I must’ve been living under a rock…. Driven by this place many times, never stopped in. Honestly from the outside it looks like a happing ending kind of place. When they let you in, there are sectioned off areas, but it’s ultimately in the open. Which, for the masseuse is probably a good idea, to steer away creeps. Jerry was my masseuse. He was so thoughtful and tended to my needs. I couldn’t get comfortable courtesy of my back issues and he kept trying to bring pillows and trying to bring me comfort. I did the head, shoulders, arms, hands and feet with hot stones.. I literally fell asleep, snoring (sorry neighbors). The only piece of feedback I would give, would be to ask upfront if a riser or a pillow behind the knee might be helpful for customers

This place is a hidden gem. This was my first time getting a foot message. Very interesting experience. This place had an amazing old Asian vibe. We got the full hour everything, feet, hands, head... very intense. I didn’t know what to expect but this place didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend.

This was my go to to place for YEARS. 60 minute foot massage was $29, throughout the pandemic they increased the price to $35 despite the window still advertising $29 but it was the pandemic so whatever, I paid. Went again after a few months and the lowest price is now $45! Not sure if ownership changed but pricing has doubled. This was a great option for tune ups in between actual massage, now I am not sure if the price makes it worth it...

Do not come here if you are the type to get salty about giving a $20 tip after only paying $28 for a full hour massage. $48 for a lively one hour massage complete with foot soak and scrub is a solid deal no matter how you slice it. Also they have a loyalty card -- after 10 you get one free. Tip generously; the masseuses work very hard.

Very nice therapy, relaxing and a bit more non invasive than i would like. Although the hand therapy was good, with full body workout, i desired a bit more skin to skin contact vs thru the towel for majority of massage. I will definitely revisit, and will look at more of what the menu offers; maybe aromatherapy. The prices are very attractive and for the work i received was an absolute steal. Worth going back, indeed.

I have had varied experiences each day I've come here. My rating would have been very different on each day. I've had a day in which my masseuse had stinky feet and was burping all the time. But then I've had mostly very pleasant experiences here. My recommendations: -bring loose clothes that you don't mind getting lotion on. They'll give part of the massage under the clothing. -the 1 hour massage is great and inexpensive ($28) -bring cash. They recommend a $12 tip per person if you enjoyed it, $15 if you loved it. -point to your masseuse the intensity you want, they have a rating scale from light to deeper pressure. For your first time I would recommend a 2, unless you know you enjoy an intense massage. It was too painful my first time. -ask for their rewards card, one day, you may have a free massage

For the price it is an awesome massage! Good service, good atmosphere...However! be prepared to be pressured for tipping more at the end. We tipped a fair percentage, and the girl at the counter said "you're only tipping 20%"?(and not in a nice way). It is not required to tip, but we always do. Still worth going though.

The massage itself was great and the price of $28 was also amazing (or so I thought). Afterward I tipped 18% but then the receptionist explained to me that it wasn't enough and they suggest 40%. Nope. Charge more for the massage and pay your workers better (I'm assuming they don't due to the tipping policy but could be wrong). So, 5 stars for massage itself. Deduction for the seemingly shady tip enforcement.

Such a great and cozy place! Especially perfect for those that don't like or aren't comfortable with typical mainstream messages. There are rows of tables on each side with dividers in-between each space. You choose the length and strength and type of massage you want and they deliver. Very friendly, authentic and I enjoyed it. Looking forward to going back!

Great place to come relax and come out rejuvenated. Prices are low for the amount of time they massage you just please tip your masseuse they are amazing. You go in and take your shoes off (they provide sandals & a cubby). It's a very quite and relaxing environment, so you get taken inside a big room (you can also reserve a private room for extra) and you roll up your pants because they detox your feet in a bucket of warm water with oils and other things. Then they place a big warm towel on top of your body and begin the amazing hour or hour and a half massaging you.

My favorite indulgence. I have been going here for about 4 years now, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I drive into the city from the suburbs, even though there are 2 of these businesses within walking distance of my home, this one is well worth the trip. Many of my friends have gone with me as well, and return with me. It is clean, relaxing and simply WONDERFUL for your whole body. Dress comfortably, (I usually wear yoga pants and a tank top with layers that I peel away) and prepare to breathe deep and relax!

