Just had an amazing massage with Ian! He is so connected to the body and energy. And he is great with deep tissue work. If you can take it, he can give it! Already booked my next one. Get a 90 minute if you can. And the price is great too. Highly recommended. Thanks, Ian!

I had a therapeutic massage from them at an event where they had a booth and a couple of massage chairs set up. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, talked with me about my body and needs, and gave me a wonderful massage. I highly recommend.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend going here if you suffer from chronic pain. I saw Micheal today for my neck pain and after just one massage I can tell such a huge difference. My neck has not been free from constant tension and muscle spasms for YEARS but it is now. I cannot recommend this place and him enough!

I was led to Evolve at a time I was seeking direction and became a student in the Transformational Pathwork program. I cannot recommend Evolve and the wonderful team of people here enough. Transformational Pathwork has been life changing for me and the best thing is that I'm the one who's changing it. I'm seeking the answers within myself and creating a path all my own. It isn't a quick fix or magic button...it involves deep inner work and that's exactly what I needed to do and am continuing. Reiki with Michael has also been very helpful to me. I'm so grateful I was led here and can't recommend it enough.

The people at Evolve are always friendly and welcoming. Jenna was so supportive and comforting during my chronic low back/hips pain therapy session. She explained every step of the way how the different parts of the body interact to cause pain and exactly what she was going to do that she admitted was going to hurt. Afterward, though, I have a new lease on life. I immediately scheduled another session in 4 weeks. Even if the low back and hip pain doesn't come back, I know I will!

Massage was the best we ever had. My husband and I both agree. I also had the hydrafacial which was awesome but it was very expensive, over double the regular one, and was supposed to be an hour but I was done in 30 minutes. I was upset about that. But my skin did look amazing. Gwen was amazing but I would have liked to have gotten my full hours worth. But either way I will be back. And I highly recommend.

This was my first ever experience with a massage, So I was extremely nervous, however immediately comforted and welcomed by the staff! Larry was so kind and calm, with a very nervous me. And gave me time to acclimate. The actual massage was beyond incredible, I’m still so relaxed and feel so centered. Ian was very patient and thorough in communicating transparent expectations in each step, and I couldn’t of been more comfortable. I'm very thankful that he was so receptive of any nervous questions, and made this first time not a last time! The whole team seemed so kind and welcoming, which is so important. This has got to be the BEST massage space ever! I had been going to one of the other locations and then COVID struck. I am so glad that I am back on a schedule because my body needs the work! Looove coming here. I've been coming here for several months and always leave feeling rejuvenated. Jenna is amazing, super caring and a great massage therapist. She always gives me tips and things to do outside of massages that can help manage pain in some of my problem areas. She also tailors my massages to my issues. Also if you're into crystals, candles, tarot, etc. This is a good spot to check out. The staff is friendly and always willing to help and answer questions.

This place is amazing! I got lost on my way there and they made me feel relaxed before I even entered the building. My masseuse was Jenna and she was amazing. She made me feel really comfortable before starting and she was really gentle with me, due to this being my first time. It surely will not be my last! Evolve is a family own business. I love supporting small businesses. I was first introduced to Evolve by Mike's sister. I had a 90 min and 60 min deep tissue massage with Mike. I enjoyed it, it was very relaxing. I now have me time once a month. Just so you know, they have 2 locations. I have had the pleasure of visiting both locations. If you are in Homewood or Southside go by and see Mike, Val and their staff at Evolve Massage & Alternative Healing. They are wonderful!!!😊

Ian is my massage therapist and truly looks for what is best for me. He does different massage techniques each time, to target the areas that cause me so much pain. He has worked miracles on my “tennis elbow” and is currently working to relieve the swelling in my legs. Being consistent is key. I go almost every 2 weeks right now.
