I have been coming to see Phuong for over four years- starting with prenatal massages for my back issues and ever since. His skills and kind demeanor set him apart from most other places. I have been gifted super expensive massages at well known spas in New England and they do not even come close to the experience at Spawell. A massage is my go-to gift for those special to me and they are all as blown away as I always am on how well Phuong takes care of his clients. Very affordable. I am a lifetime client! I had my first massage here last month as a birthday gift to myself and it was nothing short of amazing. Phuong was really kind and knowledgeable. All the pain in my back dissipated after my massage and I feel incredibly relaxed. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

I regret having to be the one to break the five-star streak however, I was disappointed with my recent visit. I have had chronic neck and upper back pains and after much research, booked an appointment three weeks out with Phuong based on the reviews and relief others had found after having been treated by him. I live 40 minutes from them and was looking forward to the session. To be completely transparent, my appointment was at 3:45 pm however, I did get there at 3:50 and therefore was not on the message table until 3:55. Another therapist walked in and mentioned that she would be treating me. Not being familiar with the place and since I booked the Integrative East Meets West massage, I thought perhaps she was starting with a section and Phuong would come in thereafter. That never happened. She was the one who conducted the full session. The message itself was fine, but there was no explanation as to why Phoung was not the one there. After my massage and because this didn’t happen before the massage, I had expected a short discussion about my intake form, the trouble areas I specified on my neck/back and perhaps some suggestion about future treatments. But, there was none of that which made me wonder what the purpose of completing the form was. What I got was “thank you very much for coming in”. When I got in my car, I saw an email notice that came in at 4:03pm. It was an email from Spawell letting me know that there had been a change in my appointment. Since I was already on the table by that time, I had not seen it until after. That change was from Phuong to the new therapist. Being five minutes late should not have precluded me from seeing the person I booked with. If anything, I had expected that my session would be shorter, which it was because it ended promptly at 5pm, not that I would be seen by a completely different therapist. While I understand that things do happen, it is just common courtesy to inform your client of a change prior to them being there, or at the very least, upon their arrival. Not while the appointment was under way. Since I am a new client, it was probably easier to shuffle around my appointment, but the experience has made me a one-time client. I thought the whole experience was very impersonal and cold. Not sure that this would be the place for someone who is seeking a long term treatment.

Highly recommend booking an appointment here! Phuong was super professional and really deeply massaged both my ankles/foot as needed. After the massage he provided me with tips for further healing. Overall, you will walk out of there feeling satisfied!

I have been visiting Spawell Massage for 2 years and have always been so impressed with the care and comfort I receive. I've had difficulty with back for years and Phuong has been so knowledgeable and methodical about helping me. After each appointment I always feel so much better. This year I got pregnant and Phuong has been so amazing through each step of the journey! I'm now in my third trimester and he was able to get this fantastic maternity pillow that made it possible for me to lie safely and comfortably on my stomach for the massage. It was the first time in months that I felt the weight off my midsection. It was a treat to be able to totally relax. I can't imagine going through my pregnancy without Phuong making sure my body is well taken care of. I cannot recommend Spawell enough for all their services and especially prenatal!

Phuong did an incredible job! I went to Spawell for post-op lymphatic drainage massages and I’m so happy I did! Phuong wasn’t afraid to really dig in and break up the fibrosis. He was very communicative and shared what tools and techniques he was using and what knowledge he had about the overall healing process. He did not try to up-sell me on additional visits. Instead, he was confident that we could get my body where we wanted it after 4 visits and he totally delivered! I highly recommend going to Phuong for LDM. I’ll be back soon for a more standard massage too!

Ooooommmmgooooodness! A friend gifted me a massage as my birthday gift and it was the most satisfying experience I can remember. Phuong just did eeeevvveerrryyything. I'm honestly not even sure the type of message she gifted me because it literally felt like as time went on the massage was being tailored to what he felt from my body. I was stretched, cupped, rubbed, rolled upon and left SUPER SATISFIED and knees weaker than AMAZING night with that special someone😉. Unbelievable massages. I booked an appointment looking for a one time massage to get rid of some back pain and left making recurring appointments. I was very impressed with this new spot. I got a great sports massage from Phuong, who did a good job of helping me relieve the tension built up from running and lifting. He used a variety of methods, all of which taught me how much stress I put on my body lol. They also have parking just next door in the lot and the location is easy to access right off 93. For anyone who's unsafe about getting a massage right now—I felt very safe coming in during COVID. Everything was sanitized and staff wore two masks.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The story is, a couple of months back, I was looking to book a massage at one of those popular chains. I had no luck due to COVID affecting locations closing and hours. A google search brought me to SpaWell and wow am I grateful! SpaWell has an accessible location. The rooms are well organized and clean. The beds are comfy. The staff is amazing! The service is IMPECCABLE!!!! The massages are life transforming. They really take care of you through great communication and custom treatments. I was happy when I seen them taking the space pre covid. Quarantine hit and I had to wait but I'm glad I did. I got a 75 min deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Phuong was an excellent masseuse. He took his time and hit all my problem areas. My muscles were really tight due to a previous accident and after leaving the office I felt like a new woman. I will be back soon!!!

Hands down the best massage I have ever received. I didn't even realize (as Tara said) how badly I needed one. I walked in there feeling 70 years old, and left feeling 20. I slept better, felt better, and was able to run without pain after a year of bad plantar fasciitis. Tara is a magician.

I come in town from NY to visit my daughter and ALWAYS make sure I get an appointment. Phoung provides the best integrative massage anywhere! I use to go to a practice in NY, but no more Spawell is my go to now! I should add that the facility is BEAUTIFUL, so relaxing, as it faces the Ocean too! Just hope my daughter also never moves 🙂.

I am not one for massages. However, because of tendonitis, I decided to try massage to relieve the pain instead of getting a cortisone injection. When I walked into Spawell, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility and the very relaxing atmosphere. I was a bit nervous about having a message because I am very delicate and I have osteoporosis However, my nervousness was soon relieved when Kendra started to work on me. She actually was able to relieve most of my pain. My plan is to go back for another massage in the near future. I am giving Spawell 5 stars because of the excellent service I received.
