Life Changing! Thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute massage. Discussed cupping and was afforded a quick intro experience with it. My mind and body is completely transformed and reset. Shelia is an absolute Goddess with magic hands. She listens to your body, is a natural at finding trigger points and truly works so hard to release any tension and knots. The facility is very comfortable and all of the staff members are pleasant. Already booked my next appointment!

I'm 9 months pregnant and had my prenatal massage with Brittani! It felt amazing, she applied just the right pressure and worked on common achey areas from pregnancy like my hips but also working on my back and shoulders. She is personable and friendly, enough for friendly chat but a lot of silence and relaxation, she seems to know what the client wants. The place is small, not your fancy chain, but I think that's what's great is that you have experienced staff who knows how to treat their clients. I also liked I had a full hour massage unlike other places where they seem to cut it short at 45 min. I will definitley be back if I need another massage!

An AMAZING session with Daniella! I have had left shoulder pain for several months and not able to lift it without pain. After the massage I was able to lift it straight up without assistance from my other arm! Additionally, it was my first massage that wasn't part of a couple's massage with my wife, and Daniella's personality and sense of humor helped me to relax. I have been to Body Ache Escape on two separate occasions with two different massage therapists and both experiences were top notch. The first time I went there Andrew was my massage therapist. I was having muscle spasms in my back and he was able to work them out so I could be functional again without pain. He is a phenomenal massage therapist! Yesterday, I was having some lower back pain and decided to get in. Heather was available and I scheduled a 90 minute appointment with her. While she does not claim to be a miracle worker, I have to disagree. Hands down, this was the best massage I've had in my entire life. She truly pays attention to your body and provides exactly the technique needed. I could not believe how much better I felt after the massage. Typically I have a lingering soreness in my lower back even after and that wasn't the case at all. Heather is MAGICAL!!!! Body Ache Escape really employs top-notch massage therapists that provide the very best of care to your body!

I just started to get massages here in the past couple months. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was more relaxed this time versus my first massage in Jan. I had my massage with Christine and absolutely loved it. What I liked most was how she uses a heated blanket on her table. I felt warm through the entire massage and feel it helped me relax. Christine also did a wonderful job educating me on what she was doing when I would ask. I'll go back again here in a month.

UPDATED 2022 review: I forgot I already left a review! And I cannot leave another. But, January 2022, I went in to see Kamille and I believe I had the best massage ever. And I can’t just think that about a service and not give a review. She was great with details - for example, I normally don’t like the shoulder part of the massage because my skin gets pinched, or the pressure is too much. She did it perfectly and I enjoyed it. Also, she understood my level of pressure. I tried their new Rejuveheat for the first time and am now a big fan. I was concerned it might get too hot; it didn't. It was the perfect temp for me. And I got relief from arthritis pain; I felt great!

Had my first massage in a while here on Monday with Amanda. It was truly the best I've probably ever had. I had been very tense for a few weeks and feel 300% better. Great trigger point work and pressure was perfect. If you are in need of some serious pain and stress relief go see these folks. They are very professional and have a very peaceful, clean office environment that really sets the tone for a relaxing massage.

Very relaxing, very friendly, laid back staff. I have gotten massages for years. I've tried the "fluff and bluff" places. I've tried a list of other massage therapists. However, no one compares to Body Ache Escape Massage. Everyone there is extremely talents and gifted at what they do. I regularly see Andrew. He fixes everything! He creates an atmosphere of total relaxation, fixes the issues you ask him to fix, and communicates well. I also see Kyron or Michele on occasion; both are also fantastic. Body Ache Escape is simply a must do.

Been here for several services. I see Stacy for acupuncture, which has rather helped with my anxiety. Now we're working on the fibromyalgia I have, as well as my tremors. She's very nice and manages to make haunt needles in my body quite pleasant. I also see Kyron for massage therapy. It's very different from a traditional massage, but so far has been helpful. I've been twice so far, in combination with Chiropractic elsewhere, for issues with both my joints and muscles. Kyron got two joints back in place my first visit that I didn't even know weren't right.

I have struggled with pain from myofascial trigger points in my back for years, and I'd tried more than a dozen different therapists before coming to Body Ache Escape, none of whom were able to effectively treat them. I'll be honest - my first treatment was Kyron was rough - working through those heavy knots is painful at times! - but he has a great deal of physiological knowledge, combined with raw strength and the appropriate techniques, to effectively deal with them, and I felt immensely better after just my first session. My regular treatments with him are now an important part of my self-care routine, and because I see him regularly, those horrible knots never get as bad as they used to. If you suffer from pain from myofascial trigger points, this is THE ONLY place to go.

I go there every few weeks due to spine problems, and prosthetic leg twisted me up. I like seeing Kyron the best because he is strong and can really stretch out my hips, rear, and leg. It seems a lot of my pain originates from my hips. My neck has a pinched nerve and shoulders and neck are always extremely tight. I like really deep tissue massages and he does that where you're all knotted up, but doesn't hit areas hard that don't need it. I've seen others there as well and been happy with them, but Kyron is my favorite. They also have a very friendly person at the front desk.

I didn't want a basic "fluff and buff", as I had several specific issues to focus on. Kyron really listened to me and addressed every concern I had. I had heard he was an awesome massage therapist, but he is 100x beyond awesome! He located and released every hidden knot in my back. Kyron has definitely found his life's calling. Esthetically, his room is cozy and sufficiently dark. The table was toasty warm. Kyron has gained a lifetime client; I definitely will make a return visit soon! Kyron did a great job finding some well hidden kinks in my shoulders! The "therapeutic" may not be for some, as it did hurt at points! It was exactly what I needed, but if you're looking for a calming/relaxing experience, definitely choose the "relaxation" massage.

I went to Kyron based on a referral. I hurt my shoulder and suffered for two months before I finally asked for advice. Kyron is very knowledgable about injuries and the body and how everything works together. After 15 minutes of discussing the pain points and doing a couple arm motions, he was able to pinpoint what was wrong and knew how to fix it. I felt 100 times better when I left him and can now raise my arm above my shoulder. I will be going back 2x more to him and then am expected to be able to do my full workouts again. He also pinpointed with me how I did it and how not to do it again. Highly recommend this Center and him
