experience does not lie. Every moment I was thinking to myself, oh this is sooo good, she went on and made a better stroke. Throughout the massage she carefully covered me, she knows I get cold easily. She twist the sheet this way and that way. O my Lord, she really took care of me. I was in massage heaven, from the top of my head till the tip of my toes. And for this we left extra extra tips at the reception for her.

This was my first spa/massage experience. I chose to get the Thai massage option on the recommendation of my mom, and because I saw the pictures of it and it looked like an interesting and intense massage session. And it was! But I did feel nice and worked out at the end of it. All my muscles were worked and I felt ready to rest by the end of it. 'Would recommend this place. The price seems reasonable, and be sure to book in a group for extra bonus time. And the parking situation is nice, because it's reserved for customers. We did have to either $1 or $5 (I forget) exiting the parking lot, so keep that in mind.

My wife and I got the 60 minute couples massage package tonight. We walked in and was able to book an appointment the same night. We killed time for about an hour and returned. We were greeted kindly and offered water. After filling out the paperwork, Lia and Paula took us to our private room. You get a choice of the type of massage you want eg. Thai, hot stone, deep tissue, etc.,or a combination. We both got the combination, while my wife opted out of the hot stone. They were really able to focus on the area where she had more knots. For myself, I did not have as many knots but still thoroughly enjoyed each type of massage. After finishing, they even took the time to give my wife numerous tips and recommendations to help her reduce her muscle knots. I would definitely recommend them as they are not only highly professional, but seem to really care about their customers. We would definitely return again whenever we come back to Hawaii. P. S. the oil they used smelled great. Reminded me of a fresh bowl of coconut rice.

Absolutely amazing!! It was the best hour of 2014 so far, and it's June!! I work long hours in the restaurant industry, I am always sore, and I am not comfortable getting massages. I have never liked them. I went to Aisawan about a week ago after a very long week and severe back pain. The location is beautiful with amazing views. I felt better the minute I entered the door. The owner and the staff were so friendly, very professional and accommodating. I had an hour long deep tissue massage completely tailored around my muscle soreness. She was able to feel and identify areas with tension and work through them with me. I was impressed with the incredible skill and strength needed to apply pressure to the precise areas causing me pain. Afterwards I was so relaxed I realized my shoulders had been so tense for so long that they were practically touching my ears. My mood and posture were completely altered. I am converted - scheduling my next massage next week!

Aloha future Spa and Massage goer! I wanted to drop in and let you all know how grateful I am that my path took me in the direction of meeting the owner at Aisawan Thai Spa & Massage. My first visit with this establishment was over 5 years ago and it has been the only place I go for the last 4+. When I first moved to Hawaii I decided that I wanted to go on a search for 3 things. The best beach, Acai bowl and Massage in town. It was fun and after about a years time, I found them all, but this is about the massage. I had been on a 15 day streak at work, standing 8-12 hours per day, when I met Lea. She asked me where I was in pain and she suggested that she had some of the most educated, strong, well rounded masseuses in the state. After the first 60 minute massage I was impressed but how was I to be sure that I would always be able to request the same therapist. Well, I've been close to 30 times in the last 4 years and I can honestly say that although each therapist has a different texture of touch, they are all outstanding in their ability to find the tension ridden areas and they all have the customer service abilities that most people today do not possess. Tea afterwards, as much water as needed, cold or hot towels, essential oils, you name it. If they have the resources for you, they will be there to help you. I can honestly say that I have never felt like I didn't get a massage as good as the last and as long as I live here I will continue to bring my business this way. Thank you Aisawan Thai Spa and Massage for always being there, fitting me in last minute, even on Christmas day with 48 hour notice. You are special. It is hard to find business' that are instilled with as much integrity, nuture and love as your company has these days. Continue to do what you do. I know you will, it's all you know.

AMAZING MASSAGE. The best Thai massage I've got so far.. And I have tried many before I found this place. I've been having a lot of pain in my neck and back, so I tried the 1,5 hour Deep Tissue Massage. After the massage it was like I never had any problem with my neck and lower back. I had back surgery a few years ago and I really needed a good THERAPEUTIC massage therapist to keep my pain under control. I liked the Swedish/Thai style, but I was always looking for the right person. After trying literally dozens of therapists I found Lea over 2 years ago and I've been going to her ever since. She is THE BEST! She proves that therapy doesn't have to hurt in order to work. She is also a very sweet person who really cares. Her Spa is extremely nice and the other therapists she has are also good and professional. I can't recommend Aisawan enough. There is no reason to ever go anywhere else for a massage in Honolulu!

After a fantastic vacation our bodies needed a serious medical massage- I have 7 herniated disks which makes me extremely skeptical and cautious.. She tailored the massage to my body’s needs - 90 minutes felt like 15 minutes .. She asked “Can I walk on you ?” Fabulous things come in small packages!! I couldn’t tell you her exact technique.. yet at one point I felt tiny knees on my upper thighs pushing on a pressure point and with perfect pressure and movement I felt the energy being dispersed throughout my entire body .. made my scalp tingle ! Highly recommend... PERIOD!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the ambience was lovely, including the relaxing music (which can sometimes be so hit or miss in spas). Highly recommended! (Note that you don’t have to pay tax if paying with cash).

I had been to a few Thai massage therapists in the last four years and my experience at Aisawan Massage & Spa to be the better of them all. The therapists are cordial and very professional. I prefer a combination massage most of the time but at times I need my back muscles to be worked on more and they know exactly how to work it out. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Never had thai massage before but it was really good and willing to do it again. Only 50? 60? Per hour and they do foot, hand, oil, hot stone massages on your wholebodys. Really relaxing you will fall asleep. It little hurts the next day on my back but maybe bcoz i never done once. Willing to go there again and really recommend this place.

Did a little staycation in Waikiki after having done the 2019 Century Ride a few weeks ago. In my search of some much needed post event relief, found this highly rated with great reviews place on Yelp, Aisawan Thai Spa & Massage. Requested for a 90 minute session focusing on the length of my back, as being hunched over my bike for over five hours had took its toll. My masseuse, Tukta, started it off with a little warm up massage, followed by some back walking to loosen me up and to identify the areas that needed attention. Just to note, I just love it when they walk on the back of my thighs & calves as well, so painfully pleasurable. Then the real course began with some acupressure to my back. With the broader part of her elbow, along various points along my spine, she pushed hard and deep into the muscles. While holding down on the pressure at each point, she rotated her elbow to dig deeper, at times her motions felt like she was trying to scoop my skin off the bone (OMG). Next she added some heat with some hot stones. As having had hot stone treatments before where they lay the stones along your back and leave you for ten minutes, I was not a fan, but this one was totally different. Tukta actually took those stones in her hands and worked them into my back. What a way to finish off my back work, leaving my back fully loose and relaxed. Already thinking I was done with the head massage, she topped off the session with some Thai stretching, bending my body to places where it has never gone before. One was called the Butterfly, where lying on my back, she placed my ankles up against my butt and then began to spread knees apart as far as they could go and even then some (YEOW). Totally amazing experience, Tukta is a skilled professional, great personality and easy on the eyes…. A total repeat.

Booked the 90 min Lomi Lomi with coconut oil massage yesterday and was treated to the most intense and satisfying massage I've ever had. I was blessed to have Chin as my therapist. I have several prob areas and I requested strong/hard pressure on those areas, and medium pressure for the rest of my body. Chin did not disappoint. She has extremely strong hands and incredible technique for working the body... definitely a master at her craft. If you like strong/firm pressure, Chin is for you. She really knows how to work the pain away.
