I have been seeing Mila for a post-op lymphatic drainage for the last 5 weeks. She's very kind, knowledgeable, thorough and consistent with her work. She has been helping me a lot with my recovery. After each session my body feels lighter, my stomach is less swollen. She told me what I can do at home myself between sessions which I have been implementing and I am very happy with my results. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Let me tell you that was the most smoothing massage I every received. It was gentle yet relieving of all the stress build up I had. I will definitely be back again

I came in a train wreck. I explained where and how I was hurting (lower right hip) expecting a regular massage. Well, what I got was something much more intense. Mila targeted areas that I had no idea were also inflamed. She took her time and frequently asked what the level of pain. The calming music, soft lighting, and warm bed, made the ambiance inviting and relaxing! I am looking forward to my next visit!!

I was experiencing stress and tension headaches which started to affect my sleep. After a few days of living with the pain and lack of sleep, trying a number of over the counter solutions such as basic pain relievers, sleep aides, and headache medicine I made the choice to give massage a try. At the recommendation of a coworker, I chose Craniosacral therapy, as opposed to just a regular massage with Mila. After waiting as long as I did to see if my problems went away on their own, I am a little embarrassed to say that the night after my first session I slept soundly for nearly 10 hours. Now nearly 5 days later I can say for sure that I have been sleeping much better than I was previously and it was not just a fluke. CranioSacral therapy will definitely be one of my go to choices in the future. THANK YOU MILA!

a good massage is the equivalent of finding a needle in a haystack... Most massages begin with you telling the Massage therapist where it hurts and them massaging everything but what you asked for... Not so with Mila who not only has the license but also the gift... The needle in a haystack gift of finding and removing Knotts and if you have ever had or do have Knotts you understand when I say it is rare to find someone who can truly hit those hard to hit spots and work them out and Mila did so with precision... Excellent Massage.
