Stephanie is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had the privilege of seeing! I'm the person who used to consistently get massages at salons and think that I felt "so relaxed" afterward... Stephanie has changed my perspective on what relaxed actually means - she has helped me immensely with relief for my aches and pains from both my workout routine and sitting at my desk all day. She has such a deep understanding of the human body and she has been able to help me so much! I'll be a forever client and would highly recommend her to anyone needing specialized care!

Went here for a post Thanksgiving massage hoping to relieve some tension and relax a bit. Instead, I received one of the most thorough and professional massages in recent memory. Stephanie took the time to discover what my major pain points were and THEN SHE ACTUALLY FOCUSED ON THEM!! On top of that Stephanie has essentially mastered the goldilocks level of pressure when working through tough spots. All this to say there are probably other massage therapists in Grand Rapids but do yourself a favor and just book with Steph.

Stephanie is an excellent massage therapist! Her skill set is quite impressive and she is able to truly help whatever the issues is. She helped me feel comfortable and relaxed about having a full body massage. Worked all of the muscles that were sore, applied heat to my back and worked on areas I would’t have thought of. Hands, fingers, temples and feet. I left feeling so much better and relaxed, literally from head to toes. I’ll be going back. I highly recommend her.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable and caring in her massage and very skilled in doing what is best for your body. I highly recommend her for deep tissue and the cupping was a cherry on top today. My scapular winging has been giving me issues for a while and I’m finally able to have less pain thanks to her massage! The place is nice and welcoming as well! :)

This was my second visit to Stephanie for a massage—the first visit was driven primarily by her positive reputation and availability when my back muscles were tight, but the quality of work and positive experience brought me back. This is not a fancy day spa environment, but don’t let that trick you; you will leave feeling better and more relaxed than when you came in. Well worth it as a ‘treat yo’self’ splurge or as regular routine self care.

10 out of 10 recommend. I woke up this morning I’m so much pain and couldn’t manage it myself anymore so I found someone who could get me in same day with great reviews. I’m new to the area so I didn’t have much to go on. So here’s my experience: She was friendly from the moment I walked in. She did very well at communicating her plan for the massage based on the trouble areas I explained. If it wasn’t for the fact I had so many knots, I easily could have fallen asleep. She hit the target areas as well as others I didn’t know I had and provided enough pressure to get the job done but gentle enough that it wasn’t painful. I can’t wait to go back!

If you have any work needing done whether it’s, a general ache or something more serious like an injury from years ago, or maybe it’s something that just happened, this is the place to go!!! Stephane is the most knowledgeable and compassionate person I’ve ever had work on my shoulders neck back and lower back in my life. She will answer any of your questions and will accommodate almost any request you might have from spending the whole hour on one spot to explaining how you can prevent/minimize things from getting worse in the future. Seriously your missing out going anywhere else
