Best massages I've ever experienced. I don't have great posture and spend too much time behind a desk staring at a computer screen. Alex is amazing at finding my stress knots and making me feel human again. Some day I'll hopefully develop healthier habits, but until that happens, I'll rely on Alex and MBody to keep me functional. Two thumbs up and all the stars.

I had the same massage therapist for close to 11 years, and then she moved, so I was looking for someone to fill the void, and thank god I found Alex! After my 1.5 hour massage, I left in a state of relaxation that was so deep I almost didn’t know what year it was or where I lived. So not only do yourself a favor by having Alex give you a massage, but splurge on an uber afterwards so you Don’t drive into oncoming traffic on your way home 😉😉😉
