Very, quick and simple process. The entire process from the call to finishing the payment had to have been 15-20 minutes. They got there quick. I was given an honest quote at the beginning (to get my keys out of my locked car) which was actually better than some of the places I had called when looking around. However, they do charge a $5 processing fee to pay with a card so if you can, use cash!

The best at service rip off...... I hired these qoute proffesionals to install my door chains, they put one of them backwards and says its fine like that.... then charges payment and leaves. I called his boss a day later and he says I need to pay again to have the chain corrected....so i sent him a picture of his technicians job and threat to post pics online....he says it will be fixed right away...which it did finally.... Called them to get a quote and they were unable to do so without knowing my brand of lock. They were the 4th place I called to get a quote and they were the only one who was unable to give me a quote without the brand. While I am sure there could be a difference in service depending on the brand I doubt that it is material. They lost my business just because of that. I live in another state and manage rental properties so I need to be able to hire someone without that information.

Didn't catch the guys name but he came out tonight and put some serious work in getting into my house protected by a Schlage Lock. It's unpickable but it didn't stop him.
