Editing this review to add that while Winnie is a great masseuse, she makes an all natural homemade cream that she offers to use during each session for an extra $20. If you choose not to use it, she becomes very persistent about why you aren’t using it, saying it’s only $20 and gets a bit upset with you. I personally didn’t appreciate continuously being asked & pushed towards using the cream during my massage when I had already said no. Winnie is a fantastic masseuse. I highly highly recommend her. She spent so much time working on my knots and I already feel so much better after one session. She puts the right amount of pressure and I will definitely be going back.

Winnie is AMAZING!!! If you need a strong, deep tissue massage she is the person to see. She takes her time, focuses on problems areas, and uses an amazing oil/cream as she massages. I work as a server and my body holds a lot of tension and pain, I’ve been going to her once a month and I have noticed the difference in my body. I highly recommend you go to her, best masseuse I’ve found in Philly so far!

I had a deep tissue massage here for my tensed shoulder. Winnie recommended I add the lotion/scrub that helps soothe tension on your back and break the knots. I took her advice and I gotta say I had one of the best massages here. The message therapist targeted pretty much all of my knots. Best part of it all is the fact that their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!

This is a little delayed but Winnie is really an amazing masseuse; I was aching really badly and after the massage with Winnie, it really eased a lot of my tensions. She was also very kind and thoughtful too, and I didn't think I'd find such a wonderful masseuse here who can massage so well - she's strong and has really amazing techniques. Thanks so much!! will definitely return again.

Winnie is wonderful! Has a great big caring heart. Very passionate about her work and making her clients feel better. Very rare to find someone like her. If your looking for a real professional massage go here. You will walk out feeling so much better. Im in carpentry business where I put a lot of wear and tear on my body. As an amateur athlete, I needed a massage after overuse of my back muscles. I found Winnie based on other’s experiences. Was very pleased with deep tissue massage and addition of plant-based Chinese lotions that helped with relieving the tension in my sore muscles. Don’t complain if a massage hurts, that’s them getting the aches/pains out. Space is unassuming but honestly, your eyes are closed the whole time and you’re looking at the floor. What more do you need than someone with a good understanding of how to relieve muscle pain?

I found this gem just in the perfect timing. I was traveling to Philadelphia and my legs, feet, lower back, and shoulders were in so much pain from waking so much. Winnie was a blessing to me. She gave me an amazing massage of my lower legs, back, and neck. I even stayed to get her facial massage package because she was just incredible at relieving my pain. I will definitely come back to her when I’m in town and HIGHLY recommend her because there’s not a lot of people who truly care and take time to help their customers. Thank you so much Winnie!! ❤️

I’ve gotten massages here a few times, and each time I’ve felt so relaxed afterwards. Winnie is the best, she applies the perfect amount of pressure to work out the knots in my body. Her rates are also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

My experience at Sunshine Spa was wonderful! It is an unassuming place and they request that you take your shoes off before entering the room. With that being said, this was one of the best massages I have ever received. Winnie took her time and made sure to relieve tension and stress. She may be small, but she definitely applied plenty of pressure. Don't think twice on making a visit

I walked in with the worst knots and soreness in my neck and shoulders and could only afford 30 minutes. She worked so hard, it was one of the most painful massages ever (which is a good thing!) and managed to release so much of a very messed up back. I'm ever so grateful, I go to spend the rest of the day feeling much better. Couldn't recommend it more.

My visit to Smooth Sunshine Spa was great. The interior smelled nice and was very clean. The lady was nice and very sweet. I walked into the spa and got my massage right away. I LOVED the ointment she used. It was something like ginger or something mixed. It heats up on the skin super fast and feels so nice. The massage was relaxing and quite painful. But it was a good type of pain. I do a lot of physical labor so my muscles were super tense. After my massage, I felt so much better.

When I have seen her I had massive pain in my neck and back and combined with the lotion she applies as well as massage it takes away my pain. I highly recommend Winny especially if you are having any muscle issues. I have seen her over 10 times this year already.
