A Wonderful Experience -- all around. From the ease of booking, to the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere of the rooms, and the quality of the massages, we cannot speak highly enough of Sachi. Having been fans since our initial visits 7+ years ago, the Couples Massage is our new favorite, and we make it a part of every Asheville getaway. Katie and Alex are amazing therapists, and thoroughly discuss your needs and the process beforehand. The health and masking precautions were appreciated and helped with the relaxation and complete immersion.

First time visiting Asheville , we my husband and I decided to try a new place out and new city to go to for anniversary. So we decided Asheville never been before and although one down side is this place is on the main strip part of downtown homeless . It on the one street that’s loaded with homeless so it can be bit dangerous. But other than that one part this massage place was amazing! I had megs, she was awesome she massaged so amazing it was the first time I ever fell asleep while getting massages! Peaceful place indeed and relax full. Will def come back

My hubby & I received a couples Blissful Journey massage on our anniversary in July. Alex & Katie were such amazing therapists, we came back a little over 2 months later to see them. We're going back in 6 weeks this time. Alex is my therapist and must have magic in those hands! I have scoliosis and chronic back pain. I woke up the past four days without pain. My hubby and I stayed at The Cabins of Asheville and soaked prior to the massage. If you're looking for an amazing relaxing experience, you've found it!

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage. It was very relaxing and they made sure to focus on our problem areas. My boyfriend got deep tissue and he said it was great and really helped his shoulder tightness. The aromatherapy and hot towels added a great touch.

I was worried that it wouldn't be enough pressure, but Travis gave him the massage of a life time! My boyfriend got in the car & just melted because it felt so good. Most pressure for deep tissue massage, I’ve ever had. If you think you can handle it, ask for Scott! He’ll have you questioning if you should ask him to lighten up, but you won’t. You’ll tell yourself to breath through the pain because you know he’s breaking up all those toxins out of you. Shoot, I slept for 12 hours that night and woke up feeling like a different person.

My husband and I got a Blissful Journey couples massage and it truly was blissful. Sarah and Igor were very welcoming and pleasant. Igor was very attentive to my requests and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The hot stones were a relaxing addition, and in my opinion, the session was well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend, I’ll definitely be returning.

Great experience from the moment I called to setup An appointment to the massage itself. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. She made me feel at home the second I walked through the door. My massage therapist was great! She listened to my concerns and gave my lower back the exact therapy it needed. As someone who struggles with low back pain, I can say it was one of the best massages I’ve had.

Visited Asheville with my wife the week of July 4th. Had trouble finding a last minute massage, but found Sachi, and they did not disappoint. They were extremely nice and accommodating to rescheduling. My wife and I have little to no massage experience, but we were very relaxed. The atmosphere was great. Our massage therapists were attentive to our requests and very professional. Will definitely go back if we visit Asheville again.

Scheduled a couples massage for girlfriend and I while visiting Asheville for her birthday. We both LOVED the massage and they treated us so well while we were there! At other places I sometimes feel like they’re just going through the motions, and working in their pattern to hit the whole body. The masseuse I had wasn’t this way at all. She could feel where I carry my stress and where I had knots and stiff muscles, and she really worked on these areas, and I felt like she truly wanted me to feel better. She also asked me if I wanted her to “go at this” instead of just digging in and causing pain. It was easily the best massage I’ve had. The place has beautiful lighting, with soothing music, and it’s in an old farmhouse just a few minutes from downtown Asheville. We were staying dead downtown and it was only a 4 minute drive. We were so very well taken care of while there and I also want to add that the communication was perfect! Everything from scheduling, changing the massage from 60 to 90 minutes (I don’t know why I initially set it up for 60, as that’s never long enough) and going over any problem areas on your body was handled just as it should. We loved how thorough they were here. The rooms are private and calming, and everyone there was extremely professional. We will be back, and if you’re reading this and looking for a great massage, go ahead and reach out to them and get yourself booked! You’re not going to find better in Asheville. 🙏

My husband and I recently visited the area for a bit of relaxing and relating! We decided to go for a couple's massage. We set the appoinment for the Blissful Journey massage it and it was HEAVEN FROM THERE!! Suki and Kylie were absolutely incredible!!! After a brief discussion we were prepared and they went straight to the areas that were needing attention. The entire atmosphere was wonderful and care free. Well worth the self care investment!!! We highly recommend that you stop in and enjoy the services that offer. You will not regret it!!! Ever!!!

This place was okay not what I expected when I walked in, it’s basically a very old house to be honest and had a little smell to it. As I walked in though everyone was very professional and nice. My boyfriend and I got the 90 min couples massage and he rated his massage a 7/10 and I gave mine a 5/10. The reason behind his rating is because he felt like they could’ve used a little more pressure and but overall it was good. For my reason is because honestly she was entirely too rough in all places and I’m pretty sure I told them I would like light pressure , also I would like to add I told them do not massage my hair and that’s exactly what she did.

