Such an empathetic, intelligent and highly skilled therapist. I’ve been living with pain for quite awhile and have been searching various avenues of treatment. I have never in all my years felt such a significant difference in myself after a 90 minute session. If you are searching, look no further. She is the real deal!

I have been recovering from a spinal cord injury and she has changed her massages to meet my needs. Cholena is very in tune with me. She puts me at ease, sometimes we talk and sometimes we don’t. She is intuitive and understands my needs. Her holistic approach is both relaxing and therapeutic. The environment is comfortable, clean and super relaxing. She also noted that I needed chiropractic care because of my injury… I was skeptical… but after I see Cholena, I often see Dr. Knowles and the two services together has me on the road to recovery much faster than the PT that was my only program for the past two years. I’m truly grateful to Cholena for having my best interests in mind. She is amazing and I always look forward to our sessions. She gets ALL the stars from me.
