Absolutely top notch. I called every other locksmith in Wichita who either didn't answer or couldn't do a key for a 2010 Jetta. Called Steven Volkswagen who were convinced they could not cut an aftermarket fob. Called this service and even though he was busy, he made it to me and cut my new key and programmed it. Be patient with them because of their busy schedules but definitely always go to him. He'll treat you right.

Great customer service: quick, great ability to compromise, friendly, and responsible. I bent my key and when I went to try to straighten it out, it snapped in the middle where the teeth were at. I got their number from a family member, called them and was given the price, time when the guy could meet up at the vehicle and a run-down of what he would be doing: said he'd program a new key and cut a separate one, too. I had to call back to change around the time at which I would be able to meet, and he was very polite and willing to compromise the time. We met at the vehicle at the specified time and within about 15 minutes of me giving the broken key to him, he had a new one cut and programmed for my car, and a separate one cut for my ignition even with the bend in the old key. He tested it on my car first and it worked! He gave me the keys, charged me (they do take card) and was off! On the phone, he told me $125, but charged me $150, which I didn't even catch as I was appreciative enough to have it done so professionally. He texted me and fixed it, I was refunded my $25 and that was that! 10/10 would recommend, and will go to them if I ever find myself with a bent or broken key again 👍

The breaker to my garage door opener tripped so I could not gain access thru the garage. All other outside doors were locked. Keys were in the house. Highly recommend. My spare key was lost somewhere within the city!! After having my car towed home I contacted Quality Key Locksmithing first thing on a Saturday morning. They immediately returned my call and asked how they could help also providing a price for what I needed done. Within a couple hours of contacting them they came to my home, cut and programmed a new key within 30 minutes. With it being a weekend I was definitely not expecting the prompt and courteous service that was provided.

I locked my keys in the trunk of my car on a Saturday night around 9pm. I contact Quality Key Locksmiths and was notified that they would contact me. They also stated through text that they would only charge me $50 (Very Cheap Price). Jessie came in 25 minutes (Quick Response). He drove outside of Wichita to Goddard (Went the literal Extra Miles). He unlocked my car but my car had safety features that would not allow me to unlock the trunk. So he took the time to take out the key lock on the door and manual trick the alarm system (Took Extra Time and again went the now figurative Extra Mile). They still only charged me $50 on weekend/late night service!!!! Support these guys with your business if you ever need locksmith service. By far the best service I have ever used!!!! Thank you Jessie for saving my butt and helping me get my family a way home!!! We would have been stranded an hour and a half away from home if it weren’t for your help!!! A++++++++++++ Service!!!!!

Response to initial inquiry was very prompt. Their price quote was far better than any of the other businesses I had contacted and more affordable for my limited income. He stated availability at that time was within thirty minutes. This was after five p.m. They communicated via texting at first and it’s good to have that option, but I was more comfortable by voice and preferred it as I had questions. The owner seemed fine with that and said he’d have his technician call me. Jesse called immediately, answered my questions, and was able to arrive within fifteen minutes! He was congenial, relaxed, polite. I was worrywarting but he was confident and reassuring. Jesse went right to work, was focused, and continued taking various steps until he had a successful outcome. This included charging the dead battery so he could program the key. They accepted several payment options. Because of the battery issue, they were willing to make a return trip without extra charge. Fortunately, that was not necessary. I will certainly use this company again and will unreservedly recommend it to others. Thank you guys for a positive experience.

My car's theft deterrent system locked my car late in the afternoon. My key fob needed replacing and ordering one through a dealership was going to take a few days. I called Quality Key Locksmithing after a searching for locksmiths close to where I live. They came out within 90 minutes or so and had a new fob cut very quickly. I will recommend them to family and friends needing any of their services!