Scheduled the first appointment of the day for my wife and I on our honeymoon. We did the blissful journey package and it was great! We got quality massages for a very reasonable price. Twos thing that were a little odd: - There was an air conditioning unit in the window that contributed noise which I was able to tune out. It was nice that this spa is in a house, but this was unusual. - There was also natural light coming in the window which threw off the rest of the soft light coming from the room and was messing with me when I flipped over mid-massage

If I was local I would be back! We were on vacation, and they got us in for a same day couples massage! The spa is clean, charming, and relaxing. Was treated to an incredible 90-minute massage at Sachi and loved the experience from the start to finish Beautiful waiting area and prompt, friendly service. My masseuse Gehrheart, was absolutely amazing! I get massages twice a month and can say that he accomplished everything I asked for and with great care and concern. Had a fantastic 90 minute massage from Kristin (spelt Christian I think). She did a wonderful job and was very professional! Parking is very limited to three spaces, so arriving early is a good idea!

Came here for a couple's massage on Valentine's Day. It was absolutely incredible. We did the Blissful Journey package, it was probably the most relaxed I've ever felt in my entire life! It was a first for both me and my partner and we both agreed it was amazing and absolutely worth it! The ambiance in this place is so quaint and the therapists are so skilled and friendly. I went to Sachi Massage for the first time this weekend and the experience was wonderful! The night before my appointment, I had sent an email request for an appointment the next day, asking if they could fit me in if possible. The receptionist called me back the next morning and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. When I arrived, the front staff were very nice. One of them got me a glass or water and the other one showed me where the bathroom was in case I needed it. My masseuse was Jenna. She was very sweet and I could tell she was listening to where I needed the most work on. She did a fantastic job and I will request her again. The only thing I did not like, was due to a lot of noise, I found myself not fully relaxed. I could near traffic noise and when people walk, the creaking of the house, Which I understand due to its age. But overall, a great experience!

Hubs hasn’t stopped raving about our couples massage! We’re new to town and I was looking for a place to get a couples massage for our anniversary and Sachi showed up on my radar. We were welcomed in to this charming older home turned spa. Filled out forms, got some water and made our way upstairs to chat about expectations of our massage. In 28 years we have never done a couples massage and getting one done for our 25th anniversary was wonderful. Amy and Greta were amazing! 60 minutes of heaven. Great prices too. My husband and I booked a couples massage here to kick off a getaway weekend in Asheville. I’m 5 months pregnant and did a my first prenatal massage, which was fantastic. My masseuse was so calming and asked questions to know sure the massage was exactly what I wanted. I felt amazing after. Jenna is a muscle melting super hero, very polite and very professional as is the rest of the staff. As a birthday gift my cousin booked us a massage. The place was very clean and relaxing. I loved my experience. The gentleman that give me the full body massage was very professional. I loved that he took the time to ask me questions about my aches and pains. When it was done I left feeling renewed and feeling like I could move a lot better then when I first got there. Kristen was pleasant AND helpful. I booked a massage two days in advance so we could be relaxed for our two day drive home. Lee was my massage therapist. He was attuned to ALL the sore spots in my battered body AND addressed them ALL. I felt like a million dollars when I walked out. My husband's massage therapist was, Alexis, we think. He too, had a good experience. Another plus, we were at Hill House and we walked to Sachi. We have massages once a month in our home town AND the atmosphere and quality of both or massages were comparable to our monthly experiences~! If and when we come back to Asheville, we will DEFINITELY book massages with Sachi.

My wonderful husband surprised me with an hour long prenatal massage! This was my first massage ever. It was very inexpensive compared to other places. I am seven months pregnant and have been having back pain recently. My massage therapist asked me about all my problem areas. The room smelled wonderful, the massage table was warm and cozy and the music was very relaxing. My massage was very very nice. I have never felt more relaxed. I will definitely be making more appointments!!

The lady I made the appointment with was extremely friendly and descriptive on how to get to the office which was very helpful. We checked in early to do the paperwork and enjoyed the ambiance of the waiting room. The decor was calming and they have books on wellness and yoga to peruse. For the massage I was with Rebecca and he was with Jennifer (I believe). We were both on another planet when we came out of the room. These therapists are gifted, I wish there was a place like this in our area!

Vicky, who met us at the front desk, was so warm and helpful, and check-in was brief but thorough. This was my first massage, and Sonya, the therapist, was wonderful in talking through my questions, making sure I was comfortable, and providing a great experience. My boyfriend's received many massages in the past and has pretty high standards; he was very happy with his deep tissue massage. The price/value was outstanding. Wish we lived in the Asheville area so I could return!

