Relax massage is a outstanding place to get a massage and relax as well as being a legitimate place to get your massage needs met. I go once every week or two to get a massage. The massage therapists are amazing and they listen to your needs very well and they are very understanding. Anna is my favorite massage therapist and she is very intuitive and well trained with her professionalism and great customer service. I have been getting massages all over the country and Anna is truly the best I have ever experienced in massages through my many travels. I walk in for most all of my appointments with a bad back and come out feeling like a new person. Thank you Relax Massage and Thank You Anna as you are truly the best at what you do. I am lucky enough to get Anna as my massage therapist but Judy is also a great therapist as well. Thank you both for relieving my pain and putting me in a relaxed state of mind. Definitely a hidden gem for Billings Montana and you need to schedule a massage for all of your massage need’s at Relax Massage. Thank you for being there for me and all of us that seek and use your excellent services. Have a great day!😊

I recently moved to Billings and am so happy I found this place. Their hours make it really convenient to get a massage after work. I've been 3 times and each time Anna has been there! She has treated me really well. This was my first experience with a walking back massage and I LOVED it! Don't be discouraged by the reviews complaining about a language barrier. Anna was very attentive to any preferences I had and each time I've left looking forward to my next visit. This is also a legitimate therapeutic massage business. No "happy ending" for those worried about that.

I work in Physical Therapy and am always looking for a place to be able to go consistently on the weekends. Tina did a great job on a Saturday morning walk in appointment. It is different than a typical American Spa, and you should know this before going in. If you are a super private person, know that you will be able to hear other patrons in other rooms, and that the therapist will leave the room with you on the table multiple times to get hot stones and towels, etc. I, however, appreciate being able to walk in, have therapeutic work done in a professional manner, and leave feeling much better than I arrived! I will be back!

Pleasant folk and a good massage. They do walk in appointments and I would recommend that. They don't not speak very good english. So if your looking to have a talk session with your massage, find another route. However, if your looking for a nice quiet, relaxing, and 'reconnect' with your body meeting with yourself, this is a good place. It was a good deep tissue massage, and they will accommodate pain levels. The only down side is you hear anyone else in the building and she may have to answer the phone leaving things somewhat interrupted. This didn't bother me but may bother some.

The therapeutic work done was phenomenal. Having graduated massage school with over 12 years experience, I was pleased at how well my preferences were taken seriously and at the intuitive actions by the therapist. Very sweet lady that worked on me. Plus, I like the variety in the massage style itself as they are set up for back walking. Highly recommend.

Went in without any expectations... came out a new person. Susan worked my body like a fine tuned piano. When she walked on my back, her toes found the tension and smoothed them out. Her strong hands and elbows freed the tension in my neck and back as well. Highly recommended!! Professional..professional..professional!!

Great massage! I liked the music and my masseuse made me feel safe and comfortable. Confession time, I was late coming to my appointment but they were understanding and didn’t hold it against me. I really appreciated that they provided multiple modalities to the massage (e.g. deep tissue, hot stone, pressure points, and stretching—to name a few); not to mention continually checking in with me to make sure the pressure and type was comfortable. All for a very reasonable price. The only negative I have is that you can hear through the walls and thus other clients (e.g. checking in, paying, etc.). I wouldn’t go here if you like talking during your massage or if you need to know every detail (e.g. oil type) but if you want a honest and good massage from really nice people give ‘em a shot.