I've been going to Relax Feet regularly for multiple years - my friend and I go once a month almost without fail - and I've always enjoyed it due to the price. I'm writing a review now, though, because ,on the weekend before Thanksgiving, I had a truly notable experience. My friend and I were led back to the big room and our massages began and mine was...TERRIBLE. It was so awful and lacking in any improvement as time wore on that I got up and walked out. My five-star review is for the receptionist at the time and other staff. I waited until the lobby was empty and calmly explained why I'd left and that I was going to wait there for my friend. She immediately apologized and, within TWO minutes, asked for a little more detail and sent me back for a free hour-long massage with a new masseuse. The new masseuse had obviously been on a break but he was kind, skilled and thorough. That's FABULOUS customer service that will keeping me going back.

I have been to this place a few times before Covid-19 destroyed everything. It was a nice welcoming place, it still is, but now they hound you for tips. I am a generous tipper to begin with, i totally get how their business and people working their have suffered because of pandemic. $28/hr is long gone, they charged me $42/hr plus they suggested a tip of $12 and up. I gave the guy $15 tip for his wonderful massage. Also, the receptionist was super rude !! I couldn’t believe her tone of voice when she handed me cash for the masseur” just give it to him”...I was like really ?? Long story short, I will look for a different place next time....there are quite a few around Fullerton and clybourn.

Visited relax feet this past week with my mother. Mind you, we’ve been to similar reflexology places in Chinatown New York and absolutely loved it!! We were excited we found a hidden gem in Chicago after reading all the positive reviews and decided to get the 90 minute package which included feet, neck, back and shoulders. Pros: very clean, workers are nice and courteous, price $ Cons: we can tolerate pain, however it felt like there was “too” much pressure when it came time to do the neck, shoulder, and back. Felt like the person was putting their full body weight and digging their elbows to the point the pain was unbearable. In my head I thought I was being a wimp, but it seems like there are similar reviews with the same experience. Next time I’ll just stick to the feet and not full body.

One of the most relaxing and caring experiences the city has to offer. I truly felt rejuvenated after my first session. The staff is efficient and professional. You can't beat these prices for the quality massage you get! P.S. for those of you nervous about touch and close contact do not be afraid, I even had a male massage me and I never felt weird or scared. They really take care of you and respect your body. P.S.S. it's fully clothed!

After having several massages in China, I was trying to find the same experience in Chicago. I’m so glad to have found Relax Feet! I recommend trying different people to find that person best for your pressure preferences and skill type. I always get the 60 min massage (can’t beat the price) and they follow the same routine each time but they do notice when I’m tighter in my shoulders and legs and will do their best to stretch tight muscles and loosen tough knots. I won’t tell you who my favorite persons are since I don’t want them booked (Allen and John) but I do recommend calling a few hours in advance to make sure they’re available. And wear leggings and a T-shirt so you are comfortable!

It was okay. Lots more crammed in one area than most places and the picture are not the same as at their website but nice ambience nonetheless. I'm used to my reflexology including a back massage hand to skin contact but here's a $20 up charge for that. The place definitely felt clean and there wasn't too much chatter amongst the workers so I liked that. Overall not bad but I feel there are many other places on this caliber and cheaper. Not sure if I'll go again but definitely worth stopping by if ur in the neighborhood

$28 for a massage? Can't beat that. The "foot reflexology with head, neck and shoulders" is really more of a full body massage. Their techniques are based on ancient Chinese meridian theory, so if you've looking a more traditional Western massage, you will be disappointed. But if you're open minded, this is a really great experience. I always feel relaxed and invigorated after a session. The owner is very nice and the atmosphere is soothing too. Highly recommend!

This place is ridiculously cheap and one of (if not the most) cleanest reflexology place I've visited! The service goes above and beyond, with their slippers and feet soak. I almost regularly came here when I was pregnant (even when it took me 20mins by car - 1 hr by public transport - to come here, and there were a ton of closer reflexology places nearby). They are also knowledgeable enough to know how to massage a pregnant woman, as there are certain body points to avoid. I've come here for years now, and this place just keeps getting better. Did I mention how crazy cheap it is?

