I had the most wonderful massage experience yesterday at The Heart of Sangoma. It was an experience, not just a massage. You can tell that every part of your experience is carefully thought out as soon as you walk in the door. The space is clean, inviting, and professional. Ms. Morant uses a variety of techniques to address all of your concerns. I've had trouble with my knees and upper back for months and I felt noticeable improvement after 1 session. It was a unique experience and I can't wait to go back. Definitely a permanent part of my self care routine now.

This was an EXPERIENCE....the atmosphere, techniques, relaxing smells to the physical release of pain & stress. I've had massages before, but none of them compare to this one. Yesterday, I treated myself to a much needed Mother’s Day massage with JaMel! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt the connection. She first took me on a tour of the facility! Instantly I fell in love with the sauna (will definitely make time for that next session). Very soothing and relaxing massage room. I was super comfortable! JaMel checked on me several times to ensure she was wishing my pressure threshold! I absolutely loved it all….including all the stretching! With all the workout and bowling over the past weeks/months, ALL OF THAT was needed! I’m already making my birthday appointment! However as a fellow practitioner of massage I would be remiss if I did not share how truly remarkable I feel after my sessions with Jamel. My hip was in excruciating pain when I presented for my massage today. Jamel started off with a little bowl session. She literally has a bowl for each chakra. Can you say liberating? During the massage I could literally feel the pain leaving from my body. Beautiful meditative Christian music played, as I connected with GOD, prayed, and worshipped. Jamel used Chinese cups and massage techniques that literally put me in such a beautiful space mentally, spiritually, and physically. Jamel then topped off my treatment with a cucumber facial, such a neat and freeing experience that left my skin literally glowing. Don’t cheat yourself, book your an appointment today!

I had a 3:15 appointment yesterday with Jamel and it was everything that I needed and more. The atmosphere was very peaceful, soothing and conducive to my needs. Jamel has a very nurturing and caring spirit, she actually cares about her clients and their needs.
