I must admit like everyone else, my experience was similar; they were super professional and nice. My only reason for the 3 star is because I was contacted for pricing, agreed on the service and after canceling my other prospects, only for them to text me that I was quoted the wrong price and wouldn't hold to their original quote I was provided. My kids and I are still stuck because I couldn't find a replacement in time. But, they were nice about it so that was definitely worth 3 stars.

I never leave reviews but Lamar Locksmith Services is a life saver! My car keys were lost with no spare. I was able to call them and after about 20-30 minutes a technician arrived to my location. 30 minutes after that, I had new car keys ready to go! Amazing lock-picking skills, for $120 on a smart lock. Gave him a lot of tips as well. Life saver. The lock works perfectly afterward. Other locksmiths could not do it, or only could drill the entire cylinder out, for $300-400 (plus a replacement smart lock).

Long winded (sorry), but you need to understand the start to a hellish early AM situation and the amazing ending to it. (September 1, 2022 just FYI) Unfortunately I got locked out of my house 1:15am. I called two 24hr Locksmith companies, both did answer the phone. However, BOTH companies wanted/tried to setup an appointment with a time frame of 7am - 12pm THE NEXT DAY!!! When I told them I'm locked out of my house now and need someone at this hour, not the next day, your company advertises as 24hr. I was told that was their schedule. BOTH companies did this to me. Lamar Locksmith was the 3rd company on the Google search list (wish they had been first). I called, the phone was answered instantly. I told them the issue, I was given a 20min time frame, also received a text with all the necessary info I gave them, including time, date, and the Locksmith's name. My Locksmith Tech "BESO" called me, let me know he was on his way and was there BEFORE the 20min time frame I was given. Beso was so quick he had my door open before I could walk from my door to my car to grab my purse. Afterwards, Beso was kind enough to tell me what was done, even made the situation not as humiliating by getting me to laugh. There was ABSOLUTELY no damage to my lock or door nor a need to get a new lock and key. I'm telling you, if I had blinked I wouldn't have seen or believed he was working/worked on my doorlock. PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, KIND, AND FRIENDLY!! I would and am recommending this company hands down. A company that advertises as 24hr Locksmiths and actual mean it! THANK YOU!

My expectation of how to fix the problem were exaggerated, Mike the technician on the job made we aware that unlocking a vehicle wasn’t a rushed job. Vehicle locks are complicated and utilize many computers. Mike stayed and patiently applied himself to the task at hand. Needless to say he was able to solve the problem and get the job done in a timely manner. I walked away very pleased. Management was also very helpful and professional. For whatever lockout job you’ve, these are your guys.

My mom locked her FOB in the trunk of her Mercedes C class, we called Mercedes and they told us it would take 4 days to get a key but we had to come to the dealership with ID and registration with VIN, they won’t take the order over the phone. However, MB roadside assistance said to call Lamar Locksmith. The were at my house in 20 minutes, made a key, so that I could open trunk and door, in about 15 minutes. Thy were professional and cost the cost fair and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Great, great service. I will never go anywhere else to have keys made. Lamar locksmith is no joke. Had two car keys made and took about twenty minutes to have both made. The price was better than expected. If I had gone to the dealer, my car keys would have cost me almost $500.00 and I only paid $170.00 at Lamar, so keep up the good and outstanding work.

After calling around to several different "24/7" Locksmith companies, none of them would answer the phone. One company that did answer the phone told me I had to go back to the Toyota dealer because my car was too old (2010). I finally came across Lamar Locksmith Services and a young lady answered the phone. She took my name, number, make and model of my car and address. 20-30 minutes later a young man showed up. He re-programmed my key right away!!!! I would definitely use this service again. They were professional, fast and fair in prices! Where do I begin? I urgently needed a locksmith at my Airbnb in Hyattsville on a Saturday morning after my cousin, Liz, made the foolish mistake of locking us all out of the house.