Body massage was great! Foot massage was lacking. The odd part...they posted multiple signs to tip $12 to $16 dollars in cash only. A 20% tip on a $28 dollar service is around $6...there was intense pressure to tip almost 50% for services. This was extremely offputting.

This has always been one of my favorite places for massage in Chicago. No, it's not a traditional deep tissue massage, it's more of a full body and food reflexology and Thai massage combination but it's still one of my favorite things to do to treat myself. For only $28/hr it can't be beat and they do offer more selective services for more (say if you wanted that deep tissue massage, something more specific or targeted).

I went in thinking I was just getting a foot massage, but it was SO MUCH MORE. as a nanny and a yoga instructor, I am on my bare, flat, feet A LOT. my feet and calves had been really, REALLY tight most of the summer, and someone told me about this place so I went on a Friday for their $43 special. 90 minutes of heaven, and 2 weeks later, and my calves and feet still feel great. I'm no longer walking like a penguin, and I'm planning my next trip there.

Hours are wrong on their google listing Edit: Just tried to come here a few months later after my last experience and again they were closing early. I heard about this place from my yoga teacher, so I went a week ago with my parents and fiancé. I called to make a reservation for the same day and they were very accommodating. The massage itself was awesome! All of us enjoyed our sessions very much. We all got the hour long full body massage (i would say that they do focus on your feet a little bit more than other massage places), and we walked away feeling great. They were also accommodating to adjustments for my mother who had surgery this year and needs only gentle pressure around multiple spots where she had stitches. Few things you should know: - they only accept cash, so make sure you bring enough for both the massage and tip (we got the $28 massage and tipped $12) - you keep your clothes on so wear or bring pants/shirts that you can easily roll up - you have to take off your shoes at the entrance (they provide slippers if you like), but you can bring the rest of your stuff in with you (they'll have a cubby where you can put your stuff) - the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, but you are in a room with many other people. This did not bother me at all but I know some people might care. I believe you can ask them to draw curtains/dividers if you'd like but I'm not entirely sure about that Overall I would highly recommend!

Destroyed my knots, I've paid x3 more for terrible massages. This was perfect for me, but if you have low pain tolerance and are looking for relaxing almost fall asleep massages this is not the place for you! If you need the knots worked out ( the crunchy ones ) this is the place to go

Without a doubt the BEST massage I have ever had. I have gotten massages at many spas around the city and this blows them away. It was not only relaxing but they were able to work out knots in my back. The foot massage part of the experience was out of this world. I highly recommend you try this place out.

Omgggg... this place is amazing! Wayyy worth $28. My therapist was named Jason. He was absolutely fantastic. I walked out feeling like a human again lol I also accidentally walked out with there sandles they provided and had to walk back in the get mine, bc I was so out of it. My coworker & I purchased a Groupon for an hour massage...and WOW!! We were blown away!! This place was VERY clean, very professional, the ambiance & calming atmosphere was great. The name is misleading because the 60 min massage was practically whole body. Ranging from subtle and relaxing to strong and intense, Jerry really did a number on my shoulders as well as the feet and legs. My favorite part was the sinus pressure points and hot foot soak. I will definitely be back and recommending to friends. By the way, my wife was getting a massage at the exact same time from a local competitor whom she frequents, paying twice as much as me. And she was jealous after I told her about my experience. Hard to beat the rate.

I love the massage from this location...no complaint about that. However, I do not like that they do not accommodate customers according to their business hours. Their public business hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. However they can't take any appointments at 9 PM, last appointment is at 8 PM, and according to them "We need 1 and a half hour to close the place down." What?! If so, then I suggest the owner of Relax Feet to change the business hour sign to 9 PM.

I"v ehad two masseuse and they've always been great. Danny and Vince are really incredible. Love this place because they're so clean. The only thing that threw off my boyfriend and, and left a bad taste in our mouth is when we finished our massage they requested to take our tips instead of us giving them to the masseuse. My boyfriend tipped 20% and the guy requested that we leave more. Not very good for business
