I came to Vayu Spa for the signature massage with hot stones and reflexology for my 40th Birthday. I was met with a warm welcome and it was very appreciated. I met my massage therapist, Roberta and she is amazing. This was the best massage I've ever had!!! The environment is so cozy and welcoming. Thank you for this amazing experience. I'll be back soon!

Most relaxing, well appointed and professional massage experience I've had in Atlanta, bar none. My job requires me to wear heavy gear while working outside and that places a great deal of stress on my body. The staff at Vayu performed wonders with the mileage that work leaves on me. Given the level of service, the place is highly affordable, and the space it is in is calming, lovely and very respectful of cleanliness and privacy. Absolutely should be your first choice.

My first experience at Vayu Spa was magical! They had great availability and were able to see me same day which I really needed bc my neck and shoulder pain was next level when I woke up. The spa is conveniently located close to our community (5min away!) and the spa space is beautifully decorated, serene, clean and inviting. I got to work with Brooke for a signature massage and it was exactly what I needed: relief, relaxation and a break from LIFE! I got the CBD add on and it instantly provided relief. The massage was so good I booked my next one with her while I was in the car BEFORE leaving! Can’t wait to go back!

My time at Vayu spa was exceptional. Meghan was my therapist and she is amazing. Not only is she certified in massage therapy, but she is also a physical therapist, so I am confident I am getting the best care. I went to her for shoulder and lower back issues and just after one session, I felt considerably better. I continue to visit for weekly therapy sessions. After a year and a half, my injury has improved substantially and I am able to engage in a higher range of activities than before I incorporated massages into my weekly therapy routine.

My fiancé and I had a couples massage at Vayu Spa yesterday for our anniversary and it was such a great experience. Cierra and Roberta were true professionals and customized our massages for the areas on our bodies we wanted them to focus on the most. We really don’t have a single complaint about the entire experience, the main waiting area was relaxing, with snacks and beverages and the downstairs room where we had our massage was beautiful, peaceful, and calming. They did an excellent job and we both felt great afterward. We will most definitely be back

It was an amazing experience! Me and my boyfriend had the couples massage. We had the honor of getting a massage by Bonnie & Cierra. They were amazing! They communicated well, asked us where we were having the most pain at to focus on that area the most. They made sure we were comfortable the entire massage. We came for our anniversary, and it exceeded our expectations 👏🏾! Definitely will be coming again.

I booked a last minute emergency massage with Bonnie this past weekend. It was the best decision that I have made in a while. I had nagging knots in my neck and upper back that was greatly impacting my sleep for days. Bonnie was attentive, listened to my needs, and then got to work. Her gift is truly to do this type of healing work. She masterfully kneaded and massaged every spot that needed attention. She applied the perfect amount of firm pressure and utilized different techniques to break down the knots. I have stubborn knots and she patiently worked on them. I left the session feeling light and pain-free. My headaches were gone and the knots were much better. My issue is persistent and extensive, so I know I need multiple sessions to 100% get rid of them. Since that treatment, I have been sleeping through the night and I have not experienced pain with my knots. I am going to book another session in about 10 days to keep working on them. Definitely go see Bonnie if you have terrible knots or just need a nice deep message.

The space is as relaxing as possible while being in a bustling area of the city. However they do a great job of creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. What a gem this business is! I honestly can't think of any way it could improve. I booked my appointment expecting a good massage, but got so much more! I loved the aesthetic of every room .I was in, the aromas, and how impeccably clean everything was. As someone with a major injury I have been to alot of massages and therapists, you name it. I can confidently say that Vayu has been the best experience I have ever had. My masseuse Bonnie is the best. She is so talented and has firm gentle hands. I feel so much better and am absolutely going to choose Bonnie in the future. She is calming and very caring and was truly interested in my well being as a person. I appreciated that she checked in with me various times in the massage but did not chatter like some experiences I have had. Also not to forget the hundred little thoughtful touches from beautiful and soothing music, great oil blends, dim lighting, a heated bed, hot towels, fruit infused water and a delightful snack. Meghan and Roberta are phenomenal massage therapist. Personally I have only had a massage from Meghan and it left my shoulder feeling 70% better. She is knowledgeable of the anatomy and proper massage techniques to fit your goals and needs. It's very comfortable. At most massage places it feels rushed and here it was like they were family right away. They have small touches everywhere (i.e. bathroom mouthwash, tea area, etc.) to make your experience a delight. Beautiful, CLEAN, cozy space! Suitable for those dealing with muscular pain, tightness, SPORTS RECOVERY for all those athletes, or just pure relaxation. HIGHLY recommend!

This place is amazing. As a massage therapist myself, I am picky about who I allow to touch my body. I have tried both Roberta and Meghan at Vayu, and both are excellent bodyworkers who seem to have a lot of experience and training under their belts. They create a lovely calm atmosphere, with little details like having tea and fresh fruit and chocolate. Most importantly, they make sure you are comfortable and tailor the session to you. This was the best massage I've ever had in my life. Roberta's 90-min deep tissue massage released my fascia unlike I have ever experienced before. This was a healing medical treatment that reduced my back and shoulder pain and drastically increased my flexibility. (that morning when I did a forward fold, my hands reached upper shins...the day after massage, I touched the floor on 1st forward fold) It is serious deep tissue massage...and I can not recommend this treatment highly enough.

Well, I think this is by far the best massage experience we’ve ever had. Starting with them accommodating our picked schedule even though it didn’t appear on the website to the entire time we were there including the actual service quality. My husband and I had their signature treatment as part of our 10 year anniversary celebration and boy is it a complete spoil session! There was a cute happy anniversary sign for us outside, the decor and the ambiance is amazing, warm, Comfortable, elegant and inviting. The bathrooms are super clean. Roberta and Megan talk to you as true consultants and listen to your individual stories and needs, they share their expertise as much as you need them to when they answer questions and they are professional and laid back at the same time. We highly recommend this establishment and it’s absolutely worth the drive from The Northwest suburbs.

Set in a charming cottage house (the only house left on Huff Road), the atmosphere is serene, the massage therapists are SKILLED and kind. I have had at least 10 massages from Roberta. Strong hands, knowledgeable and kind (did I say that?). She finds my problem areas without having to be told and works them out beautifully. Will never change therapists again.

As a big guy I find it really difficult to get a decent massage that actually goes deep into the knots of my muscles - most places only just scratch the surface. The deep tissue massage I had at Vayu was great because it was firm and precise and really went to work on my problem areas, I felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Who would have thought that in an unassuming house in West Midtown would be one of the world's best spa experiences? Meghan and her partner have really sweated the details and deliver an amazing experience from arrival through recovery. I met Meghan previously when I needed physical therapy and learned of her entrepreneurial drive during our conversation then. Her highly personalized, extremely professional therapeutic massage credentials are impressive by themselves, but the extraordinary experience of this oasis down to the tumeric tea, dark chocolate and fruit served afterward elevates the physical relief offered into the metaphysical. I've been coming to Vayu for a couple of months now and can't recommend them highly enough. I had surgery to repair a torn hip labrum and after months of physical therapy I was still struggling with muscles not functioning like they should (I couldn't lift my standing leg high enough to put on a pair of pants without muscle strain). The physical therapist recommended Meghan for massage therapy for the muscles and thank goodness she did. Meghan has done more to help my pain levels in two months than multiple doctors have done for me in two years. It's not an exaggeration to say that she has changed my quality of life. Meghan and Roberta have always made me feel comfortable, the space is inviting and comfortable, and I've never once felt intimidated or out-of-place. I can't give them enough praise - if you're hesitant at all about going, don't be!
