I got locked out of my home due to a faulty lock on my storm door. My daughter called Around the Clock locksmith at 10:54pm and we spoke with Joe. Joe gave me a price and said he was on his way. By 11:37, I was in my home. Joe was quick and gave me information on getting a better lock from the manufacturer of the door. Joe even offered to come install the lock when it comes in. Joe was/is fantastic. I had called earlier in the morning to see if my screen door could be rekeyed. Joe asked me to send him a picture of the lock and shortly after he responded back that he could and provided a price for the job. After agreeing on the job Joe came a few hours later as promised. Called as he was 10 mins out as promised as well. Once here Joe got right to work rekeying my lock. He even took the time to show me how to actually rekey the lock myself. Once done Joe installed the lock insured it worked and was off to his next job. Joe way very professional durning out entire interaction. I will certainly call Joe again and recommend you do as well for any of your lock type needs.

Hello every got to say Joe was a life savor! I came home from work at 11ish at night got my coffee and shut the car door locking all my stuff inside my keys, tools, and wallet. On top of that I left my lights on and my dog was watching me through the window barking nonstop. Did some searching on google and found Joe and explained that I was having one of those days. He came out soon as I called him really was 24/7 service. On the way over even told me about my roadside assistance and that lockout were covered, had no idea and best of all it didn’t affect my rate. He got to my house in 25 min and my coffee was still warm and was surprised by the speedy service. He grabbed his tools and opened the door less than 2 min. Got my stuff out the car and first thing got my dog to make sure he was okay and Joe even was genuinely concerned for Chester. Super friendly guy, and talking to him is like you known him forever. If your locked out Joe is the man and has you covered!

On 2 different occasions I used these guys. The first time it was very late at night(roughly 1-2am) and I locked my keys in the car including house keys(so no access to backup set), this is when I met Joe. He drove 45 min late at night to help me. He was very professional, personable, was extremely quick and he didn’t price gouge me when he probably could have... The second time I used these guys was today when I lost the only key to the ignition of one of my cars and this is when I met Ryan. He estimated that he’d be to my location at 12:30pm and he arrived at 12:30pm givi me courtesy of texting me upon his departure time and when he was close along with a call upon his arrival. Same as Joe, Ryan was very professional and to my surprise he completed the job with a spare key in an uncanny amount of time, for a very fair price, impressive.... This would be the only company I would use, EVER, highly recommended. Thank you guys for the great work o both occasions.

The locksmith I was in contact with name is Ryan, he showed up at a reasonable time and was able to cut and program the new key match our vehicle with no problems. Around this time the best ability is availability. The connection between my door handle and lock broke, locking me inside my home. So I called multiple locksmith’s, Mr. Joe Verdi was the only locksmith that didn’t have a wait time to speak with a technician to know about the pricing for my dilemma. Mr. Verdi expressed confidence with his ability to unlock/open my door and install a new quality lock combo to my home, which put me at ease to know Mr. Joe Verdi actually means business and wasn’t bull jiving. Mr. Verdi was honest as well as professional with me about the pricing it would be to get my door opened and for a new lock installation. Mr. Verdi and I were able to easily plan a time in which he would be able to come by to fix my door. While Mr. Joe was fixing my door, he also was enlightening me with knowledge on the type of lock he’d install for my home as well as the type of lock that was installed prior to the new quality lock.

In a crazy incident, my toddler son accidentally broke my car key fob transponder (on a Sunday). The key would no longer connect with the car and I only had that one key as I purchased the car used and it only came with one key. I had no interest in paying $300 to get a new key through a Mazda dealer plus it was Sunday so they weren't even open, and I would have had to get the car towed there. So, I called Around the Clock and was told to call one of their techs, Ryan. Was able to reach Ryan right away who was helpful and professional. He said he was heading to another job but could be by in about one hour. He was there in just about an hour and within about 20 minutes, he had programmed two working keys for me. Also gave me a "test" key that will unlock the car but won't start it, which can be helpful if you ever lock the key in the car. All this for $180 (plus my insurance will reimburse $100, so only $80 out of pocket, which is pretty awesome!). Ryan also patiently answered a few questions I had, and never seemed in a rush in just wanting to get the job done. He genuinely seemed to want to help. Awesome experience and would certainly recommend them.

Just moved to Wilmington - Joe came by last week to install new deadbolts for my front and back doors. He provided same-day service and even took the time to locate the appropriate finish to match the existing hardware on my doors. I'll admit I was a little squeamish when he had to drill into my beautiful 116 year-old doors to get a proper fit for the locks but he proceeded with complete confidence - which put me at ease - and the locks operate perfectly - far better than the old ones! I appreciated his honesty in that he did not want to sell me anything I did not need. As a bonus - he is a heck of a nice guy and was quite entertaining!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Joe and Ryan worked to assist my wife and daughters when they lost the car keys while 2 hours from home. They called their entire network to find a replacement key and then when no one had it they called dealerships. I bought an older model Lexus for my son and the dealership only had one key. When I called the dealership to have an extra cut I was incredibly surprised that the key for a 2005 was more than a car payment on my SUV. Insane! The day I was selling my car I lost my only key that starts the ignition. I live in Smyrna, DE so of course I tried calling all the local locksmiths. 10 stars if available!! Joe is the best. I was referred to him by our property manager last summer to install new locks on my condo. I needed an additional key so took key to hardware store and despite 2 attempts keys did not work. I texted and called Joe after checking lock website where I struck out again. Instead of charging me a service charge fee he agreed to meet me in the local Wal-Mart parking lot and made me not just 1 but 5 new keys. He was even able to key them to a lock on the truck to match my door and check them. I had to plead three times for him to accept money for them. He reluctantly accepted 5.00. This guy must be used to dealing with people worried about being late, because he looked up his travel time in GPS for me so I could tell my boss how late I was going to be. Coming home late on a Saturday night, I unlocked the deadbolt on my front door and the cylinder came out with my key. I called Around the Clock Locksmith at noon on Sunday. He said he'd be there in 20 minutes and he was. After looking at both locks on the front door, he recommend replacing both with a better set of locks, and offered me a deal where he'd replace both locks for only $50 more than he would charge to replace the dead bolt. I agreed and he replace both locks very quickly. After calling at noon, him showing up about 12:20, he was finished by 12:45. And unlike most locksmiths, they are available 24/7. Highly recommended.