I got off work after 11pm and realized I locked my keys in my car. I know right how could I just realized this. anyway I looked up a locksmith and this was one of the first companies that popped up, so I said what the heck and called. a guy answered and he was vary polite and said he could send someone out and it would probably be 15 to 20 minutes and he gave me a reasonable quote. I got a text a few minutes later giving the person's name ( natasha ) that was going to show up and how long it was going to take them. she arrived in the time frame I was given and she was prepared and very professional she was able to get my car open in about 5 minutes I was vary happy. sidenote I'm not sure if it was on purpose but I'm a woman and they sent out a woman to help, it was late at night and if you are a woman reading this you exactly what I'm talking about. anyways if this ever happens again I know exactly who I am calling

We have a Jeep it was late and I was in a hurry to get to work. Jeremy was the only Locksmithing company that would answer my call at 11pm on a Saturday. My fob stopped working he said it may be the battery but he would be with us in 30 minutes. Jeremy was there before the 30 mins. It was not my battery, he replaced and programmed a fob to my vehicle. He was so polite and professional, he even explained everything he was doing to my vehicle and gave us a life time warranty for a great price. This man I didn’t get his name was extremely professional and was a very much needed reminder that there are good people in this world. My car got a flat tire at Arby’s and was broken into there all of mine and my daughters things were stolen out of it and then somehow the keys got lost you know when they say it rains it pours and in my life if usually does but this man was a reminder that their are still a few umbrellas to shelter us from the rain when we need it to most. I was devastated when I learned that I dropped my car key somewhere in the snow yesterday which prevented me from going to work after looking around for it all day. Jeremy communicated via text message. He was at my location in under 30 minutes at 11 PM at night. He was very professional. I had locked my keys in the trunk and just needed my doors unlocked. He had great interpersonal skills as well as understanding. He charged me $50 which is standard rate for unlocking a vehicle. Other companies were either going to take way longer to get to my vehicle or didn't answer their phone. Jeremy texted me and stated that he was on the other line. We made our deal via text message. It was a very high quality service.

I lost my keys over a month ago and finally gave up looking and started calling around. They had the best customer service from the start and the most reasonable price. I finally scheduled him to come make a new key. Jeremy was friendly, fast and professional. Within 20 minutes I had two good keys (got the second one for a deal because clearly I can lose keys). These are the same keys you get with the car as a new one. All OEM keys and durable. And they come with a warranty. I needed a key programmed for my Ford Fusion after FedEx messed up a shipment and I was left stranded in Wichita. Found out about Quality Key Locksmithing from another locksmith that was unable to program the key initially. The owner made time for me the same day and even explained that he was with another customer when I kept bothering him about my appointment. Once he showed up he stayed with the job for over an hour until he was able to program the key for me and as a bonus helped me load up a heavy cooler in my car. Charged me the quoted price even with the extra time he spent. Thank you for your help QKL. I understand the every situation is different and reading some of the reviews here I would have second thoughts about calling QKL but I am glad I was able to get the quality service from them. I would definitely call them again for any future services.

We had a safety box in our home that the door wasn’t working. We called several companies and they said that they wouldn’t be able to open it because it was old. I live out of town and was visiting my mom in her nursing home. when my keys went missing I had no way to get home. I called them and they came to my rescue. They even gave me a discount given the situation. A few weeks later my keys were found and are being mailed back to me. Had an excellent experience with this family business. Called them around 10:30pm on a Thursday. They said it would be about 30 minutes before they’d arrive. They were there before then. He was upfront and said the locks on my house were not able to be picked and we’d have to drill one out and replace. This took 5 minutes, and he was on his way. I happened to have a deadbolt from a changed out door that I reused, but his prices on that were excellent. I will use them again, if I have to. Thanks guys.

My review has kind of a back story. 10 years ago the only key to my xar snapped, we called a locksmith and he told me my whole cars key interlock would have to be replaced and charged me 250 dollars. A few weeks ago, my key snapped in half again and the dealership wanted 250 dollars to fix the key fob. I declined and eventually lost the key. Quality key locksmith was able to remake a new key without replacing the whole interlock, used a part of my original keyfob AND charged me 110 LESS than both the dealership and that crummy, crook from 10 years ago. He's genuine. That's the kinda business I wanna give my money to. Thanks!

I called for help with a stuck key in our front door deadbolt lock, and Jeremy and Natasha came out immediately. The problem turned out to be swelling from moisture in the door frame, rather than the lock itself. Jeremy actually climbed upon on the porch roof over the door, inspected our flashing and sealant, and recommended a reliable roofer--all without wanting to charge us the full trip charge since the problem wasn't the lock itself. In short, we were super-impressed that the owners of Quality Key Locksmithing are so very friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.
