Quick and friendly service. Did not communicate price over the phone. Was surprised to be charged 148$ for unlocking a door that the deadbolt wasn't even locked on. Good service just too expensive.

Oh boy!! What a day!! I don’t know how many people lock themselves out twice. Back to back. Poor locksmith had just left from unlocking my garage door and I quite literally shut it the exact same way. Having not grabbed my keys. 😝 all I can do is laugh. And be thankful she wasn’t far away and came back for free. Luckily the dispatchers didn’t let her get all the way back across Wichita without telling her I was stuck again. With no complaints she picked the lock again and refused any extra payment. I will definitely call if I have any future work needing done and you should to. Never a bad idea to be on a locksmiths good side. 24hrlockouts had the cheapest price and really came through.

Had just left work only to be smacked with the fact I had locked myself out 😝. Was given 24 hr lockouts number by a work buddy. Ordered service. 15-20 minutes later I was on my way home. The locksmith was very fast. She had truck crazy quick! Friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me understand why I kept doing this. Turns out you if you press the actual lock button it won’t lock. But if you use the remote it does. All kind of silly really but it was insightful. I hope to not need anything in the future. But I know where to go if I do.

The guy was over an hour late, even when the lady on the phone kept assuring me he was on his way, ect. He only seemed to be on his way whenever I asked if I could just cancel my service and seek another company. However, they only charged $35 and the man was very quick to unlock my car door, and apologetic.

My daughter ran into the jump start gas station and left lthe dog in the truck with the truck running with the AC on and the windows up.... the dog jumped up on the armrest and locked the truck. I called 24 hour lockouts and provide it the information for the vehicle, location, I was quoted an approximate time and an approximate starting amount, we agreed and they showed up within 15 minutes. The technician was very quick, very polite, the price was very fair given how fast he got there and how important it was to get our very scared sixteen-year-old dog out of the truck. Thank you for coming to our rescue 24 hour lockouts your service was seamless!! ***the dog was perfectly fine :)

Don't believe all of the reviews until you've experienced thier service. Took a little longer than the 30 minutes quoted to make it to my location but my car was running with the keys locked inside - so I was watching the clock. No other lock services were even responding on a Sunday @ 9:30 in the morning and I was grateful for the service. Overall, took less than 2 minutes , offered advice to get reimbursed from my insurance company and didn't damage my door or lock. Thank you Andrew , hopefully I don't need your services again but if I do , I know who to call.

I was locked out of my vehicle at 1am.. Andrew was there in 15 minutes and unlocked my vehicle in less than 2 minutes! He was so friendly and helpful and fast! I have a bad habit of accidentally locking myself out and have actually had to use them several times .. now they are the ONLY service I'll use. They are the fastest and most affordable too. Andrew was awesome! He came out in the middle of the night on Saturday when I accidentally locked myself out of my car. The dispatcher answered all my questions and assured me the tech would be there within 30 minutes. I was so relieved that someone could come out that late at night! Andrew was very nice and fairly priced, especially because he operates 24/7. I don’t know what I would have done without someone being there to help me. I’m going to tell all of my friends and family about this company. They’re very nice!

I locked myself out of my car at 4am and this happened to be the first place I called. They were very kind on the phone and didn't treat me like a burden. Andrew arrived at my location within 25 minutes of me calling their phone number. He was incredibly friendly and cracked a few jokes while he unlocked my car. He set my mind at ease and informed me of the cost. The price wasn't unreasonable especially since this company is 24 hours. My car was unlocked within 15 minutes. Whole ordeal from phone call to hand shake was less than an hour. Thank you, Andrew, for not making feel dumb and treating me like a friend at such an un-Godly hour in the morning!

Andrew came out in about 15 minutes. He got the gas cap off my bike in like 5 minutes. This was a great experience for me. If I ever need a locksmith again I will use 24 Hr Lockouts. They acted fast, were very respectful of me and my property, and made me a very satisfied customer. Reasonably priced also.

I called dispatch they said a tech would arrive in about half an hour , 15 mins later Andrew showed up with the proper tools and easily opened my Honda Pilot all together took him about 7 mins was able to pay via debit would definitely recommend to anyone in a tight spot thanks Andrew!!
