I was fortunate that Abby had a last minute appointment the same day for me, as I was struggling with some extreme lower back pain and spasms. Her reviews on here are accurate and excellent. I hadn't had a shiatsu treatment in years, and it was amazing. I had forgotten how different and relieving shiatsu can be, as opposed to more soothing and typical Swedish massages. It's a few days later and my back is feeling better and better. I already scheduled another appointment for next week. I'd also like to try some other of her massage modalities, since the shiatsu was so great. The space is nice on a 2nd floor of an old building on South Broadway. It was way quieter than I would've expected, and that cool painting/mural of the trees on the ceiling was a nice touch that I had never seen while lying on a massage table. I highly recommend seeing Abby. Until next time. Thank you.

Abby learned about my recent health issues & was careful in certain areas asking if the pressure was too much, just right, or not enough. She arrived on time, had all supplies with her plus assembled pretty quickly, & kept awareness on the desired massage time. What made this session extra, she was able to travel to my home due to my current issues plus incorporate allergen free CBD oil & lotion use. I was easily calmed by the instrumental music being played. Highly recommend her massage services!

My experience at Green Room Healing this morning was just beyond great. Abby Jane Palmer does amazing work. She listens well and checks in with you throughout the working sessions. I walked out this morning on a cloud. I felt clear minded and my body felt wonderful. Such a customized experience too. She had a track of Native American flute music that really helped me relax. The location is a little tricky to find but the space is really tranquil and healing.