The outside area was a bit concerning initially as it doesn't seem typical for a spa environment but Asheville has a number of these multi shopping center type storefronts. The owner was friendly our experience was great. We were offered water and sat in a Zen type room to get into the mode. There is not any spa amenities besides ones related to massage. (Sauna, Hot Tub, etc.) The massage experience we great as I had Jennifer and my wife had Robin. We were offered as parting gift a small bottle of scented oil which was nice. Overall for getting just a massage for a great price this place is worth it and you are working with people that have been doing this for some time.

In town for a few days, I was treated to massage by husband. I bypassed the resort spa to find a local place. Sachi was online, close by, and could see me the next day. Jessica just gave me what I consider to be the best massage I've ever had. I've had them from IL to FL to Jamaica, and her intuition, skill, and peacefulness are outstanding! The prices are amazing, and while the facility isn't "resort posh", its massage phenomenal! I was sad to leave after my truly wonderful 90 minute massage therapy. I highly recommend that you go.

My husband and I had the Blissful Journey couples package. The actual massage and our masseuses were wonderful. Very relaxing massage. My rating reflects the 'not so pleasant' lady that checked us in. As soon as we walked in the door, she was on the phone and acted bothered that we showed up for our appointment and pointed to the waiting area. I didn't pay much attention to this because I do know how it is to multitask. The real issue was when she walked over to explain the forms we had to fill out and sign. As she was explaining, I reached over to grab the clipboard beside me for my copies of the forms. She literally swatted my hand away like I was a child and "scolded" me for not listening to her. I could not believe it. I am an adult, AND a paying customer; I do NOT need my hand swatted away. These forms are NOT rocket science and they are very straight forward and easy to answer; especially if you have had massages before. It's all the same questions. As long as you are able to read, you should have NO problem filling out these forms without her "help." While I appreciate her wanting to ensure we understood what to fill out, you don't swat a customer's hand away. I was completely ready to walk out at that point but we decided to stay and refused to let her ruin our day. However, it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth, enough for me to share my experience. Very disappointing; especially at the amount of money you are about to spend.

I've gone there once, and will likely not return. The atmosphere is quite lovely and the staff is friendly. However, the massage I received was mediocre, unfortunately - especially considering the much higher than median price.The studio is very noisy and it was hard to not be disturbed by constant myriad of sounds during the session. Also, after the session started the therapist told me it was more expensive than what I had been told, and when I paid I was not offered a new customer discount that was offered loudly to another customer that had paid while I was waiting. All over it was neither a relaxing nor therapeutic visit and was topped off with a bit of an insult.

I am fairly new to massage. This experience was slightly less expensive than my prior experience, however my therapist, Holly, was excellent and highly professional. I learned a great deal about how my body responds to massage and what is happening inside that makes me feel better and improves my overall health. Their incentive program offers a free massage with every tenth visit, which helps lower the overall cost in the long term. I am almost 70, somewhat arthritic and have had significant neck surgery along with a history of lower back issues. Despite the former caveats, I am regular exerciser and enjoy regular strenuous workouts on my own and with a personal trainer. I can clearly see how regular massage would positively facilitate impact on overall health maintenance and well-being.

I normally don't like posting less than 5 star reviews, but because massage is such a personal experience, I decided that my comments were important. The masseuse is obviously the #1 part, but going for the 1st time you don't have much control over who you will get. The ambience is very important as well to get relaxed. Sachi is located in an old house with creaky floors on a very busy street. So you will hear during the massage trucks, motorcycles, and the creaking floor as your masseuse moves around. The music was not the best, a flute player which got old after 90 minutes. The table was too narrow and made it difficult to lay my arms on it while face down, so they hung down and after a bit started getting numb. I have had lots of massages and the ambience was a big negative to my enjoyment here.

I had a prenatal massage there the other day and while the actual massaging felt good, I wouldn't recommend it based on the environment. The room was pretty cold and I found myself clinching the pillow and being unable to really relax. The masseuse's hands and lotion were also cold and even though I was under a sheet and fleece blanket, my toes never warmed up during the whole 90 minutes I was there. There were also some key details and minor details that I suggest they pay attention to: there was no pillow case on the body pillow that I was asked to hug and when I called it to the attention of the masseuse, she was apologetic and went to get one. But, they were all out and so we improvised with a sheet. There were no paper towels in the very cold restroom and they were out of water glasses next to their water cooler. While I know Sachi is not a spa, I did expect greater attention to detail on things that make you comfortable and relaxed.

Dont' let the outside fool you! Once you walk inside you enter another realm. The Spa has a lovely Bali-esque feel. The staff are friendly and professional. Jennifer gave me one of the best massages I have ever had (I'm a former instructor for a massage school). A wonderful experience that I will be sure to come back to again and again!!
