Good neighborhood Thai massage that I booked online within minutes. The place was clean and they offer you comfy pajamas to change into. Aaron is excellent at listening, hearing his client and what is needed. I had been thinking of finding a place to get some therapeutic massage. Based on what my PT suggested, I do not have to stop gardening, but when I have over used in repetitive motions using my hands / arms, she advised me to 1) make sure I am doing my stretching & 2) get a massage to work on the problem muscle areas that I have over taxed. Aaron is skilled and competent in his work and does the appropriate amount of explaining in order to give the best tips for continuing the progress made and staying on track.

I've gotten two massages here (traditional Thai and oil Thai) with two different masseuses and both have been phenomenal. I like deep deep tissue massages so the Thai method is great bc the masseuse uses her hands, elbows, and sometimes her feet for deep pressure. Plus it includes elements of stretching. You can book online thru their website. I've also called to try to get a last minute booking. Easy street parking as the location is fairly quiet and residential.

We went for a couples massage and were happy to be able to get appointments later that day! It was a bit of a confusing experience when we first arrived because the entrance is basically like walking into someone’s house. All the website pictures make it seem like a traditional Thai massage place but the setup didn’t match (e.g. we didn’t see any Thai people and the massage tables didn’t have the rails on the ceiling for when they walk on your back). All that said, I was skeptical but then I ended up having a great massage with Aaron. He was able to get out a lot of my knots and I’d definitely return to get another massage from him. Sadly, my boyfriend had a horrible massage with Heather and left feeling worse than when he arrived which put him in a bad mood because we had been so looking forward to our massages

I would definitely call this more of a hybrid than a traditional Thai massage. I have never had lotion during a Thai massage as I did during this massage. My therapist was very strong and used an incredible amount of pressure, trying to work out knots in my shoulders and neck, but this was much more in line with a deep tissue than Thai massage technique. I might try them again but request a different therapist. I found the studio to be beautiful, parking easy, and the price is very reasonable, especially if you pay cash.

What a better place to relax than Sabai Thai. I got a 90 minute Thai massage that felt like 45 minutes--time flew by! Sue made sure we were on the same page and was very accommodating on some of my sensitivities. She did a great job on my very tense upper back and got out some nasty knots. Sue always made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. I came out feeling energized and refreshed, and my muscles felt wonderful. Definitely would come back!

My first time here and enjoyed it very much. It's different being right in a neighborhood and in an old home. They don't have much of a waiting area, but if everything is on time then you just go right in to treatment room. I had deep tissue massage after not having a massage since FEB and I almost cried because it felt wonderful. Kitty worked my knots out. She is strong, but always concerned she isn't hurting you. She was excellent & I will be back again!

I absolutely LOVE this place. A hidden gem in the heart of Uptown. I workout a lot and my job requires me to carry a lot of heavy gear for long hours at a time. Their deep tissue work and stretching combinations are fantastic! They have helped my body so SO much and everyone I have had there is awesome. This is my favorite spot for a quality massage. When I say quality I mean the massage therapists actually know how to work on your body. All the female massage therapists are great here. Thai women that can work every muscle in your body. They work hard and I respect them for that. My provider, Gin, was very thorough and worked the kinks out of my neck and shoulders, while attending to the rest of me too.
