I went into Elements Massage because I could not stretch out a sciatic pain that was being persistent. I have always been able to just keep stretching to get rid of it, but not this time. I spent an hour with Nick. Hie mostly worked on the area he thought was causing the pain, and he was right. With just one visit my sciatic pain 98% gone. I think with continued stretching, I can get rid of this pain once again. I may need another session, I"ll have to wait and see.. Thanks Nick for helping me!

I had my second massage at Elements and loved it! The whole place is peaceful, nicely decorated and you feel calmer just by walking inside. The receptionist is always very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are also decorated and they ask you if the temperature of the room is good. I got a great massage with emphasis on exactly the areas I wanted - back, neck and calves. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing! Elements is a great place and I especially like that they don't have long-term contracts that you have to sign to get the reduced rate.

I have been a member for only a short time, however I have been impressed with the quality of massages I've received; I've had massages with 3 different therapists and they have all been amazing! I am also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of staff, and of course great prices! Also, I've always been able to make an appointment within a week's time. I love Elements!

Very professional, friendly staff. First time there, I was scheduled with Tabitha and she was fabulous. I’ve become a member and already booked my next massage with Tabitha. I thought that they were reasonably priced and loved the membership price and you can share your membership with another person. What’s not to love!

From the moment I walked in, it was pleasant, friendly, and inviting. My massage experience was good, the therapist was attentive, asked about what distress I was having and went to work on me. Throughout the session she would probe for more information, talk to me about the amount of pressure she used, etc. Overall the experience was good. What I especially like is the fact that they have people that specialize in certain specific areas of massage, I will book with one of them for my next visit. I do recommend this place as from my experience, they are way ahead of most. I like the fact that they engage me on my issue so they can work on the specific issue. Others places I have found just applied the one size fits all approach, that doesn't work for me, I wouldn't think it works for anyone. Keep up the good work, and thank you.

They've worked hard to make sure we customers are safe and comfortable. They check each customer for temperature and screen behaviors ahead of time. Everyone wears masks and they've even created a pillow case "mask" for under the head pillow so you can lower your own facemask and not feel any sense of suffocating but also feel safe from any aerosols. All the employees are very professional and each has a different technique which means you can either pick your favorite or you can enjoy the variety! They're all good.

The place has a great atmosphere, is very clean and the employees are professional. I had a great massage and left feeling relaxed. I put four stars because the massage can be a bit pricey for just one hour. For a first time massage, the price is $49. After the first time, they raise it to $89. They do offer a membership that cuts down the cost of the massage. I would still recommend this place, especially for a first time massage!

I've had massages from all over United States and Mexico but this was the first I've ever experienced by such a talented artist and massage. Wendy is the first masseuse who was able to remove knots in my back without extreme pain and I actually felt relief. She was able to relax my muscles so much so, that I had to go to the chiropractor to align my spine. It was the most perplexing experience I've ever had and am extremely impressed! The reception area and receptionist was very nice and staff was also nice. They have a no contract monthly package that makes the massages more reasonable and I should consider doing it, I just have commitment issues. LOL

Well organized and professional. I made an appointment for some muscle pain with the receptionist over the phone and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and had me scheduled same day. The room is really relaxing and Tabitha listen to what parts to focus on and what parts to stay away. And she did a great job working those muscles.

great massage, Nick kept asking me if the pressure was ok very professional. The only thing I did not like was that during my massage I was cold I would've prefer the room to be a little warm

My most recent visit to Elements Albuquerque greatly reduced my long-term lower back/sciatic pain. Matthew significantly made me feel better right after the session and as the ongoing effects of massage over the next few days set in, my pain was almost completely gone and is still much less after more than a week. I'm returning about every 14 days and book with Matthew to make sure that I'll continue to feel better and keep the pain at bay--I've actually felt good enough in the morning to stretch once or twice that my doctor told me to do. I've been getting massages at Elements on an irregular basis for over a year. The studio is peaceful, the receptionist is friendly, and I have received great massages from many of the therapists there, but Matthew was able to find the right spot and relax the right muscles to help me with my lower back pain. (I'll book with other therapists too depending on my preferences once my back pain is doing well--Paul gave me a wonderful relaxing massage that helped with my incredible stress at the time). I tend to book at the last minute so I think I've received massage from most of the therapists there and have left pleased if not elated every time. The massages that were only good most often were due to a personality mis-match or from me asking for something that I really didn't need (ex. asking for too deep of a pressure which caused me to tense up). The staff does try to get me involved during the massage as much as I want--asking questions, making requests, but sometimes I don't ask for what I want. As I return, I'll speak up more, especially since that is what they are trying to get me to do, and I don't just want to get a cookie-cutter massage.

I had not been to a massage therapist for a very long time. In March 2018 I was in a car accident and suffered from a TBI. I still have some issues with my neck and nerves running down my right arm. Covid prevented me from being able to get the massages I needed so badly. Nick at Elements ABQ did a great job of working out some of the trigger points and relaxing me. I think its extremely over prices by like... ALOT! My husband and I went to get massages and $200 later for only a 60 min massage. I'm sorry but if I'm spending $200+ I want a full spa experience not just a rub down. And its very cold in the rooms. The beds are heated but I wish the rooms were warmer or at least asked if I would like to have an extra blan5or something.

Each time I walk in, I feel relaxed and welcome. The therapists available all have their specialties and I would suggest visiting each one to find what is right for you! Their membership program is less tedious and costly than others also. I would definitely recommend trying out Elements Massage!

Hurt my back while visiting family a couple of weekends back, they were open on Sunday morning (thank heavens) and I was able to get into see someone right away. They were super friendly, polite and professional. The location is right off the freeway which made it very easy to access, it was clean and comfortable. If I lived closer, there's no doubt I would be coming back again and again.

Joyce and Cindy were excellent . My daughter had a quad strain and after seeing Joyce she was able to run full speed the same evening . Highly recommend Joyce for sports massage . I went back the next day and Cindy helped my neck a lot, as I had a very stiff neck from my work environment
